ONLY THE MADISONVILLE STORE. This isn't This particular store makes all the other others look bad. I went in for license tag bolts. Had 3 separate purchases until I got it right. They knew what I needed but in no way helped. I should've been offered to return what they originally pointed me to and exchange for the right item. Also I asked them to look up some bulbs for my car and a type of key for my boyfriend's. They said they had none, for either request, and they wouldn't order the parts. Because they had no option to order them. (Parts store. Go figure.)You're better off going and making the drive to Hopkinsville location. They are amazing there. Or just go to Walmart so you can get better service. And that's saying something!

Don't go here to get your alternator or starter or anything else tested. Sure Preston tried to give me a jump start when it didn't work He kept telling me my battery was bad but I know it's not my battery because when I put a new battery in there it drains it immediately as well. plus my battery is still on warranty with Walmart but I still would have liked to have my starter and alternator checked which is what I originally wanted to do but Preston was set on my battery. (I had already troubleshot the battery on the previous day. This has been something I have been dealing with.) Mind you I am not from around here and don't know a soul in town. The local Police sat across the street the entire time watching as I struggled to get someone to give me a jump start. I had my own cables my jump box was just dead. Once Preston knew I wasn't buying a battery he was completely done with me. I still need to buy some things from a part store as well as do an oil change and I am here working from out of town so Wednesday when I get paid and I invest in the parts and stuff I need to fix my vehicle Needless to say Advanced Auto Parts will not be getting my business. Because as soon as Preston was gone and they were closed up. I walked down to ideal gas station and the manager down there was closing his store and thankfully for him he took his time out and came and gave me a jump. In 5 minutes or less we had jumped my vehicle my truck was started and I was headed down the road. I pray Preston's poor service and unwillingness to hear what his customer needed before he left her in the down pour (yes it was pouring rain outside) to go home when had he not been trying to get the your battery is defective you need to buy a new one game on me he would have made a ton more money off me I am sure.

Nice friendly people, the store always seems to be neat, clean, and in orderly fashion. One fall back is it seems that there computer system is slow. The associates seemed to have problems finding the right parts i needed, but they did finally locate them, the prices are reasonable.

Was let go because I missed 3days due to my wife being in the hospital fighting breast cancer Tracy and district manager are sad people but keeps a lady working after being there a week and gets locked up spends 2weeks in jail and still kept her job low life's and top it off they were aware of my situation before I interviewed for the job

excellent service. short wait. good price. had what I needed. what more can you ask for? hmm.... a tip from the app, I'm supposed to describe the atmosphere. I would call it early repair. what I ordered? spark plugs. did I like it? well, they were a bit crunchy, but seemed to soften if you add some 5w30. end of suggestions.

Their prices on batteries were much cheaper than the other two Auto parts on main Street and it's a good brand of battery. They even put it in for me for free. I left a tip. Good bunch of guys.

I stood in the store for 15to20 minutes I seen other people walk in the works ask them can I help you not one of them ask me can I help you four of them ther watching me they made me feel like I was doing something wrong so I walk around with my hands in my pockets so they wouldn't think I was taking anything i will never be back the men working today are some sorry people

Truly depends on who s working as to what level of help you get... asked for help with headlight replacement and was denied because it would require completely taking apart my front end. Turned out it was only two easy to access screws and they pop out...thankfully the rival auto parts store on Scott St. diagnosed and fixed the real problem.

Anytime I need a part or something random for my car, this is my first stop. The employees are always more than capable of helping me figure out what I really need. Great store.

Missing the old parts houses when those working liked their jobs and knew something about what they are selling.System is also not updated often enough or correctly. They not only don't know anything outside of their computers, they have little idea as to whats in stock,and whats not.

I purchased a set of sylvania headlights for $57 to try and improve the ability to see better and unfortunately it was no better. I tried to get money and they do not return electronics . So I'm out $57 for headlights they wont return. Better off going to Amazon, at least you can return them.

I wish I could give them 0 Stars that's how much they helped me with a minor issue went in there trying to buy headlights and they upsold me LED even though I didn't have projection headlights tried it to return the headlights the next day and was told they can't do that without a manager so you can take my money when you're open but you can only give it back During certain hours I would highly recommend going to any other auto parts store in the state other than this company extremely unprofessional and the employees think it's a joke I will not spend another red Cent there

This place is worthless the employees are extremely unprofessional they can take your money from open to close but they can only return items from 7 to 3 please spend your money elsewhere will save you a headache Chad at O'Reilly's was very knowledgeable and resolve the issue that advanced created extremely disappointed customer you will not receive another dime of my money

This place is only good if you need something in a hurry. Because, you are going to pay up to 4 times the price for that convenience. My advice, use this place to find what you need, and buy it online from another place.

They are helpful and always have sales or coupons online. Was running late one night and employee offered to keep the store open until I got there.That's customer service.

If you need commercial parts and you don't feel like buying stuff from Napa because their stuff is made out of gold but you still want good quality parts come here

Great customer service. Our truck broke down and we had to fix it in the parking lot. They had the parts on hand and helped us with what they could to make the repair.
