Exclusive is my go to for any and all window tinting and clear protective film on my vehicles. They are professional and do exceptional work. Recently I had my M4 tinted and wrapped. I have been using this business for all my cars for a couple years now. I recently brought them car #4 and they are amazing at what they do everytime. Customer service and professionalism is through the roof while also making you feel like a friend. 10/10 recommend this company and the people that work here. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else! Absolutely amazing. I can't exactly put it to words how great a job they did with detailing my car. I had mold from trees, hadn't washed it in a year, and taking my cat to the vet she peed in my passenger seat.... They didn't only take care of those issue but made my 12 year old car feel brand new. I'll definitely be bringing my second car here very soon!!

I scheduled my Callaway Corvette to be detailed prior to an event with Road and Track Experiences. I had never been to Louisville before and chose them sight unseen. Xclusive did not disappoint, truly amazing, my car looked better than when it came off the showroom floor. As a car guy, you can t help but be particular about your prized possession. Xclusive s facility was beautiful, spotless a testament to the work they do. I wish there was a place close by me in New York that did the quality of work I received from Xclusive. Great shop and takes a lot of pride in their work. Was very impressed with attention to detail and efficiency. They made sure they asked me all the right questions before performing any tinting work. They also did a beautiful hand wash and vac as well. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back for washing. 5 stars all around. Great staff too

Nice friendly folks. Wanted to tint my front windows only. They said it would take about an hour and a half. I took my car in that same day after making an appointment and it took exactly about that amount of time. I think they even cleaned my windshield as well. Maybe put rainX on it as it was real slippery. They have a comfortable waiting area with a large TV and there are choices down the road for food as well. The woman who helped me was very friendly and answered all my questions. They also do complete wraps. A good place to go if I need any other similar types of service.

This was my first time spending significant money to get my car washed and detailed. I had the full premium detail done where they kept my car for 24 hours. I was not disappointed one bit with the finished product. My car was so shiny and absolutely beautiful! It looked brand new like the night I purchased it. I couldn t be happier with the service and product from Xclusive Professional Auto Detailing. I ll be back to have this done again.

Very pleased with the craftsmanship involved in protective coating my Porsche 911. Front spoiler experienced a couple of scrapes coming out of a parking lot and the repair to the protective film was well done with little additional cost to me. Listen, if you want it done right the first time? Then look no further! These guys are absolute BEASTs! If you want to keep paying other people to take short cuts; then this place is not for you! Thank you for fixing and correcting someone else s mistakes and never once complained about how screwed up it was! Btw, the staff treats you like family from the first day until the last!Thanks Family !

I got paint protection film (clear bra) installed on the front quarter of my car and mirror backs. Can you see the film? Now I can cruise knowing my car is safe from getting destroyed by rock chips. I also got the rear side markers tinted. Great job on the install guys thanks a lot. I would recommend their services to anyone. Professional and friendly.

They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told that I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. It's been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessionalUpdate 6-17-21: Mike at Xclusive worked with the BMW service center to have the button replaced. I just had to schedule the appointment, but Mike covered the cost.

Great place. Good prices and walked me through the process. They did my side windows and taillights There was an issue with the inner window mechanism on my passenger side that they told me about and fixed at no cost. They even gave me a discount for the rest of the service to make up for the hassle. Amazing place with great people behind it. Definitely would recommend.

$75 for tint on ONE window of a small coupe, wanted an extra $50 to remove a little bit of glue that would take maybe 5 minutes to get off left behind from getting ALL of the film removed from the one window I was wanting serviced. Horrible customer service, was told one price by a man on the phone and then when I came in person was told a different price by a lady behind the desk.

Mike and his crew at Xclusive did an incredible job on my truck! I got the tint done, a paint correction, and a full polish detail at a good price. I would highly recommend Xclusive Auto detail shop. They recently serviced my Jaguar. They did an exceptional job in every aspect of the service.First, their exterior car wash was meticulous and thorough. My 2020 Jaguar looked as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor, with every inch of it sparkling and pristine. They paid attention to even the smallest details, ensuring that no spot or blemish was missed.In addition to the exterior, their interior cleaning was equally impressive. They skillfully restored the interior to its original glory, leaving it fresh, tidy, and free from any dirt or stains. I was delighted to step into a clean and rejuvenated car.One particular highlight was their ability to remove a stubborn dealer decal that I had been struggling with to remove. Their expertise and careful approach ensured that the decal was completely eliminated without causing any damage to the car's paintwork.Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to eliminate small scratches and swirl marks that had accumulated over time. They were able to restore the paint's smoothness and shine, making my Jaguar look as good as new.Overall, I cannot praise this car detail shop enough for their exceptional service. After FiberRenew completely destroyed the left rear passenger seat on my BMW 740Xi, I contacted my warranty and requested a new shop. They sent me to Xclusive. Adrianne and her seat guy Byron took care of me.Byron, unlike FiberRenew, replaced the entire Napa leather panel. No harsh chemicals, no abrasive materials.24hrs later I have a new seat.Xclusive will be getting my car back for paint correction and a ceramic coating.I cannot recommend them enough. Below is a before and after of the seat.

I had yellow street paint all over my SUV. Michael got me in immediately and made my vehicle look immaculate. He even said if I find anything he missed to let him know and he would take care of it. Class act! So I used to go to Roberts on Shelbyville Rd. I told my daughter to go there because they were so good. Then when she did they were rude and dismissive (reviewed them too). I took my latest Tint need to Xclusive and WOW. Not only did they do a Great Job with that new Ceramic tint, the lady at the front desk was awesome. Just a nice as she could be! The only place in Louisville I'll ever go again or recommend for Window Tint!

Highly recommend this place! Everyone I talked to was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to do business with. From the lady working the desk to the tint/detailer worker. Every question I had was answered easily and with examples on other vehicles. The tint job was done very well and quicker than quoted. Definitely will be back for any tint/detailing needs!
