It was a great experience. His timing was spot on, it didn't take long to fix my two dents, plus I spotted a small dent after the fact and he fixed that too, plus rubbed out scratches, free of charge. I brought in a Honda Civic that had two small dents. The price was right and he was professional, complete and fast. My car looks brand new. He did a great job. I highly recommend this Working Man!

Cannot say enough great things about this shop. Fixed a massive dent and scuffs in my wife s SUV door for 1/5 of what we were quoted elsewhere and finished it within a few hours. Will never call another body shop again, all my business will be coming here. Would rate above 5 stars if I could!

Shannon is AWESOME! If you need dent work done I would definitely recommend seeing him. If I ever need something else done, I won't even consider anyone else. He took it in immediately, fixed it and charged a fraction of what others wanted. The whole process took less than an hour. I know every situation is different and may require other solutions, but if you aren't checking with him first then you are wasting time and money!!!

I have never had such a good encounter with a Buisness before I woke up and saw someone slammed there door into mine and I called the owner he told me to bring it down and fixed it right there he got it perfect I would recommend him to anyone below are some pictures of before during after

I want to tell everyone don t even consider any other dent repair shop except THIS ONE! My entire experience was a 10/10. For starters, I live an hour away. I called at least 10 places in Louisville and 9 of them said no, they can t fix the dent on my door because it s too severe but actually they are just too lazy to do the job correctly. Shannon was the ONLY person to tell me yes he could do it and he did a wonderful job! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional and his waiting area is very cozy. He has snacks, drinks, and Netflix. This type of customer service is SO HARD to find these days. Thanks!

I had a small but annoying dent on my car after someone decided to ram a cart into it, and this shop fixed my dent within an hour and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I can't even tell where it is now, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get dents and other dings fixed!

A deer dented the front quarter panel and completely dented in the driver's side door. The driver's side had several deep creases in the medal. Shannon made them go away! I really appreciate his skills. Plus, he saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend his business. You can't go wrong!

Prompt, professional service at a very competitive price - you might get lucky with the YouTube DIY repairs but that depends on the type of ding, but I wasn't prepared to take the risk, and after watching it being repaired I realized that the sharp profile of my ding had no chance of success with the YouTube DIY methods.I drove away from Working Man Dent Repair smiling from ear to ear in my 2 month old Ford Edge which was once again looking new with absolutely no sign of the ding in the passenger door.

He is a magician and most cost effective dent repair shop around town. Other places I went too would cost me over thousand dollars to fix or others didn t want to even try. He did the work way less than other guys and he loves the challenge!

Last night a good size branch fell while I was driving and took out my front windshield. It was at night. A quick look over and it didn't appear there was any body damage, but in the light of day there was, 2 palm size dents in the hood. Saw the reviews online and took the car in to see what Shannon could do. Half hour later you couldn't tell the car had every been damaged. Shannon did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend.

Found a small dent in the door of my brand new truck shortly after I brought it home. Didn't want to deal with the hassle of the dealer so I stopped by Working Man Dent Repair...he took one look and told me he could take care of it right then and there. Had me out of the door in less than 10min and it looks like there was never a dent there! As someone who develops some serious OCD with his vehicles, I am super glad I stopped in. I now have a go-to guy for any dents and dings!

Great shop and Awesome experience!Our car got hit while it was parked and left a lot of damage on the quarter panel and two big creases in the door. All the other shops wanted to replace the quarter panel and the door which as you can imagine would be thousands of dollars. Shannon on the other hand was very reasonable and very professional. He took way less time, and the outcome was amazing. The condition of the car was completely restored and at a fraction of the cost! Thank you, Shannon!I would highly recommend you give the place a chance! I will definitely be using him again if the need ever arises!

Shannon from working man dent repair is a top notch guy. Very professional, friendly and a master of dent repair. I brought in my 2014 dodge challenger rt it had over a dozen door dings and dents in the body,frankly 3 or 4 of them I was sure that he could not fix. Man was I wrong! He did awesome job it looks great.He has great prices best in Louisville at least 50% less than most of his competitors. Seriously if you want your car or truck to look great again working man dent repair is where you need to go.

I had some damage on the aluminum hood of my truck from a garage door coming down on it. Hood is now back to looking like new! Couldn t be happier with the results and also at an amazing price compared to the competitors. Thank you! Keep up the amazing work!

Had a great experience at working man dent repair moments ago. My car had a small dent that i wasn't sure will even be repairable or not. Shannon took a look at it and told me he'd be able to get it taken care of. To my surprise, it barely took him 10 minutes to get it to where you can't even tell if there ever was a dent there. I am stoked by how skillful of a work Shannon did and also how amazingly courteous he was throughout the entire process. Such an honest man with a wonderful skill set and great customer service. I highly recommend Working Man Dent Repair. I took my car in with pretty serious damages and Shannon was able to take care of everything. I was amazed on the work that he was able perform on my disastrous accident. My car looks brand new! Not only was the workmanship outstanding but he is also a very trustworthy and honest man. He was very upfront on everything and never took advantage of the situation. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars, it can be hard to find someone you can trust. Also, everything was done in a timely matter and completed at the original time promised. He is somewhat of a magician with these things. :) I couldn t be any happier with the services and would highly recommend to everyone!

I had only had my car for two weeks and the door got dented. I texted Shannon and he told me to come in today at 2:00pm. When I arrived he greeted me as I walked in the door. He offered me a free drink, snack and Netflix. I asked him if I could watch him do the repair, he said yes. He charged me way less than I expected to pay and did a absolute fantastic job. I recommend using him for all dent repairs to your vehicle. I'm going to share my experience with my friends and family. I will definitely use him again and thank you for the great conversation. My wife is very happy

Shannon was excellent to work with. Finding parts for our repair was difficult due to the strike at GM. Shannon diligently pursued the search for the parts and the repairs were completed. His workmanship was excellent.Costs were extremely fair. Will definitely call Shannon for any future needs and will recommend his service to my friends.

I highly recommend Working Man Dent Repair. This locally owned business did amazing work and delivered exactly what they said they would do to repair the dent in the trunk of my car. I was given a price quote a year and a half ago in a repair timeframe of two hours I spoke with the same man yesterday and scheduled my repair today for the same exact price and time needed to do the work. I had a ding in my drivers side door. I first took it to a body shop and was quoted $1500 to fix. They told me that I should take it to Working Man Dent. I had never heard of this place before. Shannon fixed it at a fraction of the cost and in about 6 hours. Fantastic work and great service. I cannot recommend Working Man strongly enough.

A grill blew into my truck door and caused several large dents. They were handled quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have work done here, and I will be back with any dents that show up in the future. Very pleased with the work and the price.

I was in Louisville for a couple days visiting relatives. While backing out of the driveway I hit a garbage can and dented my aluminum bodied Ford F-150. Desperate to fix the dent in my brand new truck I looked for the closest dent repair shop with good reviews and working man was a highly recommended service. I m glad I went here. He repaired my dent inCredibly fast and at a reasonable price! It s a small shop and there was absolutely no waiting! The price was a highlight, well below what I planned to pay!
