The pictures are very misleading, horrible location with the interstate literally up against one wall and in the middle of what looks like the projects. The room was nice, but for the price they should mention that you'll be listening to and feeling the traffic all day and night. Breakfast bar was standard hotel fare, and the literal worst coffee in the rooms. Parking was decent, but none of the ups come close to making up for the downs. I won't be booking here again.Noteworthy details: Extremely noisy. No light sleepers here.

I was blown away by how clean everything was. I ve been across this country and in some very nice hotels, but none compare to how immaculate they keep it. You can t even find a spec of dust on any of the picture frames. The front desk was friendly and helpful too by giving me the best rate they could find, without me even asking. I m proud to be a rewards member and will make this hotel my choice when I m in the area.Rooms: Incredibly clean and well taken care of.Food & drinks: Breakfast was really good and presentation was clean.

We reserved this hotel room for the specific purpose of my husband and baby staying there during the day while I worked. I confirmed a late check out by phone when I made the reservation. I confirmed a late checkout in person when we checked in. At the regular checkout time, housekeeping told my husband he needed to leave. He told them we had a late check out. The front desk told him that late check out means that you can pay BY THE MINUTE to stay in your room. They kicked them out of the room, he packed up everything by himself, and he and our baby waited alone in the lobby until I was off of work. I tried to contact Wyndham several times and received no response. I tried to contact the manager several times, and receive no response. Horrible service experience. We would never stay in a Wyndham again.

Friendly workers. The cleanliness of room was great expect for the pipes showing and ventilation system. If you have kids be cautious if your room doesn't hide the pipes from the kids under the sink. The office table was too close to the ventilation system so all the air blows directly on you if your there to work from laptop. The Dove products are amazing. I love the products they supply for those staying there.

It is located very convenient in the city, everything was 10-15 min away. Also being that highways make it fast and efficient to travel anywhere in the city, you re literally next to a major highway. Loved the lobby area, spent most of my time there watching tv with family and other guest. Also dining area allowed me to hold a small birthday party for my son.Rooms: Room was serviced daily with fresh towels and sheets, bed made, a lot of extras in room.Nearby activities: I went with kids so locations like Defy jumping attraction, Malibu Jacks which is an indoor carnival, and for adults an outlet mall also. All within 10-15 min from hotel.Safety: Very centralized, need room key entrance after hours, reception is 24 hours.

So I went to spend one night at this location and could not sleep at all, it felt like I was sleeping on the highway. Everything else was fine about the hotel except the noise, staff was very friendly and even offered a free upgrade, unfortunately the location wasn t it. Unless you fall asleep easily in loud settings this isn t the place for you

The staff was very accommodating. The property was very clean and well maintained. The internet worked great. The breakfast bar was nothing extraordinary but served the purpose. The amenities were superb for the price. No complaints from me. I ll return there when I m in Louisville again.Rooms: Clean and utilitarian.

We stayed here to attend an event at the expo center, budget hotel close to the highway didnt expect anything fancy.Even though the neighborhood wasn't the best the parking lot is well lit with cameras on all post, which made me feel better about the experience. To add to my wife's review the biggest upset was the confusion of the pet policy, booking through hotel tonight it clearly says pets under 25 pounds no charge. We we informed at check in that there was a $15/night charge. Which we informed the guy at the desk, ww had to show him the listing from the app, and he called the manager to waive the fee, then we were asked to send the screenshot to the manager also finefirst response was of the manager stating he couldn't see the hotel address in the screenshot. He got a call from his employee stating he saw the app and the listing, and then asked us to send the photo, and then you're going to try and sipute it because the photo did list the address? why not ask that originally.Resend it with the hotels address, and then get another email stating how their website shows the correct info and I should've checked. If YOUR hotel is listed anywhere else it's YOUR responsibility to make sure 3rd parties are accurate, I'm not going to scroll through your website after booking elsewhere to make sure everything matches upApart from waiving the fee I didn't ask for anything, miscommunication happens with 3rd parties no biggie, I sent the email just so they could be aware of this happening again. I told the manager we would have never booked if we had seen the fee prior, I would've paid the extra and stayed somewhere nicer. The fact that they tried to dispute or go back and forth and put it on us is laughable, horrible customer service.I also heard another guest having the same back and forth about her service dog after she said she had called and was assured it was okay. Which pretty sure is illegal to charge forThe other employees were nice enough, but the overall experience was lacking. Breakfast was cold, walls were so thin you heard everything and the doors all slam shut.Thankful for the parking lot, felt safe leaving my stuff in the truckparking lot 5/5rest 1/5

The hotel has clearly seen better days, and it doesn't seem like it was great even when it was new.The fitness center is tiny and out of the way. I had to ask at the front desk to even find it.Breakfast was good and before dawn the lobby was a nice place to read. The staff were polite and helpful, but not that professional or attentive. When walking up to the desk we often needed to get their attention.Overall, it's a hotel. You could sleep here if you're not too temperature sensitive. Its just not a very nice one, nor a good deal for the price. There are much better hotels in the area around the same price point.Rooms: Our family had two rooms. The rooms are small and mediocre. They weren't bad, they just weren't modern or nice, the paint was chipping and age showing here and there both in the rooms and all through the hotel. The Air Conditioners in the rooms barely work. We turned them on before dinner and it took almost all night before the room seemed any cooler in one room, and the other room never seemed to cool at all.Walkability: You drive to the middle of what looks like a rough neighborhood to get to the hotel. I didn't feel safe to take a walk in the area around the hotel.

So this hotel is very clean. The Breakfast is straightforward to above average. The location is on an Interstate highway that seems to be alive with traffic all night. Do NOT stay on a low level room facing the Interstate like we did. You'll regret it. There is NO Hot Tub. Its a solid 3 star establishment. So do NOT expect a bus boy. The Hotel is located within the Orthodox Jewish Community confines of Louisville Kentucky. In short, expect an average stay, but with immaculate conditions. Safe Travels!

The price was decent, the rooms were okay (including mini fridge & microwave) but our towels were still damp and the carpet seemed sticky. The breakfast was good, better than most. However, being SO close to the highway, it's all you heard. We could barely hear the tv over the road noise. It sounded like a window was open it was so loud. Not a good sleep. Thankfully we were just there for 1 night to break up a long drive.

I would pass on this one. It was in a bad area and even the hotel implied it. There were signs saying cars get broken into and that people steal from their hotel. The beds were super uncomfortable, the AC didn't work, and there wasn't much water pressure. The staff was unprofessional and clearly didn't really understand all of their systems. The free breakfast was nice though.

They say they're pet friendly. I have a dog with separation anxiety and so my gf and I went to get breakfast and we were 3 rooms away so we heard our dog park. The manager then told us we need to keep the dog quiet for the remainder of our stay or we'll be asked to leave. We were told they had to refund someone money because of the barking but if you know you're staying in a "pet friendly" hotel, expect to hear barking. Then our dog barked at a woman (cause he barks at everyone to say hi, and he was on a leash) and she runs in fear. He is a chihuahua. The hotel staff then apologizes to her for her "dramatic experience " and they would just glare at us every time we left or came back. Management was very rude, and rooms smelled musty. If I could give it negative stars, i would. WORST experience in a hotel EVER.

Not bad at all for an older hotel. 10 minutes away from EVERYTHING! Clean rooms. Great breakfast! Small pool, but just fine for us. (Although, they should really rethink their weekend hours. 9am to 9pm???) We booked adjoining rooms with king size bed and fold out couch for the kids, and were expecting our bedrooms to be separated by a door, but there was no separation between rooms except for a short hallway and kitchenette with no doors to close for privacy. Overall, a good stay. The staff has been very friendly to us throughout our stay.

Nice clean hotel, pet friendly with good rates. The guy at the front desk with curly hair has great customer service...I think his name is Amil. The housekeeping staff was all very nice also. Having the Dove shampoo, conditioner & soap dispenser was a major plus because it saved me a trip to the store. This hotel exceeded my expectations & I would stay here again.Rooms: Clean, spacious rooms with good amenities.

I stayed here for seven nights on a business trip. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. I had a reservation so check in went smoothly. The lobby and hallways were very clean with no odor. My room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. All the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave, in room coffee and small refrigerator. The hotel does have multiple luggage carts which is nice, and 24/7 coffee. My air conditioner/heater worked well, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The 43" television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. There is a guest laundry, $2.25 each to wash and dry. The in-house "store" has a variety of food items for purchase, as well as sleep aid and laundry detergent. Breakfast was a good variety with sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the standard cereals, etc. A very pleasant stay. I'll absolutely book here again if my work asked me to return to the area. I stay over 100 nights a year in Wyndham hotels and this one gets it right!

This hotel is located in a residential apartment/condo area. The hotel sits in a secluded location that sits parallel to the highway. It was a quiet area. The hotel staff was pleasant, room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had hot items as well as a waffle maker, and the regular continental breakfast items. The location was centrally located. Easy access to the highway and major tourist attractions Expo Center, Kentucky Kingdom, Zoo and shopping. The prices was affordable and most of all I felt safe.Rooms: Clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper just know some room face the highway but it wasn't annoying noise.Nearby activities: Restaurants, Expo Center for events, Amusement Park and Zoo are nearby.Safety: Cameras surrounded the property internal and external and they are monitored.

Staff and property are great - clean, efficient, etc... Only issue on the room was the janky shower - lower faucet was dangling on its supply line (making engaging the shower head tricky) - and the shower head - again not mounted, just dangling... NICE property still. TWO primary reasons this wasn't at least four stars...First - the Air Conditioning... Its on a sensor of sorts - which means if you are not moving around in the room - it basically shuts off... I set it to 66 degrees and HIGH - and much to my dismay - I woke up 3 hours later to a room about 75 degrees (multiple times). Completely unacceptable, period. The room I was in was very small (and efficient - actually really liked it) - so keeping it cool is about 1/2 the task of a normal room - but the fact they use some type of sensor unit - you wake up sweating (and YES I sweat at 75 degrees).Second - this room was adjacent to the signage wall facing the highway - and perhaps it caused for more noise (trapping the sounds) - but the road noise at night (think Harley or Hot rod stepping on it, or trucker applying Jake brake) - was at a level that was too loud - and I sleep to music in the background...Add the two together - awoken regularly by road noise - to a HOT room, and you get a very low star rating.

I was very pleased with this Hotel and the new Look for Wyndham. The staff was very polite, it was nice and clean in the lobby and the rooms were nice as well. Me and some friends booked a block of rooms for The FunkFest and everyone was very pleased with there stay. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars because the sink was a bit clogged.

$250 DEPOSIT. Website I booked the room under just charged me $220 for 3 nights which I thought was a great deal. Didn't find out until I got here that there was a $250 damage deposit on the room in addition to another $67 fee upon check in. The room I thought was only $220 for 3 nights came out to $537. Yes you get the $250 back but of course it takes 5-7 business days after you check out. They honestly should just include it in the initial price so I would've known before hand. Most places only charge an extra $50-75, $250 missing out of my account for 7 days is not what I expected coming here. If I was on vacation with a fixed income I'd be more upset so keep this in mind if you're saving up for a trip here.

We stay at this hotel quite often and it's one of our favorites. If you're bothered by highway noise, request a room not on the highway side and it's perfectly quiet. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My husband is a germophobe and if we're in a questionable hotel, he sleeps fully clothed on top of the covers; but in this hotel, he sleeps comfortably under the sheets. :)
