Used to work there for a while. At 1st it was great , the the staff showed their true colors, there is extremely RUDE! unprofessional, and abusive. The drivers aren't safe,and a lot of discrimination due to the management is nerve-wracking. If I could give negative 20 stars, I would!! This company is a non-profit organization, funded by Red cross red sheild .lately alot of employee's have quit do to this very reason, Mr. Shaw is volatile, and as a dispatcher, it is literally why they can not keep many employee's.

Not sure what these people are about, but it's probably a Louisville thing. When you live in a miserable city, does a driver for one of these short buses have to be rude??? To be more specific, the one who drives 980 is an old toilet fish. He is very rude, loudmouth, and degrading. He tells everyone they are nobodies. He enjoys getting folks ramped up. Is this part of their training???First and foremost, if you have a job as such and are serving the public, you need to be a people person, because you are customer service!

I called wheels to let them know we were ready to be picked back up and provided them the address of where we are at (not the location we were dropped off at). An hour later I called back and asked about the status of the ride. The person on the phone said the driver could not locate me so they left. I told them that I informed the person over the phone that we were at the main entrance and I had provided my phone number. I was then scolded and was told that they did not have that information and they shouldn t have to look for us. This shouldn t be this complicated and the staff should never scold anyone on the phone like that especially when I was very polite. I will be requesting an alternative transport company for our facility.

Their drivers are unsafe. One of their marked mini buses swerved toward me on the expressway. When I looked over he was texting on his cell phone AND had a passenger. I honked at him to get his attention then he actually slowed down as if to threaten me. Thank goodness I was at my exit. I called the company to report the incident and they were completely unprofessional and seemed totally unconcerned. They did not even apologize!

Day one using wheels Transportation....they were 2 hours and 56 minutes late. The driver simply said "i did not know where it was so i went ahead and did other routes."Everyday i call and complain, it does not help the problem at all. Yesterday my client missed a dr. Appt due to never even being picked up. Today i was told "we had drivers show up late" my question is, if you continually have this problem why do you allow it and why is there not a repercussion in place to prevent this. You have elderly and medically fragile people who are dependent upon this system and yet they are not held accountable at all. If this problem were addressed initially we would not continue to have such a problem. I'm going to call every person I can call file a complaint in every way that I can until they are no longer grossly late. These people are paying for a service in which they are not getting. it isn't right, it's not fair and it's certainly poor business practice. They have to do better and MUST do something about this now!!!!! Breecher Hudson, is the executive chief i believe I will be contacting him today numerous times until I have reached him made my point and am provided some form of a reasonable resolution

Its 152pm and I just watched a driver stop to get a lady in a wheel chair at grey st building when he arrived there was a cap lab car in front of building and this driver blared his horn several times and then proceeded to get out of van and go up to car yelling and waving his arms at the guy in the car. Instead of just pulling around him. Unnecessary and unprofessional behavior. If he is like that with other companies and drivers then I hate to think how he treats his passengers. I don't know any of the people involved but he drew all the bystanders attention to himself and his company.

They are NEVER ON TIME!!! And the dispatch supervisor Fred will raise his voice lie and argue with you... We're the customers and this is how we get treated. I never wish anything on ppl but he is the type of person that needs to depend on someone for medical transportation just to know how it feels!!!

91 year old mother's wheel chair was not secured in the van today, she fell out of wheelchair onto van floor, was not taken to the hospital, and Wheels has not returned my calls? Does not deserve any stars. Incompetent and negligent drivers.

I was almost side swiped getting off the interstate by number 928 at the Hurstbourne exit. The driver was smoking in the vehicle, driving at a high rate of speed and switching lanes without signaling. I wouldn't trust them to transport anything!

I just had a horrible experience. They made me over forty minutes late for my appointment. They didn t even have my name of gender correct when they finally showed. I don t know if it s them or Federated but they need to get their act together.

Im going to apply there. If you guys want good service,tell them to hire me. 12 years driving semi and never ran over anything i didnt want to.

Rude unprofessional driver. Disregards road/parking laws on my street. Horrible to deal with. No success calling the company about the driver.
