Don t come here if it is an urgent situation, you ll end up spending more money to pay for Triple A to tow you to a different tire shop because they operate on appointments only. I have been getting my oil changed at this Walmart for many, many years and never had an issue until the past few months. I came by on Monday and was told that they are only doing oil changes Wednesdays and Saturdays, which isn't posted anywhere. The hours listed on Google for Wednesdays are 8-5. I showed up at 4 only to be told that they were doing oil changes earlier in the day, but the person left already amd its actually Wednesdays and Fridays, btw.I will not attempt to get any automotive service from this Walmart again. The customer service is at a bare minimum and I'm not rewarding this ridiculous behavior with my hard earned money. Too many other places to get an oil change to put up with that.It's also important to note that the tech I spoke with on Monday told me that another Walmart has like 17 people that change oil, but no one wants to work at the Fern Creek automotive center. Wonder why that is?

I want the cheapest oil change." No problem buddy i hear ya.""So you just want the standard?"Yeah the cheap one.Guess what? They gave me the standard, not the cheap one. See what he did there? Yeah i did have said no not the standard but since 11 seconds earlier i had said the cheapest that couldn't have disappeared from the ether that quick could it? Anyway, no biggie, it's was 10 bucks, it just irks me.

I own 4 vehicles. I have been taking them here for all my oil changes and tire replacement for almost 20 yrs. I've gone in to get oil change for 3 weeks now only to be turned away. They say they're not doing oil changes that day or the guy in front of me I'd the last one for the day. I will never, ever go back to this location again. I will take my business to a competitor

I called to see if they had my size tires in stock and to get pricing. The guy on the phone looked it up and gave me a price and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. He said he didn t have anything until Wednesday but then saw that there was a cancellation and told me I could come right on in. When I got their I was greeted by a nice woman who asked if I was Ms. Crump and I said yes. She took my information and told me it would be around 45 minutes as they would also rotate the tires. I shopped and in no time my car was ready. The older gentleman who rang me up was nice and courteous and told me he s glad I got the warranty as it is a good idea and would pay off in the end. From start to finish my experience and their customer service was top notch. Very caring staff. Will be back and would recommend this center.

Paid around 200 for one 20 inch tire and had it installed at this location. I noticed upon getting back into the vehicle that the tire pressure was about 8-10 lbs low. I said something to the manager and he said after driving for a while it would go up. Drove for 24 hours and now my tire pressure is down to 22!! Called and they can t even get me in to fix it. Even though I told them it was wrong before I left. I did not want to go to wal mart but it was the only way I could get a tire this week. Never again.

Bought tires online and had them sent to this location because they had an appointment time that fit my needs. When I arrived for appointment on time was told they would start it in 30mins. 2 hours later, they were just getting started. All I got from the manager was a sorry, I don t know why I took so long. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. But I won t be going back, and would recommend not going to this location.Service: Tires

Took my truck to the care center to have them install a battery with a minor post problem so I had them install it to save me the hassle. It's been awhile since I'd been up there. But things seemed more organized. They had a new Mgr. She was very knowledgeable. Very pleased

Got 4 tires online from Walmart and had them put on. Drove 7 miles and my left front tire went flat. Went back in and they charged me $18 for a new valve stem. I was not happy about that and told them that it worked just fine intill I came in. After getting the car back, the car pulls to the right. I don t trust them and will never go back to this automotive shop. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different shop. They are rude, and don t care about your issue. They won t even respond to you if you have any complaints. One of the worst places in fern creek.Service: Tires

The auto center was great. I came in last minute for some tires 5 to be exact. They squeezed me in at 5:30. 5 cars ahead. Went in did some shopping. Came back and voila its done. Got 5 tires for for the price of 4. Good all season radials. Great experience

The service center is understaffed and wait time often exceed 2-3 hours to get a simple oil change. The last two times I ve used them (I only go back because I paid for a lifetime tire rotation) they have caused me more issue then they fixed. On one tire rotation and balance they had one of my tires 6 ozs. out of balance! The shaking became so bad that I was sure I was having some sort of suspension issue and took it somewhere else to have it looked at, only to find out it was a poor balance job. Other annoyances are forgetting to put tire stem caps back on and more importantly not properly securing a liner underneath my car that they have to remove when they change the oil. Overall I m not very happy with this service center and won t be going back... the money I invested it the lifetime tire rotations isn t worth the aggravation I experience every time I go there to have my oil change or tire rotated.

Went in for a tire rotation, should only take 20-30 mins as stated by workers. He said there was a nail in my tire and it ll take another 20 mins, 45 mins after I had been waiting already, then after another 45 mins of waiting I asked the manager to see if they re almost done and he brushed me off... so finally after waiting an hour and a half I asked the tech which tire had a nail in it he said it was a piece of glass that didn t go all the way through so I waited an extra 45 mins for what? Why did he say nail when it was glass and why did it take a whole 45 mins One of the worst services I ve had for my car.

I have had 1 good experience with walmart auto care center. Every other time has been a joke. I went for an oil change on a 2012 toyota camry. I arrived at 3pm on a Tuesday. My vehicle was never driven in the garage but mechanics refused to change my oil due to a gasket. They claim that it's made of plastic now and it seizes up and they might break it. So I tried this past weekend to get 4 new tires due to a nail being in my tire. After checking the website and google it said they closed at 7 pm. We arrived at 430 and was told that they were closing and again refused service on my vehicle.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Let s start with the employee who checked the vehicle in. She was rude non attentive and told me they were so far behind I should not even sign the car in. The car sat for 3 hours then they called me and I picked the vehicle up. This afternoon I noticed oil under the vehicle on the garage floor and we bought the car new and it has never leaked one drop. After I raised the car up I found oil all over the frame around the oil filter. When I checked the dip stick it barley registered oil. I will be there at 655 am in the morning to have a discussion with the manager. Pathetic.

Terrible experience, 1st time I got an oil change they didn't use the recommended amount, it's been a while so I tried again, this time they used the correct amount of oil but neglected to review everything with me. It wasn't until I got home that under technician comments I saw it said Oil Leak - Umm what? This, I think, it very useful information to have. To top it off, the staff has a bad attitude! It really is true that you get what you pay for. Never going back again!

Just brought my car in for an oil change and wiper blades. I was told they'd page me overhead when it was finished. They never paged me, I had to go ask if it was ready. The young lady that checked me out informed me that they didn't have the wiper blades in stock needed for my car. While it's not her fault, she offered no apology or solution such as checking other locations. My oil change was only $21 and I got $21 service. I'll stick to Valvoline from now on.

If you're in need of an oil change, new tires or a battery checkup, this is the place to go! Cool staff, quick service and great prices. Definitely recommend.

The tires recommended by the Walmart Auto Care Center are great. They are high-quality and provide a very smooth ride. I am happy with my purchase, and I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and helpful attitude of the Walmart Auto Care Center in Middletown, KY.

Jelia has great customer service skills. Worked with a smile the whole time I was there. Even though it was backed up, she made sure to attend to waiting customers, assuring them that they will be attended to.

I know better than to ever go to Walmart for anything and my experience with the tire center did absolutely nothing to change that. Horrible customer service, per usual. Your money is best spent elsewhere.

Seems they can never get my lugs off. Was charged for wiper blades that they never checked! I would be surprised if they put correct oil in. Place is a joke.

Excellent, fast, friendly service. The manager was extremely helpful in a battery exchange on a warranty battery. Would highly recommend their batteries to anyone needing a battery for their automobile or truck.

Typical Fern Creek Walmart. 8 self checkout registers, 3 open, none take cash. The one I chose declined credit card multiple times, for no good reason. I absolutely dread having to go here.

Don't even waste your time calling - they let the phone ring for 20 minutes and were extremely rude when answering. Apparently they don't need/want customers.

A little faster this time only took an hour normally take 2 hours or better even though there was only 3 total vehicles and one was in progress.

Slow site says they open at 7 at 720 they are still closed just needed air. So left and went to a gas station.
