Took my vehicle on to get an estimate on body work. The man said he would email me an estimate. Over 3 weeks now and he still hasn t sent me the estimate. I have called 5 times and the receptionist refuses to send me an estimate via text because obviously they don t know how to send an estimate via email even though I ve repeated and spelled it out to them 100 times. The lady at the desk says the owner isn t here everytime I call and says I will have to check tomorrow j told them I will go elsewhere. This is nonsense. I don t know how this place is making money doing business like this. Good Luck

I had a blow out on Saturday the 14th around 8:30 pm waited 5 hours for a tow truck to take us to a 24 hour tire repair shop but they couldn't get the lug nut off it had to burned off . No places was open on Sunday so we had to wait till Monday the 16th. I stopped in Vega Auto Repair explained my situation and he said they could fix it in a few hours. I was able to get my van to them . Within 2-3 hours it was fixed. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Helped get my Sonata back on the road. Really didn t want to get new rotors and pads. They suggested i just have them resurfaced. Came out good as new and saved me a couple hundred.

Took a car to them to have an engine put in the car made it a block and a half had it towed to another shop they told me no one voted the engine down recently took my Ford fusion to them for a thermostat problem they charged me $480 and the next day I still have the same problem do not take your car to them they are terrible

The worst , I do not recommend it , they charged me $108 for an alignment that they didn t do , they used wd40 on the nuts just to make it looks like they did some work, I told the lady to do a rotation but they didn t do it , I've been robbed

I have taken my car to this place a few times. However this recent time I have brought the car to this place, there was an issue. I needed my AC compressor replaced. The owner stated he would call me back with a price. 4 days had gone by and no call with a price. I went into the office to check up on the car. The lady at the desk told me the car was ready and provided me a price that was pretty high. More work than just the AC compressor was completed. When trying to communicate with the owner of the situation on why I was not contacted with pricing and work before it was done and not being contacted either when it was done, the owner took offense and said he has never had this issue before and became belligerent instead of having an appropriate sit down talk as a professional. I stated that I would come back to speak with him at a different time when things are calmer and we could discuss my car and payment. Instead of remaining professional, the owner had my parts removed and fluids drained and wires undone. (Work he said he completed so he undid it). And when I asked him why he would do that, he became sarcastic. This mechanic owner decided to be vindictive and retaliate against me because he did not feel he was in the wrong for not contacting me prior to work. I was very distraught on how he decided to handle his business. I will never go back and will be taking action against this place.

If you wants to get your car repair this is NOT the place. My car had a problem with the computer, they said it was the fuel pump, replaced it and i had pay 900 usd. The worst part was that my car still having the same issue cuz they did a wrong diagnostic. Is expensive and not worth at all. Extremely not recommended.

I called them for an alignment praise for my car and gave them the car info such as year, make and model and told me it waz 60 dollars. When i got there i waited for 29 minutes and the guy came out to tell me it was not 60 but a 100 dollar because there was to much work to do. It's a fraudulent business.

Do not take anything to them. They had our truck for three and a half weeks for a tune up. They broke the spark plug and it went down into the intake. A $500 job turned into $1500. And won't stand behind their labor. I might also add that they won't cash only. Although they do have a credit card machine on the desk in the open. Not a pleasant experience at all. Will not deal with them again.

I went to this shop just to get a new tire. One of the vehicles in the parking lot that they had been working on, hit my car leaving damages. There was no one in the other vehicle. The owner said he would give me a few dollars due to the incident, but I refused because I wanted my car fixed. So he agreed to fix it. When trying to get my car fixed he would keep changing his story as to when I could bring my car in. He finally (weeks later) said I could bring my car in. I did, left it overnight, and the next day when I went to pick it up my car no longer worked. I told him this and He said he would be there to look at it, then turned his phone off. And refused to answer his phone for days anytime he seen my number calling. But would answer immediately if I called from another number. So again, he said he would fix it. After having my car for 2 more weeks (supposedly fixing it) I kept calling to see when it would be ready. He then told me, after us agreeing that he would do labor for free and I would pay for parts when the car was fixed, that I needed to give him the money before he fixed my car. So my car was just sitting there for weeks while he was lying saying he was working on it. This shop is one big scam. I then towed my car somewhere else. Even that was a hassle because he wouldn't give me my parts. THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You go in for something simple, and the end result is weeks of hassles and you end up spending ridiculous amounts of money. DO NOT LET ANYONE AT THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR CAR.

The Owner has worked on all of my cars from Tie Rod Jobs, Alignments, Timing Belt Change, and Inspection of a Truck that I purchased....he has really good people skills which is important to me and will let you know what needs to be done to fix the issue........I had a coil spring replaced by his shop albeit the car was fixed, still didn't quite seem to ride right for some reason. Brought the car back to the shop owner and he looked at it again and was able to determine and fix the issue with no extra cost.

This guy and his shop are a total ripoff. Avoid him at all cost. Doesn't give price up front and balloons the price up so high you are caught off guard. He uses the Kentucky mechanic lien and doesn't even considers payments. Avoid this shop unless you like being taken advantage of.

Ok good prices. At $60 an hour for labor not gonna find any cheaper. However Louis seems a tad sketchy when he does a diagnosis and it always seems like the most expensive thing. My advice get a diagnosis somewhere else or get a second opinion before any repairs.

I went to this shop a week ago for an alignment first he said they where all booked up I said I'll wait he followed me outside took my keys and said I'll do it now should have been a red flag but I needed it done and needed to get back to work so he took my car in they did a few things 20 mins later he gave me the keys and said it was straight well it wasn't at all it was off to the left more then when I brought it in I had to go to work so I couldn't just turn around and go back but when I got done working around 5 I went back said it's not straight I need my steering wheel to be straight that's the whole reason I brought it in I got the run around and told to come back the next day I did came back for the 3rd time had to wait 30 even though nobody else was there for an alignment but he took it in Said it was straight to him so I should be happy with it because it's seemed straight enough for him then said it must be my gear box needs to be replaced but I've never had a problem out of it other than the alignment being a little bit off to the left so I left to go to work again of course the alignment is still way off to the left so I go back for the 4th time he was like it's your rack and pinion look I'll drive so we are driving down the road he's like look the wheel is straight enough I was like it's to the left straight out the wheel he didn't won't to do that because it would prove my point so I grabbed it and straighten it out we are pulling straight into the curb he goes ok so it pulls to the right a little bit I said what is the point of an alignment so it doesn't pull to either side right and it drives straight at high miles per hour he was so mad took it back in again after I had to wait for 2 hours gave it back 2 minutes later and it's still off to the left worse then when I first came in 85 dollars down the drain and I still have to go get another alignment from a real alignment shop don't waist 85 dollars like I did dealing with this shop you will regret it big time or you will be bringing your car back to him for a month over one small issue

They response very quickly and the work was done fast but it didn t solve the problem on my car even though the manager said it was completely fix.

If I could give this place half of a star I would...Bottom line if you want to be out of your money and your car still is not fixed after 1 month this is not somewhere you want to take your car!

Wouldnt take my vehicle there for nothing ... Had my truck parked there for few days went to pick it up someone broke into it stole my battery, jumper cables and other stuff but he said he didnt know nothing but yet has cameras...what a joke dont ever trust nothing they do or say
