I usually love this location but I came for a transmission Fluid exchange and even decided to get a radiator flush. They told me they re going to pull me out of the bay to get some oil changes done while the assistant manager ran to get the transmission fluid. They told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. I waited an hour in the parking lot for the assistant manager to finally come back to my car and tell me it ll be about 10 minutes just for another 20 minutes to pass by. So I finally left. Hopefully they get it figured out.

I go here for all my oil changes with the company cars I drive. They are quick and helpful. Reading a book or listening to podcasts while they work can make the time go by even fast. I recommend Valvoline to anyone!

Always super friendly and fantastic customer service. Genuinely recommends things you might need but doesn't pressure you into buying everything. Knowledgeable as well. After these last two visits Valvoline will definitely be my preferred car service choice from now on!

I went by this location around 8:00pm. I knew they were probably closed. I had to try and see if they would air up my tires. My indicator light was on in my vehicle. I got there attention and they came out. I expected them to say sorry were closed. No they were more than happy to help. They could have said sorry about your luck. I have real difficulties airing up my tires and they were life savers. I highly recommend this location. I really appreciated there help and I will remember their kindness in a not so kind world.

I have done quite a bit of business here. All the family vehicles. Just be patient, and you will get the service you deserve. If want something checked or have a question, just ask. Always very kind and informative. In today's world maintenance is so important and cam make a car last and be new for ten years, seriously. Got my oil changed there along with some other work. Oil started leaking from my car pretty soon after the oil change. I went back there twice to get it fixed each time they said they fixed the leak but the leak kept coming back.

First time coming here and definitely coming back. Drove up and only had to wait a few minutes (did not come at a peak time) and got everything I needed done. The staff was friendly and honest; they showed me my filters/oil/etc and didn't try to upsell anything. My air filter did need replacing and after they showed me I got a new one put in on the spot for a good price. Very pleased!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I usually go to Valvoline mainly for convenience. The last time I went, they suggested upkeep of my air conditioner because it was registering high. I agreed and it was the best move I have made for my car this summer!

I went to get an oil change, a tire rotation, and some filters replaced on April 7th, 2023. My check engine light came on two days later so I popped the hood to investigate. I immediately noticed a vacuum line was disconnected. Upon further inspection I found: the oil filter housing was covered in old oil, the air filter clips had been broken, and my car began to shift very badly (this was never an issue before). I would not recommend this location. Seems like they rush and are careless. I m going to another mechanic to see if they can fix what Valvoline broke.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I don t often like going to places like these. I came here out of convenience and am reminded of why I don t. $50 for a cabin air filter? I get wanting to make a profit but that s gouging. I won t be back and that s too bad. The 3 stars was for the good service because it was good. I m poor and don t have money to throw away. If they see something that needs addressing on your car I recommend just take it somewhere else and save yourself the money unless you have cash to burn and like things getting things done Johnny on the spot.

Fast and friendly. They recommended other services, which is fine, because I don't keep track of what needs replaced when. Luckily the last time I was there, they showed me how bad my serpentine belt looked (car was at 101,000 miles) so I had them replace it. Everyone that works there was very nice and answered my questions and explained what they were doing. Service was fast.

Very fast! They didn't just try to sell me everything, they let me know what needed to be done or replaced then let me know what could wait and what was an immediate need. Even then they didn't push for me to buy anything extra and were happy to look at something that they can't even fix to see what the issue was. They were very friendly the entire time also!

I ll never use Valvoline for an oil change again. Damages 3 of my tire pressure monitor sensors while airing the tires and refuses to accept responsibility for repairs. Completely unprofessional.
