Noel was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, along with the other techs who tended to my vehicle. The wait was extremely short considering how many cars were waiting when I had arrived. I typically change my own oil at home but needed this service for the convenience. Thank you, Valvoline!

I've been coming to this location for 3 years and I'm very satisfied.They are quick, friendly, and professional.The only drawback is that Valvoline pushes them to upsell so occasionally you'll be told there are problems that don't actually exist. In the last 3 years, I was told my new tired with only 30k miles were damaged and needed replacing and 3 months later a different guy told me they still looked brand new. So yeah, take their "advice" with a grain of salt. Get your cheap oil change and get our of there and it's a wonderful spot.

They had at least 4 cars ahead of me. And I was done in about 45 minutes. They replaced a headlight, brakelight and gave a me a oil change with smiles on their faces. I appreciated the help and the education of the difference in lights for my car.

I went in for an oil change & got a new battery, air filter, and a tail light replaced. I lined up at maybe 7:50am and they were promptly waving me into the garage at opening time. Travis was a pleasure to talk to & I appreciated his help navigating my options while also telling stories and jokes about his years in the business. The crew of maybe three people had my car done in about 22 minutes. I will be returning!

Always fast service but do not always have proper oils on hand for common cars like VW also best to look for a coupon cuz they aren t cheap.

Any time I have personally gone here it's always been very fast and professional. I only ever get the oil changes so I can't comment about other products other than the windshield wipers which I've gotten replaced before and they're good quality as well. This is definitely where I will go for all of my future oil changes if the service stays the same!

2 cars ahead of me and they were very quick. Thorough, and competent! Oil changed, lights verified and tires rotated. Asked if I wanted additional services, but weren't pushy. Taking personal vehicles next!

Chris seemed to be in charge. He had no customer service skills. He told me I couldn t use a coupon the mount Washington Valvoline gave me because they are not allowed to do that. It very much felt like he was pushing unnecessary services as well. Nothing like the nice guys at the Mount Washington ValvolineService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got my 1997 jeep oil change, that crew that was working was best customer service out there. Crew were friendly and professional, they found a ring in my filter that was left from last oil change. No more oil leak great job young men!!

Stripped out the drain plug and tried to tell me it was already like that, but I have it on record from my last oil change that it wasn't. Also said that it was snug and wouldn't leak. The quart and a half on my driveway said otherwise. Never had an oil leak before, so I got a replacement drain plug that seals it, but that $90 oil change has leaked down to about 3 quarts (out of 6). If someone stripped it out then just be honest and use that same 4 dollar piece to fix it that I did, don't lie and say yeah it's good, and proceed to note on the paperwork that the drain plug was torqued to 15 lbs...If I could attach pictures, I would. I have 10 or more showing my driveway, before and after the leak, from my security cameras, as well as the paperwork from both services.Service: Oil change

Professional and courteous staff that did not change my oil instantly but they were very quick. This location does have all filters required to do their job. My car has an unusual oil filter. Other locations have rushed to get the correct oil filter from different stores and bring it back to complete the job. I will visit this location again and also happily recommend them to others.

Best instant oil change place I have ever been to! Not just Oil Change places but businesses. Verna super friendly and helpful, and the guys were energetic and I could tell enjoyed working there. Even though I mentioned to one of the service techs (Anthony) I was going to give a positive review on Google. He mentioned Verna by name and said "Hey I only changed the fluids, she deserves the credit". But infact, as I drove off another guy waved and told me to have a great day and come back. Very impressed and will indeed come back.

When we got here there was already cars in the bay. But it didn't take them long to get them out. They check our car and made sure every thing was good. The staff was efficient and friendly. They explained the services.

These guys were great. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also told me why. An oil change for my car is always over $100 and now I know why...my car takes almost 10 quarts of synthetic blend vs. The normal 4 or 5. Thanks for clearing that up for me and big thanks for the $15 off coupon y'all gave me. I'll be coming back to Valvoline Instant Oil Change !!

Simple and easy going guys I get my transfluid flushed there radiator and oil changes may do my differential eventually but yeah pretty nice people with their current crew!

Friendly staff but had to wait extra long because they did not have the oil filter for my car. They had to have an employee run to an auto parts store to get it. Then I cannot believe their rates! I only stopped in because I was leaving to go out of town that night and did not have time to make an appointment at the dealership where I normally go and I would have paid half the price there then I did at Valvoline! $80 is not worth the quick trip!

Great customer service but, dang 67.00 for an oil change. Things are just high now or higher shall I say. Very nice people and fairly quick though I'll go back for my next one.

This was hands down the best oil change experience ever! Joshua was friendly and helpful. He recommended a couple of things to me but did not push me to buy anything. He stated why he was recommending what he did and even took time to show. He also added I could get these items easily at any parts store. He was the reason that this location will now have my business for life! Thanks Josh and Bruce!

I was very please with this visit to this location. I got there about 10 minutes before they closed on a Sunday afternoon and even told them I was aware that I was close to their closing time and offered to come back another day. The Rep was very friendly and said that they'd be glad to go ahead an take care of me that day. They we very quick and didn't pressure me to take add-on services but did offer them to me as expected. Even including a tire rotation I was out of there within 15 minutes and was very satisfied with the experience. I will be back!
