This is the third store I came to today because nobody had the correct oil for my tdi. Chris at your Cedar Springs called ahead to a couple of stores for me to make sure they have it before I came. Chris did a great service for me and this crew has great teamwork.

I came in for an oil change and Hannah helped me today. She's very knowledgeable and explains things in an understanding manner. She ended up recommended a couple extra things that needed fixing. But didn't pressure me into buying the pressure me into getting them.i will definitely be back and would recommend it to friends.

Quick no pressure, but informative service! I will be back for transmission fluid change! Andrew at location #040130 Taylorsville Rd was awesome and told me a good place to get break pads! I highly recommend this location.

I ve been a loyal customer to Valvoline, not only this one but several all throughout the state, for years. I started going to this one around 3 years ago, and there was an employee with the name of Jason working there, he was absolutely amazing. He made sure all of my needs were taken care of and always did everything properly, he was kind and polite, and that truly means something, I was never dreadful to go there, I guess he stopped working there, and ever since it has been absolutely terrible! The new workers they have in there know nothing! They have such long wait times, try to upsell everything (they do an awful job at it!) and are overall rude and inconsiderate of others time and money. Maybe if you companies would keep the GOOD employees, you would get better business! I m no longer going to go to Valvoline!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Always courteous, friendly and takes time to explain your options. Appreciate women employee presence. Great coupons as well especially with today's high costs/inflation!

The tech couldn't input my information into the computer. They didn't have the air filter again and they left the plastic cover under the car was left off. When I went back They tried to tell me it came in that way. Very unprofessional and the staff seemed not to care about the work performance. I won't be getting back to this place.

They were extremely informative, quick, honest, & SO NICE. Everyone here was all smiles & completely helpful to me. I went in for something minute but was really impressed with service. Hannah is the lady that helped me and she went above and beyond to address and answer some of my concerns. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the vehicle and its maintenance. Very friendly service as well as clean and organized.

I love this place!! I came in before work and listen, I don't have extra money for things like this but, I have owned my truck it about 4 months now and haven't had the oil changed yet. Well they took great care of me. They have me a discount because financially, you can't do anything these days. You just can't afford anything. Which is why I was hesitant to stop. So they gave me a great price and checked my other fluids and I was on my way. Stopped before work, I never have that kind of time but, it was great. They did it and I am most appreciative. The guys were so nice, very professional, very understanding. I will definitely come back. Period. Definitely be back!!! Thank you valvoline!!Service: Oil change

I ve been there a couple of times for oil changes and they were fine. This last time I was told my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. It was under warranty and so I went back to where I had bought it and they tested it and said it was great. It had some corrosion, which they cleaned, but it tested great and hadn t been giving me any problems at all. Without telling them where I had went, this place mentioned that they had had issues like this at Valvoline!! I probably won t be going back even though they are convenient. If you go I d suggest sticking to an oil change and not letting them scare you into other services.

Hard working and knowledgeable. Went in on a slow Wednesday, hoping for a quick oil change, only to discover my car wouldn't start (had happened the day before but jumped easily). These guys went right to work to help get my car started, even though it seemed like it was taking forever, they kept me aware of what they were trying and what they thought was the issue. Would definitely go back to this location. Thank you to Dan and the team that day!

I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn t give me one. They said they couldn t print one off or mail me one later. I got the feeling that they had done something weird. When I left, I stopped to check and they had left the bottom cover of the car completely off. A piece bigger than me, they completely left off the car. I went back and they put it on, but didn t even offer an apology or excuse.

Waited over an hour to get an oil change done. Was moved to middle lane and told it would take 5 to 10 min for a tire rotation after waiting the first 40 min. Total time was 1 hour and 20 min. Nice people but very slow and inefficient. This is not a good valvoline even with 3 lanes. Westport Road is much better.

This was the BEST experience getting my oil changed, tires rotated, and all fluid levels checked yet! I ve owned over 40 vehicles in my life, yes I went through a time in life I bought a different car about every six months, some I ordered through a dealership, others I bought brand new no miles to slightly used. The dealerships themselves who boasted the customer service being impeccable weren t even close to this experience! My first time at a place like this, but the guys were knowledgeable and very friendly. They had me look at any & everything they replaced or were doing. Complete transparency no one telling me I should buy this or that just to make a sale. So knowledgeable, and so fast! I thought I was driving in a nascar race with a pit crew! Great guys, great service! Highly recommend when you re needing service!

They said it wasn't time for my oil change but they changed my filter. The last time I got oil change filters were out of stock. I was charged $26.00 which I suppose was correct. The guy was very nice. Nothing else was checked

Been coming to this place for a long time now and they are incredible! Definitely will be coming back, if I had my way, I will be giving more then 5 stars! Who ever the manager is! You need to tell your crew to give themselves a pat on the back with all their hard work. Good job guys!

The 10 minute oil change was a 90 minutes afternoon. Matt was my tech. He moved like a snail. i have been a client for many years. Need to go elsewhere next time.worst experience I have ever had.terribleService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worse oil change experience ever, couldn t even get it done because the workers were rude and gave zero effort. I have a 09 Volkswagen with a faulty hood. Me and my dad have been able to get it up for the many years I ve had the car, all of a sudden the workers couldn t get the hood up. After trying to explain to them how to lift the hood they refused to listen and just told me to leave. Now I have to drive all the way to Nashville with barely any oil. Terrible customer service, and from someone who works with parents and children at amusement park, I feel I can say thatService: Oil change

Went here for an oil change before I go out of town. They checked my coolant overflow instead of my regular coolant and told me I have a bad leak and my coolant was almost gone. How? My car had been running fine so they wouldn't touch it. My mechanic husband checked it out when I got home and knew immediately what they did and we took it to a different location and got the oil change done with no problems. I was not happy with this location but will take it back to the other location. Thank youService: Oil change

It was great. Drove right into the bay. Within seconds a very nice gentleman took my information. Told me it would be $42.00 for the oil change. I showed him my online coupon for $19.99 which he applied. Within 15 minutes they were done.
