I got my oil changed here on Monday and noticed a light rattling sound shortly after pulling away after my service. I wasn t sure what it was but it didn t seem to be affecting anything at the time so I continued on. Fast forward to Wednesday night and I m driving 70mph on the interstate when I hear a loud scraping from underneath my car. I pull off to the side shoulder and realize the engine splash shield is completely off. I had to call AAA to get my car towed, where I waited for nearly 2 hours in an unsafe situation being on an overpass with cars going 70mph next to me. On top of that, the inconvenience of other people s time and safety by having to pick me up on the interstate and put themselves in a high risk situation.The next morning after my car was towed to a different car service location, they informed me that my oil was dirty and the previous location (Valvoline) should have done an oil flush due to how dirty it was, in addition to my gas valve cover leaking and needing to be replaced, which the previous location (valvoline) also did not inform me of. This caused me to be 3.5 hours late to work (missed income) on top of paying double for an oil change + repairs ($255!) because it wasn t done properly the first time.I ll never go here again which is unfortunate because I ve been to this location several times, but this experience alone has taken a lot of my time, money, and put me in a high risk situation. I wouldn t be able to get a service done on my car again and trust that everything was done properly. I hope your staff will be more attentive to what they re doing because this is beyond an inconvenience and it affects people s lives! And honestly I should be compensated for both oil changes at this point. Why am I getting another oil change 3 days later??? This is completely unprofessional and a terrible experience for such a well known car service company. Highly recommend not going here!

Today I only needed air in my tires. I come to this location for all my oil changes for our cars. We also take advantage of their other services like batteries. Every person who has worked here over the years has been absolutely pleasant.

Do not use for any service aside from oil change.Was sold on having our Lincoln Navigator s tires rotated. They stopped after removing 3 lug nuts and told me they did not have the correct size tool to remove them and were having difficulties because they were aluminum they are steel. They put said lug nuts back on and sent me on my way.I looked at the lug nuts they attempted to remove and they are stripped completely bald. 2 are slightly stripped, 1 has 2 of the hexagonal ridges completely worn away. This is a safety concern and I cannot believe they allowed this.When I called to have them rectify the issue, they told me that it couldn t have been them. If there wasn t an issue, they would have proceeded with the rotation.Services: Tires, Oil change

Such great staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. I didnt even have to leave my car. They showed me what was recommended and discussed different options with me and let me choose. No one was pushy. Garrett was so friendly and kind. The oil change was so fast and efficient. I am glad I found such a great place to go and I would highly recommend them.

This place is AMAZING! We drove all over town needing to get our oil change and they were open later than we expected. Plus the manager there is so super friendly and he helped explain "mechanic language" to me. So that is very helpful. This is definitely OUR STORE!

Was at a different shop getting maintenance done when the pointed out a red rag that had been left there. This was 3 days after being at this valvoline for a oil change. The service is was great but this could have stated a fire in my car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Deven and the team working this morning are great!! They all have great personalities, expertise and professionalism. I recently started going to another place for my car's service, because it was closer to where I work. Today I came back because I was out running errands. I'd forgotten how great these guys are. Fast, efficient, and their customer service is through the roof. Will make the trip from now on.

They were quick and changed my oil as requested... the manual says to go 10000miles between oil changes, but their window stickers default to 3000. I would have been a customer forever if they had said you're here too early and should come back later. Also prices have skyrocketed. Long gone are the days of 19.99 quick oil changes. $$$121.00$$$ no extras just oil and filter. Also no nitrogen for tires is a negative for me, or not listening when I say please don't service the air just verify they have the proper psi for hot tires .

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They falsely state they didnt have the tools to remove my stem caps and the lug nuts when it was 65 degrees, claiming the weather was too extreme. I sat in line at this location for 10-15 minutes without ever being greeted by an employee. I would ve been fine to wait even longer if someone checked in with me and gave me an idea of eta. Do not go to this place people are rude customer service is awful. I ask them to replace my taillight and when I got home I realized they broke my taillight and didn't even say anything, it took them over 3 months to replace it. Just an awful experience with them

The manager Garrett at this location genuinely cares about doing a good job, taking care of customers, leading his crew, and taking the time to explain services to customers. I only come to the Lagrange Rd location because of this outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic teamwork! These guys were a man short and still provided me excellent service! Matt was my tech and did a great job! Also, told me to stop by between oil changes for a top off of oil, air, and whatever I need! Great job guys and keep up the good work!

The guys out here are super friendly and always willing to work with you. It's not often that an entire team of employees makes you feel welcome like your in your own home. Great staff, management is doing a wonderful job. I'll continue coming back and spending my money here!

Came in to have my oil changed and they told me my battery was completely almost dead and I d need a new one and also my bolts went missing underneath my car. My car wouldn t start this morning and AAA took about 1 minute to let me know my battery was completely fine and it was clear my belts had snapped which was why my car wouldn t start. I ve always heard sketchy stories about Valvoline and now I won t be going back due to their lack of knowledge and trying to offer a ton of services I did not need.

I came here while having an emergency with my suv. I was very upset at the time and they were extremely nice and helpful! They made sure I was taken care of! I do not live here, but I highly recommend. Very nice people working here. Thank you!

This site told me my battery tested in poor condition and wanted me to purchase a battery from them. I declined and immediately went to Auto Zone and had the battery tested and it tested 100% positive.
