Glad I stopped here. The staff was so quick and friendly. My oil change took no time at all. Maxwell did an excellent job explaining what services I should consider on my next visit, and even helped examine a warning code I had on my dash! That little bit of extra help made my day.

I don t usually use Valvoline for oil changes, but my experience at this particular Valvoline will have me coming back. They were not only very friendly, but also eager to answer my many questions and spent the time breaking down what they were doing. I was worried about being strong armed into buying random things, but they were transparent about what did and didn t need to be replaced, and showed me instead of just telling me.

Went in last week for an oil change. All the mechanics were polite and knowledgeable. Great service. I stopped by today because I needed air in my tires. They came out and filled them even though it was pouring down rain!

We are from out of state and were visiting Louisville when our van started smoking really bad. We stopped at this location on a Sunday morning to see if they could help us out with diagnosing the problem. I was fearing that the head gasket was failing since the smoke had a sweet smell to it. They were able to quickly identify the issue, which turned out to be a cracked fitting for the coolant system that was dripping on the exhaust manifold. They topped us off on coolant and we were back on the road in just a few minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff!

This location is INCREDIBLE. The entire crew. I went for oil and trans fluid and let me tell you. They took great care of me. Especially Amir. Everytime I go up there he's ALWAYS incredibly warm and welcoming.Maxwell is also a gem!!!I drive from Preston and Fern valley just to go to this one. GIVE THESE MFS A RAISE!!!!!!!!

I have used this location for 2 years and they are knowledgeable and really helped me by changing the air filter, made a big difference. The same people are there working tirelessly and doing it well. The price of an oil change is unreal but I had a coupon to help. If your are charging so much per oil change I hope, your employees are making so more too.

Only 2 gentlemen working, using 1 lane, there was 1 car ahead of me and total wait time was only 20 25 minutes, nice guys. I went to this location again on December 19th and it was fast friendly service and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Went back today 1-28 because a check light was on my dash, I thought it was the oil light but they did a diagnostic check and it was something to do with coolant or temperature guage, didn't charge me anything, very professional and friendly staff.

Waiting in line to get oil change we were place in line 2 which caused the car in behind us to cut the line. The guy directing traffic a little while later noticed this very innocent mistake and took it upon himself to not only apologize but ensure we have a positive experience. He offered us a $25 discount for the innocent error which shows you how much they value their customers time. We very much appreciate the Valvoline Crew

These guys are great! Took only 8 minutes to get my oil changed. My car is not the best in shape but the guy in charged help me with what I need to fix first with my budget. Def. going back if needed.

This location rocks! I have been to many Valvoline locations and this particular visit was outstanding. They were hustling and doing the non-pit activities in advance of pulling into the shop. Things like lights and filter checks and such to get that stuff out of the way. They asked if I wanted or needed certain things versus attempting to upsell me relentlessly. I was treated to a well orchestrated team of high performers who were cranking people out of there and it left a positive impression. How often does one discuss their weekend oil change to their co-workers on Monday morning? I did. I will undoubtedly go slightly out of my way in the future to return to this specific location to be treated to a great customer experience. Great job! Highly recommend.

This was the best auto-shop I ve ever been to!!! The second I pulled up, I got in & I came around 6 and even though they were closing soon they were still very meticulous with their work. What was most noticeable to me was it was truly a safe space as a woman it s very hard to go do anything car related because of A) sexual harassment B) being treated like you re stupid & C) workers overselling unnecessary things because they assume you don t know what they re talking about.When I expressed this is why I chose this specific location was I noticed all the good reviews and no mentions of upselling, the manager pleasantly surprised me by saying he s working hard to make sure everyone knows this is a safe space for women, lgbtq+, and anyone else who can be intimidated by predominately male environments. He is a fairly new manager and says their customer satisfaction and positive reviews have increased significantly, and i believe it is well deserved. I would highly recommend this specific Valvoline to anyone in the market for quick and quality service on their car, especially people who have any type of anxiety surrounding the experience.

First rate service. Everyone very polite & helpful. Didn't seem annoyed at all when I asked 2 questions. If you see them outside waving signs it's prob really good sale price going on. 2 weeks after levels still perfect, no problems. Elderly & Disabled treatment rating: A+

This was probably one of the quickest oil changes I've gotten in a while. Roxy and her coworkers were all super nice and efficient. She offered extra services but wasn't super pushy about it, which I really appreciate. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Worst service EVER!!! I was there for an hour and 45 mins with 1 car in front of me when I got there. Once I was in, I was there for over an hour. They told me I needed my transmission fluid changed because it was dirty. Didn't know how to use the machine and the supervisor was on the phone the entire time I was there, walking around. The guy helping me was so nice, but had no idea what he was doing and the supervisor would not get off the phone...line was wrapped around the building...people were leaving. Now, 3 days later, my car is jumping not wanting to change gears. Just looked it up and low transmission fluid is usually the cause!!!! Now I have to go back! What a nightmare! After they fix it, I will never go there again.Service: Transmission

I love this place they re always so helpful!!When I need them to check the air on my tires they never hesitate.. and always tell me to come back free of charge which is so helpful nowadays with prices going up everywhere get my oil changed , no big deal, they re fast, productive, and very efficient!!I love these guys thank you so much for all you do !!

Not a single car has moved in the 30 minutes that I've been here. 8 cars are in the drive-through. There is no way to back out of this place once you pull in so they trap you to wait in a 4 hour line. This will be the last time I come to valvoline. This is an every time occurrence type of thing. Edited to add that they ripped my skid plate off my car and left it hanging when I came here. This caused it to drag because I had no idea until I started to hear a noise. I ziptied it and went back a second time. I told them it was ziptied and they said they would find bolts to fix it. I left and my skid plate was dragging on the road again and i could not pull over to fix it. It was dragging so bad i could barely steer correctly. I called them and they ordered me a new one, so I went back to go get it. They directed me into the building after waiting forever as usual. They then yelled at me that I was about to drive into the pit. Okay well direct me better then? Never once have I drove into a pit before if someone tells me where to drive like they're supposed to. I will never be coming back to this place. They suck so bad and they take forever. They're rude and they're stupid.

i came in after work to get my oil changed, and even though i arrived shortly before closing they were still able to change my oil, put air in my tires, and clean my windshields all within 20 minutes. everyone was friendly and i was out of there fast. my car is running much more smoothly now. highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If I need a quick in and out oil change, this is the place I will always go, and I will recommend them to everyone. The day after I got my oil changed with them, I had to go back when I smelled hot oil thinking there was a loose cap or something. Nope! A brand new radiator hose I'd just had put in about a week ago (not by them) had a split! Maxwell and his team really stepped up and earned a lifelong customer at this location for all their help and compassion toward a freaking-out me!!

There were 3 cars deep in front of me both lanes. I definitely picked the correct lane. I was still in line for an hour. Someone was having full service in the right lane. Once your in line you can't get out. I'll probably chose a place that has a schedule next time.

Went there at 4pm, quickly got in, chose a conventional oil change with air filter, paid around 54 dollars. Very quick.There is a guy named AMIR. Who was very well informed about what my car was going through, gave me some great advice on my new used car.He had a very nice and positive attitude and a real customer service provider.Kudos to u Amir! You will become a great mechanic one day who people will trust.

I went in today for a simple oil change and it was extremely quick. John, the assistant manager, was extremely polite and helpful. The rest of the team was equally great. I'll definitely be coming back to this location after my next 5,000 miles. So often you don't encounter customer service workers that enjoy what they do but John and his team are upbeat and top notch. Definitely recommend this location.

These folks were great. Got there five minutes after opening today (a Saturday) and the lone guy is on the phone trying to find out why the other employees haven't shown up. A second person arrives from another store and they have my oil changed and me back on the road at 8:35. I hope corporate values employees like these.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Here during open hours, sign on, 1 employee inside on phone. Gave a star because I wouldn't work if it was only me either.
