Got an oil change done on a company vehicle a few days ago. We get all of our vehicles serviced here. Techs do a great job and are super courteous. I try to catch them when there is no line so I don't have to wait too long. Very satisfied. It can be a little expensive with add-ons, but seems to be comparable with its competitors. Very satisfied.

Usually the line of cars getting in to the garage can be pretty annoying. But the service is pretty great. They asked me how my windshield wipers were. I had a new set in my trunk that I've been meaning to put on. But they said they would put them on for me. If you don't have any coupons for an oil change you can use Google and find 2 coupons. One was for 25$ off synthetic and the other was 50% regular oil change.

Not too bad. Easy service. It is not quite 15 minutes but I don't mind the long wait because I know that they are very short on staff and have to deal with customers. You will need to be patience with them and show respect. I didn't mind it because I clear my day for this very important oil change for my car. Their service are very good. My car is all tune up after this simple oil change. I will come back again for few more service.

Everyone was super friendly. The lead guy at the computer was the nicest guy I ve dealt with and I ll come back just because of that customer experience.I docked 1 star because they did not clean the oil pan area of my vehicle which lead to dripping oil on my newly resurfaced asphalt driveway. This is a training issue as this is the second time in two locations where they didn t take the time to clean up the underside of my vehicle before I left m, leading to oil dripping and staining my driveway.This extra step would only take 15 seconds and avoid a lot of hassle. The first time it happened to me I thought I had an oil leak.Please ensure this gets corrected with training as it s a pain to deal with and I imagine a lot of people think they have and oil leak. Also, it taints an otherwise excellent customer experience.Edit: after 1 week and several more oil stains I am Heading back to shop to get fixed.Second edit: took it back. Assistant Manager cleaned frame oil from fuel filter. Told me to keep an eye on it and I d still a problem to bring it back.

We change the oil for my husband car today.We waited 30 minutes in line.they change the oil and checking the car while we sitting in it.it was fast service and friendly staff

Just left and I'm really glad they had Sunday hours. Tyson and Laura were courteous and professional. Nathan did a quick and thorough job underneath.We will return.

They helped me with an oil plug that was too large. Whoever put the oil filter in overtightened it to the point where I m having the car towed to a shop. How you mangle a simple oil change is beyond me, yet somehow they managed. Amateurs.Edit: Was told to email the information and set up a claim. I paid $108 to resolve the situation and submitted the receipt. Valvoline denied the claim.Valvoline was the last company to touch the oil filter and they won t pay $108 because the oil change in question was back in February.I won t be going back and I would caution others to be wary.Service: Oil change

These guys literally saved me, they noticed my drain plug was only hand tight and the oil filter was cross-threaded in. I had drove with a oil leak for a couple weeks and Mo and David got everything tightened downed and secured for me in no time flat. These guys did a great job communicating everything with me. I appreciate them being so helpful and kind while working on Christmas Eve. The crew did an awesome job!Service: Oil change

Very dishonest, be careful. I was told my rear differential, that I wanted changed was cross threaded and they could not perform. When I got home, I jacked the car up and rust and debris was all over the bolt that you use to drain fluid from. They didn't even touch it. I was told by another shop that the technicians are just lazy and will like just so they don't have to do it. Not working on my car again and I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. Just don't offer these services then!Services: Transmission, Oil change

These guys are always on the ball and upfront. I know a lot of people get the sense that they are always trying to upsell you, and I cannot speak for any other location... but 'My Valvoline People', on several occassions, have told me 'you're good, you don't need an oil change for another 3000 or so miles' or you're good on that front, let us top you off while you are here'. It doesn't matter if the price may be a little cheaper somewhere else, you will save here in the long run. Excellent service and trust goes a long way.

My husband brought my car in August 2. Damage was done to my car my running board where mud flap attaches was pulled off. Also after looking under the hood I could see where oil was spilt all over the area where the oil is to be added to my car. I have gone to see the Manager twice promising to look at the video and offering to pay for detailing my engine but nothing in writing by email as promised. The person who responded to my comment from Valvoline said to contact them with all of my information and the have not responded after giving them the information they need. Thanks for nothing plus damage to my car. Horrible customer service!!

Use to work at this store and the one on Lexington and Frankfort. The service times have gotten ridiculous. Im currently waiting in my car for air and i had to move out of the way for an employee to go on break. When i worked here if there was a customer waiting for a quick and easy service, it was finished before anyone was able to take a break or leave the store.

Shawn, Mark, & Nick we re very efficient & professional! Best experience of getting oil changes so far. There was a coupon online for $5 OFF. It was FULL service all within 15 minutes with several complimentary maintenance including airing up my tires. Thanks guys and I ll visit again soon :)

I ve had positive experiences with other Valvolines, but this one failed to reconnect my skid plate under my car after changing my oil, and now the plate is damaged beyond repair from the short distance I made it after leaving the store with the plate dragging along the pavement. This will cost over $200 to replace. I ve contacted customer service multiple times and they have not responded.Oh, and if I had any doubt that my service was not as described, I also ran out of washer fluid two days after my visit, despite the fact that my receipt indicates that there was fluid added.

The lead tech on duty was amazing! Quick yet thorough with light check and proceeding with the oil change as fast as his associate guided the previous customer out the door.

Valvoline does quick and easy oil changes for a decent price. Please be aware that with all the shipping delays they are out of some of the oil filters. It is NOT their fault. Dont take it out on them if the store doesnt have your filter. Check when you first pull in so you dont have a long wait for nothing. Keep your keep and nasty mouths and tudes to yourself.

Came in with my car 1-12-22 and wifes car on1-17-22 , both times took over an hour before pulling in ! They barely left drain plug off long enough for old oil to completely drain , I mentioned it and got " attitude " from topside and bottomside techs. Use to be good Valvoline location , better off going back to doing myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Kyle and Ottis were the only techs working on Thursday morning so one bay was closed. There were two cars in front of me but Kyle took the time to let us know what the situation was. This Valvoline location has been fantastic. I drive out of my way to get the oil changed in both of my vehicles here. There is of course turn over in a business like this, but there are several employees that I see time and time again and they are amazing, but everyone is efficient, friendly, and thorough.

This is a very convenient way to stay on top of the service your car might need. They have the ability to check and replace all fluids in your car, be it oil, transmission fluid, coolant, windshield solution, etc (not gasoline). They can check my tire pressure, my wiper blades, they can rotate tires, change filters, check your battery and sell you a new one. They know what service your car should have and can provide most of it. They don't pressure you to buy.All of this in a convenient location, with little waiting.My car has over 120,000 miles on it and is running very well partly due to this Valvoline service center. I go there every 5,000 miles. (They suggest every three thousand but don't give me any trouble with my preference of every five thousand.I heartily recommend it.

I just left this location. I was the second car in queue and after waiting for 45 minutes I finally pulled off. This time frame is not an exaggeration. No employees were to be seen in either Bay. No one came out to tell me sorry for the wait. I've never had a good experience at this location. This isn't a staff shortage issue, this is a management issue and this store is poorly run.

This is truly the second review I've ever left on Google. It usually isn't worth it to me, however this group at this location was amazing. I'm from Tennessee and I always go to the same Valvoline (I've ventured to a different location 3 times total), and by far this has been the best experience. I wish I lived in KY now! Fast, helpful, polite, and went out of their way to explain what they were doing. Literally would call this an enjoyable oil change. I love Valvoline and I want this staff transferred to Nashville.

Fast and Efficient. You can't do this cheaper yourself. Use Google coupon, Louisville oil change, to get 50% off your conventional oil change. In and out 15 minutes of there isn't a line.

We came and waited 1 hour for them to tell us they didn t have the oil filter for our car even though they came out to us TWICE and said they were making sure they had everything we needed .

Great place, have gotten my last 4 oil changes here. They are super fast and helpful. They offer additional services and recommendations but do not push it on you if you are not interested.
