This place is the absolute freaking best. The crew working is incredibly friendly and always gets back to me super fast and the prices are great. They have always helped when something comes up and I know I can rely on them anytime. As a young adult (and female on top of that) the world of adulting is still new to me but they always handle my concerns with care and I feel so incredibly confident with this business. This is THE best place to give your business to!!

If I could give more stars I definitely would.We had a huge gash in our truck tire and needed 4 new ones anyway. Went to tires plus (with an appointment) was told they didn't have our tires. Then said to come back the next day with a $1400 quote. On the way home we noticed Vals was open on a Sunday. We just went in to check and walked out with 4 brand new tires for half Tire's Plus price. Super friendly people and we were in and out within 45 minutes. We will be coming back for tire service in the future.

Val s team is great! They are responsive, honest, and always able to squeeze you in. We ve had several services completed here including a patched tire, reattached bumper guard, oil change, and most recently they installed mud guards. They are efficient in their work and are very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them! (Acura, Toyota and Lexus vehicles were serviced)

Went there recently to get some work quoted, and I was given the opportunity to upgrade to a new set of tires for a really good deal since mine were old. Val and Carson got the truck on and off the lift in less than an hour with no wait on a Saturday and I was back on the road running smooth. Will be taking my mechanical needs to them now.

First time at Val s auto care. Got brakes on my car. I have always taken my car to the dealer but now, I think I have found a great and trustworthy place to go! Great service! Fast and friendly! Nice shop to wait for your car. I have referred friends and family. This is my new auto guy!

I highly recommend Vals! My car died on my husband when I was out of town, they had it fixed within the next business day and were SO NICE throughout a stressful experience. Pricing was fair, too. Will definitely be using them for all my car needs!

Purchased 2 used tires here for $60 each and both were in near perfect condition with lots of life still in them. One Michelin, one Toyo. Good people, even better service.

Best place in Bullitt/Jefferson county area to bring your vehicle. They are open 7 days a week which is very convenient for my crazy schedule. This will be my goto for now on.

We needed an alignment. Called a couple of tire places in the area and was told that really needed an appointment. I understand that, poor planning on my part. But I didn't like the idea of dropping my car off and maybe you can get to it today. (I was calling places at 8:30am) Read the reviews here on Val's and gave a call. I was told to come by around 11 and they could take care of me. Dropped the car off and ran a couple of errands. They called me within an hour that the job was done. Great price (cheaper than the other 3 places I called), very friendly people. Without a doubt that we will be trying Val's again for our next automotive repair. Thank you Val!

Been knowing Val for 12 yrs down right the best mechanic I have ever seen consistent hard working guy who will always give it to you straight and help you out so glad he has his own shop deserves every bit of it will always come to him for any repairs

Place is great all around. Quick and professional all the way around. Called ahead of time and they immediately answered too.Carson did the brakes on my car and was very thorough. They definitely know what they re doing here, and the price was perfect.Will definitely be back when the car is due!

Went to get a valve stem replaced on a camper tire and he was very knowledgeable in what stems were needed for that type tire. HE DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME ON TOP OF THAT. I would recommend this business to anyone for great service. VAL is even letting my sons football team host there car wash there to raise money for his team. Not sure of the date though. Thanks Val!!
