I have nothing but good things to say about V3 Jeep....these guys are pros, and always looking out for your best interest. They installed some pre-purchased running boards for my Rivian yesterday. Top notch, dependable service, fair pricing, friendly small business who also happens to hire Veterans. I've found my go-to business for all things after market, off road!! Thanks guys!

I've used V3 for a couple installations I didn't feel like dealing with due to complexity or just laziness. From my experience they do an exceptional job, a bit expensive but great quality. I use my Jeep off road and whether it be me or a vendor I need it done correctly and not just for cosmetics.I think it's important to note I purchased all parts from other vendors. This didn't seem to be a concern for V3.I had a Zeon 10S installed on a recon bumper. Pretty straightforward install. The only complaint I could say I had was they didn't tension the line and didn't tell me, I had to ask the question. Not a huge deal but thankfully I asked before using the winch. The second install was the Raxiom Backup Camera kit. They fully disclosed they haven't installed this particular camera and asked if I could swing by so they could see the parts. Upon reviewing the parts they felt comfortable moving forward. During the install they encountered an issue as the camera mount wasn't compatible with the recon wheels as the spoke and bolt pattern caused the spoke to cover where the camera should go. One thing I did really appreciate is they notified me immediately that we had an issue and proposed several options to make it work.Overall I've had a positive experience with V3 and do recommend them for your Jeep needs. As mentioned I do feel they're expensive but you do receive quality and a knowledgeable team.

Wow! I ve got a lifted 09 FJ and thrashed my front end on a trail a few weeks ago. I replaced the axle and tie rods in the field then took it to have an alignment. I hit two local franchise shops and neither could get it even close. A friend told me about V3 so I decided to give them a shot. These guys had it on the rack, perfectly aligned and me back in the seat in less than 30 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be using them for future work on my FJ!Service: Wheel alignment

Do not I repeat Do not take your Jeep to these people. They are professional sales people with the traditional " We do it Right" approach. My Cj7 came back all but destroyed. Engine bay was wrecked, parts missing throughout the whole jeep. Was supposed to get floor pans and rocker panel repairs for a quote of one week and 4,000 dollars, Almost a year later I get the call that it was ready to be picked up and informed it would be 15,000. I negotiated down to 11,000. After I picked it up on a trailer and made it home I started going through the repair work. I was floored at what I discovered. Had a call with owner to make it right. He convinced me to allow him make it right. After the return it is still not right. Body panels do not line up and the seam sealer all has to be removed as it looks like a pre schooler applied it. Stripped bolt holes, Cross threaded nuts, and much more. Engine components damaged. Too many missing hardware and fasteners to mention. I'm at the point that I will probably have to replace the tub. It will rust out certainly. I've had to spend dollars and time to do what I should have done in the first place. Do It Myself. Very frustrated and disappointed on top of being broke. Do not waste your money! Do not trust this shop!

Don't waste your time.... extremely unprofessional service. Was charged double the quote I received. Did other work that was not authorized or mentioned until it was time to pay. This place is a joke.. Don't make the same mistake that I and others have made.

They did a good job in replacing my old gas tank for a new one and where the cheapest compared to other places but when I came back a second time to get a quote on some shocks and putting on some new struts from my rear window headlights, tail lights, windshield hinges and re-centering my windshield wipers. They called back to inform me how much it would cost to do my suspension but went on and put everything else on. Without telling me the price to after it was done. Luckily I had the money Then on top of that they didn't recenter my windshield wipers. I wound up doing that myself and didn't realize how easy it was It literally only took me 5 minutes to do it and they just plugged in my headlights without hooking up the DRL system and scratched up my paint job installing the windshield wiper hinges .For the money I had to pay to get that done (It was not nowhere near cheap by the way) I would have expected better is all. I don't know if I'll go back. I'm kinda salty about paying for something I did myself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

While everyone was friendly, they did not fix the problem with my Jeep & charged me $400. I was told there was nothing mechanical wrong and it needed to go to a dealer. I took it to another local mechanic who found the mechanical problem. He replaced the solenoid after reading the engine light issue that was recorded. Problem fixed and lesson learned.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Have had my jeep serviced at V3 twice. Both times made me wish they serviced other brands as well! Had several frame holes patched, and the guys at V3 ended up charging me less than they quoted! They have awesome communication and always keep you in the loop with what s happening with your vehicle. Great quality work.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repairServices: Auto body & trim repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair

We found what we needed, but nobody there could tell us the price of the item. Apparently only one person who is employed there knows anything, but he works from home and was on another call. The employee who was there had no idea how much the part we wanted would cost. He even said he'd have to call the other guy at home to see if what we wanted would work for our vehicle. We already knew it would. We went in there knowing exactly what we wanted. But we left empty handed because we couldn't get a price. This is NOT the place to go for Jeep owners, unless yours is only a mall crawler. Don't waste your gas or your time. Sorry Derek. Micromanaging lost you some business.

Great people to do business with., I purchased a winch and recovery bumper, they ordered in for me. I received quickly. They also helped figure out what tires I could run on my truck, knowing I wasn't buying them from them. Great people not many people will help if your not buying everything from them. I strongly recommend these guys. Honest friendly and very helpful. Thanks

After getting bad service at dealerships I reached out to V3 Jeeps in Louisville Ky to service my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was smoking and had some other unidentified issues. The team was fantastic. They did an inspection and really looked at my 15 year old Jeep. They gave me a list of what s wrong and further explained what needed to be done to get the car back on the road. They were 100% transparent about pricing and what time frame they could do work. Hands down the best service Iv ever experienced. Take your Jeep to V3 Jeeps you will be treated like a customer not a number!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I severely regret using V3. I chose to use them, so that s on me, but it was an absolutely terrible decision on many many levels and I wouldn t recommend anyone let V3 touch their vehicle. My experience with them was just awful.

Very helpful people at first. Then after the work was done and I was given the price it was $1,000 over the original price. I agreed to the extra brake work, but there was an oversight on who was supposed to call me and tell me about a $505 part that was needed. I was treated as though it was my fault I was contacted and there was no remorse from the owner. Not doing business here again.

Nice people, quality soft top and good service. Called in and paid for my new soft top and they had it delivered to their shop the next day. They offer installation as well (a bit pricey), so I did it myself and had no issues.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They've done a full engine swap for me on top of numerous other repairs. Their pricing is fair and many times they have actually down sold me on the repairs that other shops said I needed. Derek is the man and this is one of the most trustworthy mechanic shops out there.

Dont waste your time and money with these guys. Not very knowledgeable at all. Just went in for a diagnoatic on the front end to see what was causing a rotational knocking sound and after many hours in labor later and they couldn't figure out what was causeing it or what it could possibly be. Charged me alot and sent me on my way. Waste of time and money listen to the other reviewers!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

On a wheeling trip and traveling from KC to West Virginia and an ABS issue popped up on my Jeep. I called them from the road and asked them if they could squeeze me in for a quick fix. They took care of me in under an hour. AWESOME SHOP! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Recently, I took my Jeep into get my air horns repaired and new LED headlights installed. The guys at V3 did a great job repairing the air horn problem to include redoing part of the less than professional wiring that the original installer had done. The horns work great now. Christian and Derek suggested upgraded LED headlights which were professionally installed. The lights look great and work perfectly. Derek is one of the most accommodating guys and is very helpful in suggesting quality upgrades at a reasonable price. Highly recommend V3 to Jeep owners.

If I could give them 10 stars i would! Honestly has to be the best customer service I ve ever had in my life. Was in last week to get the front end aligned after i did a complete rebuild. They didn t really have the time to do it, they made time since I m almost an hour from them. After working on it for a few hours they still weren t happy with it but it was already after closing time so they got it as close as they could and told me to take it home and see how it feels and if it wasn t right they would make it right! Long story short bump-steer, need i say more? After a few evenings of working on it i went back by there to tell them what it was, which was the defective Teraflex Monster Track bar I purchased at V3 a couple weeks prior and i discovered the wheel spacers were not the right ones for the Rockstar rims i have. So i call and let them know I m on my way down today to get a new track bar, by the time I get there Derek already has the new track bar and 4 new wheel spacers ready to go for me. Not only did he tell me the wheel spacers were on the house he also handed me every penny I paid last week while i was there. I told him he didn t need to do that i was more than happy that he gave me the wheel spacers free of charge. He insisted and apologized for it not being right. Now I didn t call down there and yell and scream cause i had to have something fixed when i left there i just let them know what went on so if it happens with someone else s Jeep they will know. I say that because he in no way did this to get me off his back about something. He told me that keeping his loyal customers is more important. Being a mechanic myself i know how easy it is to miss something so I m understanding about stuff like this. Honestly you cant get much more humble than what Derek and the rest of the guys at V3 Jeep Shop. Everyone can look over something or make a mistake, its what you do to correct that mistake that is the important part because that s the part that people will never forget! They are definitely worth my drive across the bridge to get there!

Finally a shop in Louisville that a guy can trust! Excellent suspension work done to my Jeep. The dealership had it so screwed up. But these guys fixed it right away and at a fair price too. Will defiantly use them from now on!

If you are a serious person in need of a serious shop .. for a serious restoration.. don't waste your time. I spoke to Derek by phone for over an hour, twice. We discussed my project, exchanged pictures, etc. then planned to visit the shop. I drove 16 hours round trip just to continue the conversation, see the shop and meet the technician (Michael) who was going to be the primary guy for my build. I will admit, the guys were polite, attentive, had a couple of good recommendations, etc. Derek is a sales guy, talks too much and will certainly lead you on. Michael confided that the shop focus is "really" high margin work. ie. axle upgrades they can do in 3 hours but charge 10, not restoration work. I met the owner, he too was a nice guy, polite and engaging.. In total, I spent about 3 hours there and left confident we'd be moving forward with next steps, based on my conversation with Derek.Bottom line, after two or three follow ups to Derek, I never received an estimate. He "promised" he'd send one but hinted they were too busy with spring work to take on a restoration..I understand there are no guarantees and I certainly don't want a shop who's not interested in the project. However, I find Derek's management skills sub par and unprofessional. We had two lengthy phone calls, planned the visit then spent an afternoon discussing the project (took off work). The whole thing was a waste of time/money and unnecessary. These guys are NOT a restoration shop, they're a jeep repair / modification shop, period. Ask them the last time they did a significant restoration and if they are currently interested in doing a restoration.. then pay attention to their answer.

My mother and I went in to get an estimate for a windshield and a back gate on my Jeep. We waited for a long time even though it wasn't busy. It seemed very unorganized and chaotic. Plus, we got the estimate, but the cost could not be pinpointed, because of business. This business is more interested in putting accessories on a Jeep. The price was way too high. We took our business elsewhere and they gave a reasonable price and was able to fit us in within a time frame instead of making an excuse that we're "booked" up.

This place is the best! Prices are very good, parts are great, and staff is knowledgeable. They were awesome dealing with my 4 year old son, and me asking millions of questions. I ended up with the perfect part at a fraction of what I thought I would spend.

By far the best shop ive ever been too. Been modifying cars for 7 years and this is the most down to earth and helpful shop. Been seeing reviews saying theyre expensive but theyre really not. They use the best part brands which cost a little more than other brands but, build it right the first time and you wont have to again. Highly recommend this shop.
