1st time service visit for my 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 was AWESOME! From the initial first phone call to set up my appointment to when I picked up my vehicle. Blake, who I dealt with was very personable and provided me with a comprehensive report of upcoming service requirements as well as issues that would soon need to be addressed. The price for A1 service was fantastic and a few extras, ie cookies, bottled water and cleaned car was thrown in for good measure. Love, Love, Love this place!

Mini Cooper, BMW and Mercedes owners . if you are looking for a local repair shop I highly recommend Turning Wrenches! I just had some work done on my Mini and I thought they were very honest and great to work with. Work was completed timely, came in a little under the estimate and my car was clean when I picked it up. I won t be driving to Cincinnati to the dealer for service anymore!!**** Updated to addCome for the excellent customer service , stay for the clean car, bottle of water and chocolate chip cookies. Right from the start I received fantastic customer service. Blake went over everything with me and my warranty work being done and made it all so very easy for me. The mechanic who went over my vehicle was thorough down to the finest detail and fixed the issue while letting me know about other service related issues. I will be back for all my car services in the future. Thank you !!

My husband and I are traveling and for some reason discussing our BMW X7 (and X1) and the care that Turning Wrenches provides.So this is not a review that someone asked us to do, not based on a recent service. It s based on our overall experience every time we call them, take our car in, or pick it up after work has been completed.We are so happy with this company, they are professional, kind, and thorough in all their dealings. It doesn t matter who answers the phone they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The service is first call and we so appreciate this company.We will continue to drive BMWs because we know Turning Wrenches will provide us with the best service possible.

I have been with Turning Wrenches for several years and I ve never left disappointed. Their service is top tier, their drop off system is a huge help, and the cookies and water they leave for you in your car are a great touch. Michael is very helpful and always kind. Turning Wrenches is customer service forward. When using the night drop box-a phone call to acknowledge your vehicle was received, a phone call and detailed recommendations via email of items needing attention and after servicing a follow up phone call to verify everything is working fine. I wish more businesses operated this way. Quality Work is always done in a timely manner with kindness, professionalism and sincerity. I can t recommend them enough! Thanks to Levi, Michael and the rest of the Turning Wrenches crew!

Great experience. Clean shop. Great flow from start to finish. Levi is straightforward and does what he says he will do. No game playing and things are done right!If you have a Mercedes, and you have been going to the dealer, give Turning Wrenches a shot! They have a 3 year/36k mile warranty on repairs.

Turning Wrenches has been a wonderful place to work with. I used to take my 2014 Mercedes 550 ML to the dealership but they are so much more than turning wrenches. They are honest and do great work! Had my BMW serviced here for an oil change. Couldn t recommend them more. They send a thorough inspection report of my vehicle with things that are in good condition with also suggested repairs.. I feel like they are honest and truly care. Communication was also prompt. Stephen kept me updated throughout the process. Car pick up can also be done after hours which makes it more convenient! Thank you!!

Hello! I am a first time user of Turning Wrenches and am very happy with the service and attention to detail I received. Even though this was only an oil change and some fluid replacements, I am confident that they know more about my Audi Q5 than the last two places I ve been will ever know!

I found Turning Wrenches through one of their mail flyers and I'm glad I did! I took my X3 for the annual oil change which I usually do at the BMW dealer but decided to try something different this time. Today was my first time at TW and the experience was amazing! My advisor was Stephen and he was welcoming, respectful and he did a great job keeping me updated with the progres and explaining everything including all items on the work order. BMW Louisville could learn a thing or two!I highly recommend Turning Wrenches if you have an European brand car (Merc, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mini).I forgot to mention the bottle of water and chocolate chip cookies I found when I got my car back! Who does that these days!? Amazon job guys, it shows you care about your customers!

I bought a newer car back in the summer. There was a concern I brought to the dealers attention. I ask for it to be serviced and was recommended to take it to Turning Wrenches as my dealership was reimbursing me for expenses. TW did a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and the repairs were made. On 11/2, my vehicle was ready. I paid on the phone and picked up the car. My main concern seems to have been resolved. Happy. However, that same afternoon when I arrived home, I had received a coupon in the mail from Turning Wrenches. It would have been $200 off the repairs. I emailed them that same day as it was after 5. I heard nothing from them the next morning and emailed and texted. Nothing in return to my email/text. So i a sent it multiple times to email and text. I was told it would be sent to the manager for determination on giving a credit. It was denied. Not the best way to win over a new customer.

Needed service on my Sprinter Van, took it in. Everything covered in great detail, excellent work and got me on my way. Checked on me to see how everything was going. Great experience. Diagnosed the Sprinter quickly, completed the repairs, and the final bill was exactly what they quoted. Super nice, knowledgeable staff that does exactly what they say they are going to do. Even with an appointment, they had my car a week. Only after I called n told them I was coming to get it by noon next day did they get it done. Didn't communicate all that well during that time. Repairs during that week were battery replacement, transmission filter n fluid- $1500. They r polite, but I kinda wondered if they had a grasp on my problem. We will not be a returning customer

Great experience from booking appointment, to recommended services to final outcome. I was in control of what services I wanted to pay for. Picking up was easy. I used their after hours pickup with a lockbox and code. Super convenient. They left a 3 pack of ChocChip cookies and a bottle of water in the console. Nice touch! Overall great experience with 2019 Mini. I will take ky 2021 Porsche 911 there too.

My BMW had an A/C problem. I took it to the two shops that do routine maintenance for me but neither of them could handle it. Turning Wrenches took on the job and did excellent work. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They listened to me, treated me fairly and kindly. I trusted their assessment and their pricing was better than dealer maintenance departments. They even gave me a loaner car for a day because the repairs might have taken a little longer and we are a single car family right now with 2 kiddos. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S to Turning Wrenches, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to the highest standards.The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, especially Michael Brown who i talked with throughout the process. Michael took his time to explain the issues with my car in a clear and concise manner. Turning Wrenches knows how to provide outstanding customer service, and the mechanics do mighty fine work. I took my 2018 Audi Q5 to them for brake noise.They gave my car a thorough inspection while there and discovered a coolant leak that I (knew about but) did not mention to them. A year prior, the local Audi dealership had looked at it and wrote in the summary that there was no evidence of my coolant complaint. That example speaks to the level of care Turning Wrenches gave to my vehicle.The front brakes and rotors were replaced for less money than Audi had quoted, and my car is now super quiet when coming to a stop; she's like new again! I plan to have the slow coolant leak repaired soon, in addition to some overdue maintenance.The communication from Turning Wrenches was amazing. They gave me timely updates, emailed a report with photographs, went over the report with me, and gave me options for next steps. The after-hours drop off and pick up is very convenient as well, and the cookies were a delicious little surprise.It gives me such peace of mind to finally have a mechanic that is kind, professional, respectful, trustworthy, and provides quality service.
