Took our work truck to UHL truck sales to be worked on. It wouldn t stay running. So we hauled it to them and parked it in there lot. Took them over 30 days to look at it. Then charged me $227.50 to pull it inside there shop to look at it. Then charged me $1845 in labor to tell me that they can t figure it out. What a joke. Was so disappointed. Don t recommend them at all. Will never go back. Wasted my time and money and didn t get anything fixed. They didn t even put all the parts back together that they took apart to look at the motor. So know I have to find someone else who will look at it in the shape they returned it to me.

I want to leave this review only as a construction method. But I bought an IPR valve for my dt466 and put it in and it didn't work. I was going to return it and they wanted me to buy another one and they would take it back to see if it really malfunctioned. I think it is disrespectful that they want to say that one is lying. I just wanted a new part that works since the one they sold me didn't work. I hope they resolve this soon as I have my faith with them waiting for them to respond if they are going to give me a new one or the money. How are they going to sell something so expensive and that doesn't work? Otherwise everything has gone very well. I always go with them, but this time I'm dissected

Absolutely outstanding service! Tom and Joe in service are great. Had a 2022 MV607 Tow Truck have some emission issues. Came in at 330pm. They immediately diagnosed it and luckily for me it was covered under warranty. Dropped it off 7am next morning. They said they might be able to get it done by the EOD. It was done by 11am. I appreciate it so much guys!

I previously put a bad review and bad rating for an incident, but honestly they have resolved my complaints as well as possible, and today I had a big problem with my truck to the point that They take time I can lose everything, and they have moved quickly and trying to solve my problem as quickly as possible, I want to give thanks for trying to help me.

Great place and great service writers and techs.. I was in derate due to a def doser valve failing, under a refrigerated load ...on a Friday and they got me in fast and out fast ...and were straight Forward with everything.. would highly recommend

My job leases trucks from here and they have great service. I had to drop off a truck and because they didn t have any replacements there somebody gave me a ride back personally without a second thought. Got the truck back and serviced very quickly.

Worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic!! My primary reason for going to the dealership was to have my DPF (exhaust filter) baked. After 3 weeks of bad service and a high bill, I picked up my truck with a new ABS module warning light!! Initially the service was only suppose to take a few days with only requesting an oil change and exhaust filter cleaning.They attempted to sell me on replacing my bell housing gasket ( a 12 hour job) and rear differential gasket(5 hour job). Both billed at $130 an hour plus parts, plus environmental fee and taxes.... No thanks I told them, plus the truck has been parked in my driveway with no visible leaks on the driveway!Then I tell them I have to have my truck back and no longer want them to continue to work on my truck. They tell me it s ready. When I arrive it s not only not ready but won t start for me to take it. They claim it was riding rough when I brought it in. NOT TRUE!! Then they tell me I need a $2,000 wire harness replaced!!! They ended up resolving the problem without replacing the entire harness, which means they were attempting to just up charge me until I talked to the service manager.Finally when I arrived to pick it up for the second time (a week later)the service guys couldn t of been more rude!!! Now I ll have to take it somewhere else to fix the abs module warning light..

They consistently gave me the run-around when it came to doing a diagnostic on my truck. A week later I called and Bill said that they were working on my truck. About four hours later I went to my truck to get my laptop and found out that they never touched it. I don't understand how you can be a professional business and blatantly lie to customers like that

I have had a bad experience and an unnecessary expense of money. I took them to my truck for a transmission failure and after making me pay $ 3759 they still hadn't found the problem. Then they said they had to change the clutch. It bothered me a lot and I picked up my truck. I do not understand how certified mechanics will not diagnose that the failure of my truck was the clutch

Overall we had a very positive experience. There was a mistake made on one of the parts that was ordered, and unfortunately it took another day to get the correct part in, but they did everything in their power to make it up to us. Thanks a bunch Bill!

Bill, Chris and the rest of that crew are fantastic. I needed a alternator quickly because I needed to get to Pittsburgh for a funeral and I was in and out in 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. Thank you for getting me in.

They are very helpful. Just started a trucking company and they helped tremendously with everything I needed. They even offer to oder things if they don't have it in store. I'd give 10 stars if I could I love this place!!!

This is the closest place that deals with medium to heavy duty International trucks. We had problems with an ECM and needed to replace it. We didn't know where else to go so went ahead and took the part off so we could drop it off to Uhl. Around a week later they called back with a price of around $900 and by that time I had found a place online that sold the part as well as reprogrammed it for less than $300! I understand supply and demand but they didn't have to try to get triple! Needless to say we picked our part up and haven't dealt with them since!

They do great work their mechanic and their office staff are very nice. My company uses them for all of their truck needs. Great location off the expressway. Great place to lease trucks.
