Was referred to Trans Go by Rod s Automotive for transmission work for my 07 ford explorer. They were able to give me a quote on my vehicle and kept their word. They charge by the job and are a trustworthy group of mechanics and I d highly recommend you take your car here to get any transmission work done!

My Dodge truck wasn t shifting properly. The guys at Transgo quickly diagnosed the problem, got it repaired and I was on my way in less than two hours. I couldn t ask for better service, and from honest people. Thanks Ed and Dennis!

A true blessing came my way when i called Mr. Ed and Mr. Dennis, i explained my situation and ordeal i went through concerning my transmission since July 1st with an online order which never showed up 2 months later. I told myself im gonna call the entire city search on transmission rebuild and Trans'S-Go popped up first (something was telling me to call and so i did). i gave them a call explained the situation they said, sorry to hear that but bring it on by and I said, i'm on my way with it now its already out of the car and sitting on the ground, upon arrival you can just tell meeting someone if the vibe will be good or not, wow it was LOVE, lol we ended up talking for quite a while and in a few days it was done, just like that. Was back inroute to pick it up and install it, just finished it today and boy or boy my car is Zoom Zoom fast! No issues, I love it! Fit within my budet and got the job done way East of me in the city of Louisville. Sad that where you live in Louisville they price gouging you like you haven't already done your research on labor and parts to know how much your car's transmission rebuild would cost, but go way East of Louisville, easy like Sunday Morning and i made to new friends. Forget Aamco, this is hands down the best place in town and the ONLY place I will take my vehicles. I originally went to Aamco where the store manager simply refused to work around my busy schedule, having me check back twice every 3 hours until finally turning away my business. Complete waste of time and a professional time-waster. Dennis however is straightforward and was able to quickly diagnose my car's transmission over a 7 minute phone call. He pointed me to a place to get the used part and the rest is history. Saved me TIME & MONEY and earned a customer for life. Thank you Dennis and Ed.
