The employees were not very friendly but the shuttle service is great if you live in Jefferson County. I was able to wait at home while they took care of a part of the recall. A sensor had to be ordered and I have heard nothing in 8 days. It will require a second trip to fix the recall and I don't live close.

Very expensive going thru the dealership, but the service was very good. They worked very hard to get me the part I needed

John Carbone is my service rep. He truly payes attention to the truck and anything that might be wrong. I truly appreciate such GREAT service!!

We didn't get service. We bought a car. The salesperson (Sam Smith) is a very nice man and goes out of his way to help customers.
