Matt at tom s service repair as so great to work with. I have an older car and he was very precise and clear on my vehicle. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you and for my neighbor David for recommending this service center. They treat you like family

let me tell you something about this place here. I brought my vehicle here for service professional service at a professional price. I have never had an issue every time I come here. These guys are so great to work with Matt and Brandon are unbelievable they take the time to go over everything before they do anything Kristy inside the office is absolutely wonderful. They stand behind their work. and I would recommend anybody to go here. Very friendly! My whole whole family comes here.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Battery

100% Terrible Service. When I dropped my car off, I clearly explained to them the problem, which was fuel related & how it was not starting when I put gas in it. They ran a diagnostics test, and replace 2 plugs without my consent. I had to call them to check on the status of my car, a week later. They told me over the phone that it was fixed and good to go. When I picked my car back up, the check engine light was still on, and I was still having the same problem. When I confronted them about it, all they said is that they would look into it. It is clear that whoever looked at my car, and did the diagnostics test does not know what they are doing. I feel like I was charged for a test that never happened. Everyone I spoke to, had no clue what was going on. Do not recommend them. They will charge you without even fixing the problem.

I've never had any problems with this shop when I had a vehicle in need of repair or inspection of some sort. They always worked with me well on when I could drop off and pick up.

I don't know about the other location but this location offers excellent service. We always take our cars here and everyone we've recommended to them has been just as satisfied.
