Came through the drive-through on Shelbyville rd. I bought the most expensive car wash. I used the bug cleaner to get the bugs off the front of my vehicle prior to going through the wash. I came through the car wash and this is what my tires and wheels look like after their best wash. I pulled back around and informed the attendant working. He told me to go clean my wheels at the bug wash station my self That that ought to take care of it . For buying their best car wash I should not have to get out of my vehicle and scrub my rims. I know if you go through mikes car wash down the street for the same money they will thoroughly clean your vehicle prior to going through the wash. This ensures your car is clean. If it s not they will send you back through the car wash at no expense. I feel for the money you can get a better wash and better customer service at mikes.

The wash does a great job, the staff is always friendly and attentive. The three lanes disperse traffic well when it gets busy on the weekends. Good value for the monthly deal, it would be awesome if they offered a family plan with discount for multiple vehicles in household. 5 well deserved stars.

This will likely be the only place I go moving forward. The staff is super friendly, they offer vacuums, windex, and rags complimentary. And they will shine your rims if you ask. Huge shout out to Niles. He s absolutely amazing.

I went 1 time and never again. I went through and had issues the entire time. I paid 20 plus 5 for a little bag of supplies. I am new to driving, but I'm not stupid. My mother was with me and told me how to do it, I did it exactly like she said. I put it in neutral and went. I don't know what happened, but I started going forward kind of fast and the guy yelled to back up, so I did. I put it in park and then back into neutral. It didn't want to work and I put it in park so I could talk to the guy, he yelled to put it in neutral, I said it was, I just put it park while I was talking to you. He says, no it was never in neutral. So I'm a liar? When I was a kid I used to get excited because my mom let me put the car in neutral when we did car washes.I put it in and it finally went normal. The guys attitude was so horrible. I'm not stupid. Your system obviously glitches which is fine, but don't yell at me when I did have it in neutral the entire time except for when I parked it while I was talking to the guy so I didn't roll forward accidentally because it kept making me go much faster than it should have and I didn't want that to happen.I emailed and no response. I will just go anywhere else. I usually wash it myself but we wanted to see if this would be a good wash to go to regularly. I'll go back to my usual spots, thanks.

The wash was okay but didn t address the front bumper of the car very well. The blow dryer did not work as well as it should. For some reason the air hose by the vacuum had water in the line that sprayed all over my midsection. The car wash selected was the Todd s Best for $20.00.

Can't beat the Basic Wash $10 and it removed most of the tree sap from my car and windows. I didn't want to run the ceramic coating until I knew the sap was removed. Plus.. they provide free self serve vacuums which were powerful. They have floor mat washers also not sure what they cost. I chuckeled at the sign that says "Toddtastic" But hey, this place does a fantastic job and it's very reasonably priced. A+

Brushes not working on one side , stopped for 30 seconds and restarted and polish brushes never came on. Paid extra $5 for ceramic. Total $25. Go to Kroger car was if you want that kinda wash for less. Place sucked for me

Paid $25 for the best wash service on a Jeep Wrangler and was sorely disappointed and dissatisfied. My car is white and I had streaks of dirt on the hood, doors and they were not hard to reach areas. It was as if my car was washed by a 5 yr old. My wheels were supposed to have a tire shine and it shined maybe a 1/10 of the wheels. You would be better off picking the cheapest or taking your car to a manual wash, it'll be cheaper and will actually clean the car.

I thought I would give Todd s Place car wash a try and I m glad I did. The service was great and the state of the art equipment they have does a fantastic job. The best I ve been to. I will definitely be going back.

I hope it s not a fluke and not just bcz it was opening day even though very crowded this was an awesome experience! Brand new, sparkly, dazzled, and MORE that you d expect from the brand new car wash facility!I pulled in bcz washes were free yesterday but then quickly realized that it wasn t brushless and wanted to back out of the line! Well the owner came over and introduced himself, I m Todd! I expressed to him that I have my car detailed at the dealership or have it hand washed and needed to back out of the line. He assured me that I wouldn t get scratched on my car, that the paint would be fine and that I d have an awesome car wash!He was RIGHT! The wash was quick and easy! I followed the directions of the ppl inside and came out clean and road ready! I pulled into one of 40 slots to vacuum the car FOR FREE which was also, Ah-MAZING! Coupled with the vacuums are several FREE Mat wash stations. You slide it in, push a button, and out rolls your mat! Sooo convenient!All in all a fantastic experience as is Todd the owner! Highly recommend! Todd s Place will be a welcome staple to the Middleton area!Go by and enjoy! Your car will thank you!

I just left from having the 20 dollar wash and it was the best carwash I had and a wonderful experience at Todd's Carwash best carwash on Shelbyville road. Love the shine after leaving. I would recommend everyone to go and have the experience I did and the smile it put on my face.. thank you for building the best carwash ever.

I live in the area of this car wash so I would like to use it on a regular basis.However, this is my last visit I paid for the $15 car wash which includes tire shineMy vehicle is a Toyota forerunner and on previous visits I noticed the tire shine, only touches the middle of the tire. I thought I would try again today, thinking perhaps it was just on product, but I am again with virtually nothing on the tires to make them shineAlso, if you want to get the bugs off of your car, you have to stop and scrub it yourself before entering the car wash Finally, the hood still has A film of dirt all over it Tailgate doesn t even look like it was washed.I wipe my car down after it goes through the wash so I took care of most of the issues, but I will avoid this car wash in the futureIf you ask me if I brought it to their attention and yes, I have gone into the office a couple of times and they pretty much blow you offThat s how I learned about the bug prep that I shouldn t expect bugs to get off unless I take the time to scrub the front of my vehicle etc.I think I will drive the extra few miles to go to Thomas car wash on Hurstbourne LaneThey actually have people who make an effort to get it clean

THE BEST car wash. Very personal service even at this fully automated wash. My truck was perfect when the Todd s Place Express was finished!! This is a Todd-Tastic look for my vehicle. Free pair of Solar glasses for customers, wow that's awesome!Great price! Wash and vacuum are great and they have an area to pre wash bugs, cleaner for floor mats, spray and rags for enterior. Almost always greeted by an attendant. I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is an honest hard working man who truly cares about his customers and their car wash.

I had a good experience with this place. Have been there twice, good price range from basic to lava, also sell cards for multiple washes at a decent price. Quality of wash was above average, vacuums are free and have good suction, floor mat cleaner. They do not wash or vacuum your Auto. This is pay for your wash drive thru and vacuum yourself. Place was clean, employees were friendly. This place can get rather busy.

I have a subscription to Todd s and I love it. Can always get in quickly and the wash does a great job. Tonight after vacuuming my car would not start! Almost immediately two young ladies who were employees attempted to help. One retrieved her personal portable charger and tried to help. Another pulled her car up next to mine to jump. Sadly neither worked. We called AAA but it was going to be after closing before they arrived. The employee assured us it would be ok to wait there and even brought us out water bottles. She checked on us several times before leaving. I was so impressed by these young ladies!

Wasted $20 going through this wash, had to hand wash my truck when I got home because it didnt do anything. I keep my vehicles really clean, this wash did nothing. I will not waste my money here ever again.

Nothing bad to say here. Good car wash. Got the car clean. It was fast and efficient. Didn't even wake up the babies from their nap. Yay!

Purchased the $15.00 wash. It didn t get the car clean at all. Hopefully they are still working out the kinks since they just opened but I won t risk the high price for a dirty outcome.

Have used this car wash since it opened, the technological glitches they were having seem gone, the wash does a good job. The vacuums are nice, and the employees are pleasant (some are hilarious).If they offered a towel dry service, it would be five stars for me.

Purchased Todd s best car wash and it was just okay. The clothes at the end didn t extend and dry the car, if you don t get it for the best when does it work?!? There was still quite a bit of soap on the car and the drying towels leave lint behind and snag very easily.

Would not come back. Just didn t wash the back of my car. Edit: MGT said it s because of a hitch or bike rack. Clearly I have neither. Sorry your car wash is incapable of washing the back of my vehicle

The amenities for cleaning the inside of your car are really nice, and the people that work there seem to be helpful and polite. My complaint with this place is that it doesn't do its primary job very well. The car simply doesn't leave the car wash very clean. The tires and undercarriage always seem to still look partially cleaned, and the car still seems to have bugs and bird dirt stains on it.

Needs to work on cleaning the rest of the vehicles better. Miss my lower trunk and license plate area. Also, the front of the bumper and windshield still had bugs on it. The free vacuum is amazing. Wish they had something for the all-weather floor mates.

Honest and trustworthy people who work there. Items fell out of my car without me knowing and their employees pick them up and kept them safe. Never had any issues with every time we ve ran through the car wash either affordable and good quality vacuums.

Staff is great, they keep everything moving smoothly. The air hose by the vacuum station is handy to clean out dirt from the crevices in the interior and they have floor mat washers at the vacuum station as well. Definitely have earned my repeat business.

I switched from Mike s to Todd s for numerous reasons. It wasn t because of customer service at Mike s. The workers at Mike s were much more invested in their job. I feel like the workers at Todd s treat you as just another vehicle instead of a person. Half the time I go, the person helping me line up my vehicle and enter the wash is sitting on a stool doing something on their phone. There is never a thanks for coming, have a good day, etc..I do enjoy the wash, pricing and location of the wash, so I will continue using this business. However, it would be nice if some of the staff, not all, were a bit friendlier.

Well-priced car wash. Stay in your car and ride through. Then free vacuums the strongest I have ever used. And they have an automatic flat car mat cleaner that works better than I thought it would. This is now my favorite car wash ever.

I really like this car wash due to its convince and always staffed. The place is new and has all the bells and whistles. In addition, I met the owner of Todd, and he is a good guy with great ideas.
