Damien always takes great care of me. As you can tell, it wasn t the best day. One of my guest ran off the road hit a curb or something extremely hard, bent the rim and put a hole in the tire. Like always, they took great care of me had great communication, no different than what I typically do by dropping the vehicles off for Service ,oil change, etc and they get me an Uber back to the house. They ll call me when it s ready and have an Uber. Pick me up. Couldn t ask for any better service. Always honest and professional.

I had not one, but two flat tires. I was able to get my spare on one side and get enough air in the other to make it to the Tire Discounters on Bardstown Road. I walked in the door at 10:30 hoping desperately they could get to my car anytime that same day. Damian gave me a 2 - 2.5 hour estimate. By 12:30 I was out the door with two fixed tires and it only cost me $100! I would highly recommend this particular Tire Discounters. Damian and Keith will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

Literally the worst service, worst alignment and worst tires I ve EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Had to go back three times to have my alignment correctly done, including having to drive the car to a different location. Then had a tire plugged from a nail a year later and it still leaks air. Now, less than a year and a half later, my tires are splitting. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Damian was a great help. Called last minute same day and he was able to squeeze us in to get a nail pulled and tire repaired within 30 minutes. Fantastic friendly service, thank you again!

Great shop!! Pulled in with a flat tire and was brought right in. Road Hazard covered it so it was a free fix and they still hustled to get me out. The crew seemed to get along well, joking with one another and smiling. Thanks for the speedy repair, I am a small business owner and time is $$$$!!!!I find TD tires to be fair priced and good brands. Have had only good experiences with both locations I have been too.You guys rock, keep up the great work.

I purchased a set of tires for my Buick Enclave by calling Westport Road Tire Discounters and speaking with Andrew to be sure the tires were in stock and available for purchase. I got there in 20 minutes, and they did not have the tires in stock. The manager of the store (Andrew) said they would get the tires from another store. When the associate returned, they had a mismatched set of tires. They then apologized and said they were going to get another set of tires. I had been in the store for 3 hours by this time. They were not able to get the tire I purchased in the store and said they would upgrade my tires. This was a nice gesture, but it cost me 4 hours of my time. After I left, my tires were leaking air and were driving rough. I went to the Bardstown Road location and asked them to take a look at the tires. I waited 2.5 hours in the Bardstown Road store and was told my tires were put back on my SUV in a different position and not recalibrated. There was also a faulty valve stem on one tire. After 3 hours I was given an apology and told I could come back and get a free oil change for my inconvenience.Forward 1 month and it was time for me to get an oil change. I drove to the Bardstown Road store, and I was told there was no free/discounted oil changed listed on my account. I reached out to the general manager of the Westport Road store, where I originally purchased my tires, and was told to bring my SUV to his store and they would take care of my oil change.Time, dependability, reliability, and honesty are all important to me. Based on my experience I would not be able to honestly recommend Tire Discounters.

I've used this Tire Discounters location many times over the years and always have a good experience, but had a particularly great experience this week. I had to get my brakes taken care of and they got me in for an 8:30 appt the next day (I called towards the end of the day). Since we only have one car, my toddler and I had planned to spend the morning there. They did offer to get us a car somewhere, but I had brought things to entertain him and we took many walks. They always interacted with him when popping in the waiting room and "chatted" with him when he was clearly addressing them (my son babbles, but doesn't talk yet). Stephen got a balloon for him. I was just about to grab it and tie one of my son's cars to it before it got away, but I was too slow. Stephen got a second balloon for him, but this time put about a 15 ft string on it. My son had a blast and played with it for the rest of the day. I know I can trust them with my car, but it means even more to me that they treated myself and son with such kindness and went out of their way to make sure he was entertained and having a good time.

They had my car for a total of 3 hours after the initial plan for oil change and tire rotation turned into waiting for tie rod parts to arrive since the OEM equipment pieces were worn out. They failed to do the simplest thing and put the oil cap back on so that I started to smell oil when I was driving because it was being sprayed out of the top of the motor on to all the hot components in the engine bay. There is now oil in the sound deadening layer attached to the underside of the hood and coating much of the electric wires, plumbing hoses, and hard surfaces. This is after they made a permanent ghetto rig modification to my car without consent from the last time I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They drilled a hole in the door handle latch which had broken, but was still usable. There is space between the two hinges that the handle piece is mounted to where they could have routed the zip tie without it being a permanent modification. I thought I would give them a second chance but it is now proved detrimental not only for the potential catastrophic engine damage that could have happened were I not paying attention and I will not be going back because they may have done equally substandard work on the tie rod repair and that is a vital safety piece which I won't know if it was done wrong until I have a crash.

I blew out a tire traveling to Louisville for work and these kind men stayed 45 minutes past closing on a Saturday to help me out and put on a new tire for me! They were very kind and extremely efficient! I highly, highly recommend!

I hate writing negative reviews, but I will never visit this location again. I had a oil changed performed here and they did not tighten the oil filter on correctly. I started to receive a low oil pressure message so I had to park and oil was everywhere. I had to have it towed to another Tire Discounters and they said the oil filter was not on there. So they redid everything and said everything looked fine, took it to Honda World and had them inspect it as well. So I was out for over $200 on a tow and trip to Honda. Not one sorry, not a call, nada. Not to mention they almost destroyed an engine on a paid off vehicle.

I was impressed with their services offered with my tire purchase...free alignment check, etc. ... I'll shop here for tire replacement on my other vehicle.

Have bought two sets of tires from them. This last set has less than 400 miles on them and they have never been able to balance or align my truck. Been paying Tony's to do both even though it is "included" in the price. I started having a vibration and needed them balanced or thought a belt might be broken so I tried several months to make appointment since it's 1 minute from my house to no avail. Got ahold of upper management and he said bring it so I did. I paint marketed all four tires positions and some lug nuts. After 4 hours they said it was ready and after picking it up they said they don't think I bought the tires there and went a head and did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Well let me tell you the paperwork they gave me didn't match my truck and paint marker is exactly as it was they did nothing and when asked he said nothing was wrong my rear leaf springs was probably the problem. Also all four tires had different air pressures and all four valve stem caps are missing. Just pay more and go to a reputable shop I have learned my lesson and now have to go pay 1800 for new tires so my truck is drivable when these are basically new

I experienced a flat while in Louisville. Tire Discounters patched the tire the same day. When I retrieved my car the tire indicator light was flashing. The mechanic came out to my car and was able to correct the problem. She also gave me a detailed explanation about what was happening. I made it safely back to Nashville. She was very kind and helpful to me.

EDIT: Tire Discounters reaches out to me through this google review so i contacted them. After several days I received no response so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Tire Discounters response was that they aren t responsible and all they would do is offer me a tire at cost, even though one of their techs are to blame for the current state of my tire. This tire discounters is the worst one I ve been to. I had a road hazard warranty on all of my tires and I took one in to have it patched. Not only did they not patch it properly, causing me to have a flat by the time I got home, but the guy ripped the screw out of the tire, pulling a piece of the rubber out with it. AND THEN they tried to make me pay for the patch even though the road hazard warranty covered it. A different tire discounters manager tested the tire and couldn t see a leak coming from the chunk of rubber being gone, but the tire loses hair very slowly and has to be aired up about once every month or so. My road hazard warranty expired three days after the patch was done so this TD refused to replace the tire that they damaged. Now my car tire makes a noise and I m hoping it doesn t blow out before I need another one. This TD is horrible, the one on Taylorsville Rd and Preston Hwy by Gene Snyder are way better. Two of the pictures below show where they simply yanked the screw out and just stuck a plug in the whole. NO patch at all. The other picture is of the flat tire once I got home.

Be sure to check your wheels before you leave. Bought new tires here a year ago. Had to have one fixed and one replaced. Had them rotated as long as I was there. Got home and saw three out of four wheels with new damage.Just tried to get the slow leak fixed in the sixth new tire I ve had to buy from this place since last year. They said they might look at it in two hours. They will never have to look at me again.

I gotta say, this was a pretty good experience with great custmer service!I came in on a Saturday morning to the Taylorsville Rd. location about 15 mins before opening and it was PACKED! One of the guys in the line told me the best option was to go ahead & schedule an appointment, that way I can practically get in & out with no problems.I took the mans friendly advice and I hopped in my car to this location since it wasn't too far of a drive & in less than 15 mins I was scheduled for the following Monday morning with my car being the 1st in the bay!My car was ready by the time I went on my lunch break with no more tire sensor light, fresh treads & aligned. Thanks again guys & Thanks to the lady on deck!

Honestly if I could give it more stars I would. The people there are super helpful. Stephen especially he helped me out all the way through and shared a few laughs. Nothing better than to have a good time while waiting. And they did my tires right and honestly my ride just feels a lot smoother. I was worried about my car not being able to have the wheels I needed since it s not your common car but they really did the job and even when there was a slight bump in the road we made an accommodation and got things done. Super grateful, well done to the guys here.

I just spent the last five hours at tire discounters, and wanted to take a quick moment to give a shout out to Jamie! She was incredibly helpful and very kind. I came in with the intention of repairing one tire that had a nail in it and ended up needing multiple things done. She was on top of communication and made everything was taken care of with the upmost care! I cannot say thank you enough to Jamie for all of her help today. I m going on a trip this week and she made sure I will be there safely. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Thank you a million times over. She has definitely won a customer for life. Any car needs: ask for Jamie! You will leave satisfied!

Customer service is fantastic! They went Above and beyond to cover the cost of 2 tires when I originally came in for a tire rotation. They worked quickly and every person I spoke with was informative, polite and helpful. This is our second set of tires from this Tire Discounters and our experience has always been great.

Great service with friendly staff. We ve brought our cars here for a few years now and have never had an issue. My only complaint is that the waiting area gets hot with the sun and large glass windows but I ve never had to wait long enough for that to be much of an issue.

I set an appointment with David about a week ago to remove/replace some bad lug nuts on my camper this morning. Will checked me in at 8:00 and sent me around back. Cody removed the stripped lugs, installed the good ones I provided, and checked the torque on both tires. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Outstanding service and they didn t charge me anything! I will be back when I need tires for my truck!

The 3 stars are for the old man who cares about the situation that makes us go to this shop. He cares, yes. But, I didn't give 5 stars because of the young guy at the front desk who received us last Saturday, March 11/2023. He was really without interest and not care about questions I was trying to do to him. He ignored me all the time. Looks like a racist person. We felt very sad. And I think he's not prepared to work there because he doesn't know too much about the wheels and tire of every car. I hope not to come back there again.

Overall a good experience. I have been a customer for many years and have purchased several sets of tires. David was especially gracious and helpful. One suggestion is to notate on the worksheet that the fluids and brakes were checked during the oil change and tire rotation. They have provided that info in the past. David couldn t answer that question for me. Didn t offer to ask the technician either.

this place used to be run by a really great crew. they would handle all of our service vans minor needs, tires, brakes. I stopped in with my personal car today needing a quote on two front tires. there were zero customers inside and one car up in the air. the parking lot was empty. the two people behind the counter were playing with their phones one was the "service manager" ( which is hilarious ) I told him I wanted to get a quote n he asked what size the tires were. I told him he would have to check. his response?? an eye roll.. then a HUGE exhale before he stomped towards the door to go look. it was strange because I thought THATS what he is here for. lol.. it is his SOLE reason for being on the property. hes the "service MANAGER".. SERVICE MANAGER. I immediately told him to forget it. there is no way im gonna spend money with a guy like this. I called his manager "David" to tell him what happened.. David had less customer service skills than the "service manager" SOOOO its easy to see why that stores employees act the way they do. it comes from the top down. David gave me a fake number to call the regional manager. I hear its really hard to find good people to hire.. n tire discounters proves that for sure.
