Hubert and Jake were very helpful.They explained the plans and discounts. So they inspected my car wheels suggested for wheel balance.Service Customer friendly.Highly recommended.

I love this shop. Been going to them for years through multiple vehicles. Was there today to get my tire patched and as usual they gave the best service. I can t wait until my vehicle is out of warranty so I can stop going to the dealership for service and come back to the people I TRUST!Also, I run my business out of my truck and due to the tire issue, I had to drop it off with all of my tools in it. Nothing was touched and I feel comfortable leaving my property completely in their possession during the servicing.Great job guys!

Took my tire in because it had gone completely flat. They found the whole and fixed it! The staff were great and so patient. They put the tire back on my car and gave me a great price! Thank you! I'll definitely be a return customer

Took a vehicle in for a check engine light and had hit a curb. Was told tie rod had a rubber piece that needed to be replaced but it was fine to drive. Took the vehicle to another place both tie rods needed to be replaced and the vehicle was definitely not safe to drive. Glad we decided not to let my son drive it an hour and a half back to school. Definitely do not recommend

I go to this and the tire discounters on my Washington and they both are absolutely amazing everytime. they even gave me a free tire patch the last time I went and overall I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend for car maintenance and such

Walked in with an object in my tire. The repair was made in an efiescent amount of time. The employees were very polite and friendly. Overall a very good experience

They gave us excellent service. Definitely recommend this location. We had new tires installed at another location- same company- but they did not align & balance the tires and I was there for four hours!! The men here did an excellent job of fixing the screw up. We were in and out in about an hour. They did the align & balance plus test drive. Huge difference driving home! Thanks guys!

THIS SHOP LOST OR STOLE MY TIRES. and only offered to pay for half of it. I came in for a $1600 tire job yesterday. I had the shop note to keep my existing UHP tires as I d take them back with me. They noted it, I confirmed it. Within one day they lost the rear tires for my vehicle. I was kind to them, said i would work with them and accept replacement tires or a refund to replace those tires I no longer had. The regional manager told me he d pay for half and would speak no more on the issue. He did not care that this issue was 100% their fault (the store admitted this) or that I now have to purchase 2 NEW tires at full price. He would not let me speak with anyone else and blocked my number.These people are crooks. Or incompetent at the least. If you care about your car and how it s treated I wouldn t trust them with it. They don t care about their customers clearly. If I spend money yearly with them for top dollar tires and this is how I m treated, imagine how little they care about the car owner that can t afford to deal with these problems

They were very helpful in getting my tire repaired. I ran over a screw without knowing and they took my tire as a last minute repair. They will always have my service when it comes to tires.

Set up an oil change and tire rotation with this store several days ago. I dropped the vehicle off just as they opened. Returned at 245p and although it was on a rack and tires off it had not been touched. The guy at the desk said it shouldn t be long and I was ok with that. I get it. Busy day. 2 hours later untouched. It s ridiculous that I didn t get a call from 8 to 2 or a face to face admission if we can t get this done today. Nothing was said. Finally told them to put the wheels on and I ll get the work done somewhere else. I would not recommend a place that can t just say we can t do this. Never took me 9 hours to not get an oil change done. Poor service

Needed tires and I was taken care of (in my opinion, above and beyond) on a walk in basis. Justin was AWESOME and I will definitely recommend them to others.Thank you!

Had a nail in my tire. Went in about 8 am Monday. Had no trouble getting in and the tire repaired. They were done in about 1 hour. I was pleasantly pleased. The cost of repair was $42. Not happy but better than having to purchase a new tire.

Every time I've been to this location they've gone above and beyond regular customer service, which I never expect, but always appreciate.They do complimentary things that are NOT designed to get more money from you. It's a free service. For example, the last time I was there and they had all four tires off, someone came to the lobby to tell me how much pad was left on each of my brakes. Another time an employee called several places to get four tires there the next day. Most businesses nowadays will tell you they're sorry, but they don't have your size of tires, especially four of them, but maybe you can try some other place.I understand that things happen that are out of their control. One time I went there and they had no power. The LG&E time thieves cost them an entire Saturday of business. Saturday is overtime hours, so of course their power was out for six hours or more. It wasn't these people's fault.One time they moved us to the front of the line because we had to take Lyft to get there. It was early morning and time to go to work. The Saturday they didn't have power an employee met me at my car to tell me their power was out. We all know that most employees at most places in Louisville these days would not have done that. Also, I've heard employees anounce to the shop that there's a customer on the floor. I consider that a high level of professionalism, especially these days when you could hear absolutely anything from employees no matter where you go.All the employees I've encountered were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I know you can't please everyone all the time, but I've been satisfied every time I've been there.

1st appointment they called and canceled 10 mins before my app. They stated they were too busy to honor the app.2nd appointment They neglected to rotate tires and didn't replace battery.3rd appointment I paid $1200 for tires, battery and oil change. All of my tires were mounted inside out. I called to get an appointment to fix the issue and they stated they had no appointments and to drop it off and they will get to it when they can, TO FIX THEIR ERROR! I stated that was unacceptable and I requested $ back to pay someone else to fix their error and they stated I can't get $ back, but they will give me a free oil change. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, & THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! If it would be cost affective Id sue this place!!! They're absolute Crooks!!!

This Tire Discounts has the best Employee I ve met at a tire shop before her name is Kara, I went in looking for four tires and I m getting four new brand tires tomorrow for the first time!!! All with her help she was very friendly, explained everything in detail, gave me serval options to choose from, very understanding with my budget this lady deserves every blessing coming to her <3. Very thankful I stopped by here and got her to attend me. Come here and ask for Kara!!!

Excellent service for an oil change. The employees were very courteous and the service was fast. I have used Tire Discounters a lot for oil changes but this was my first time at this location. They have a pretty reasonable price for synthetic oil changes. Will definitely go back.

Service was great! I used the new skip the shop service for the first time and was Impressed. 8am they called to see if they could come pick my car up and dropped it back off by 2pm with a receipt after I made my payment through a secured pay link. It s $ 24.99 round trip or half for one way, but well worth it. Seeing how I just got off work at 5am the last thing I wanted to do was sit at a shop. hopefully they can keep it at this price point moving forward. The new set of tires I purchased ride great! And the free alignment makes my car handle much better than before with the old tires. Plus they came with a 3 year warranty! All in all tire discounters have always been hard to beat but now with this new skip the shop service I may be a lifetime customer

I had such an easy stress free experience with Tire Disconnecters. I requested an appointment and the next day I was connected with Lauren. He was very helpful and was able to order my tires just in time for my scheduled appointment. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. On my actual appointment day Justin is who took care of me from start to finish. Supper nice, again answered all my questions. Very upfront with the estimated cost so that there was no surprises. I also had the chance to briefly speak with one of the mechanics working on my car. He brought me Into the work shop and showed me a few things. I knew my car was in rough shape and was overdue for maintenance, but it was nice to have someone inform me on what was going on. With the extra parts and work that needed to be done he made sure that I was okay with the change in cost. Again it was nice to not be surprised with cost. Thanks to everyone and anyone that I didn t mention. Happy to feel confident on the road again! Highly recommend Tire Discounters Preston Hwy!!

Avoid this shop! I dropped off my vehicle to have a grinding noise checked out. They called and reported the car had a stuck caliper and needed a complete brake job. I okayed the repairs. When I went to pick the vehicle up they stated I needed to go to a transmission shop as the transmission was making the noise.When I complained that I would not have okayed the repairs if I was properly informed, they gave me a "discount".

Broke down driving from Arkansas back to Michigan. Flat tire on 5th wheel. Worker told us 2 hour wait for one new tire to be put on our 5th wheel. Wanted to charge us $192 for one trailer tire 12 ply. My husband was saying yes, I told him hold on 2 hour wait....then worker admitted it might be even 3 wait. But he was more than willing to minimize wait time while he was trying to collect our money. Went to Big Os which they told us not to. Price for one tire 14 ply was $170. We did all four tires they got us right in and were done in an hour with all four tires changed. Positive: they were nice enough to give us air for free to get is to another tire place, thank you for that.

Very satisfied with my balance and rotation. Thank you Darren for making sure my car seats were as clean as they were when I drove it in! Everyone was polite, attentive, and answered all my questions. My service wasn't as urgent or detailed as some others here in the reviews, but they did get my vehicle done in less time than I expected.

Very pleased with Tire Discounters on Preston Hwy! This is the second time bringing my car here and they do an amazing job. The first time I had a oil change , front end alignment and tire stems replaced. Yesterday I got 4 brand new tires. Justin was very helpful and even called to see how my car was driving! I will definitely be back!!

Great service. I was headed back to Louisville from Texas. I had gotten a flat and put on my full size spare. I called Thursday evening and spoke to Jacob. I needed two tires on the rear of my work van. I asked if they had any appointments. He said they were booked pretty much all day. I asked him if I drop it off Friday morning could they have it done by Saturday. So I dropped it off Friday morning and it was done the same day. Thank you Justin, Jacob and the rest of the team.

I'm terrible with names, I believe one of the gentleman was named Justin, but overall, everyone that helped us was kind, and made jokes with us. They walked us through the tire picking process and helped us choose which would be best for us without pushing a sale. This is my 2nd time coming to them for tires, and it is worth every penny. I encourage all of my friends and family to visit this specific store just due to their hospitality. Wonderful job, fellas

They re all really kind, but man they need better schedule management. I had an appointment this morning at 9 am for a patch on one tire. I pulled in at 9:02. It s 10:56 and I m still sitting here in the waiting room. My wife is now late to work and won t make her first clients appointment. If you re on a time crunch, go somewhere else. Though I didn t consider myself in a time crunch, two hours is apparently the time it takes to patch one tire even when you ve made an appointment.Edit: I added a photo of my receipt and I ve circled my time in (9:05) and time out (11:08) in red in the upper right hand corner. You can also plainly see that the only service performed was a tire patch.
