We had our commercial van towed in for 2 new tires because our driver hit a driveshaft on I-64. TD put 2 tires on the van and sent our driver on his way only to have one of the new tires blow out 20 minutes later. Manuel Ruiz didn't tell us that the rims were bent. We then towed the vehicle back to our shop. We then reached out to the District Manager Dan Greet for some assistance on the 2 tires that they sold us and his response ways they weren't going to credit us back anything and that we could sue them! This was my second time using our Commercial Account with TD and probably our last. Hey Dan I'm not going to sue you lm just not going to pay the bill. Horrible customer service.

YOU SAVE BIG BUCKS, AND WE CAN NOT LIE !! This is what Discount Tires has displayed on the outside. And all I can say is my first time here getting tire service from this company. The price was great, the service time was awesome , and Manny, who took care of my vehicles needs, was very professional and gave great customer service. I will come back. Thank you, Discount Tires

You can get tires anywhere, they all run specials and deals but if you want fast friendly capable quality service - which can make all the difference THIS is where you want to be! Go here to be treated with respect, get great service AND get great tires! Thank me later!

Dropped off my truck for a coolant leak issue. They were extremely busy but were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. The price was right too! They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Just fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I have used TD for my auto needs for years and definitely will continue to do so.

We had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon near their store. They were busy but went out of their way to replace two front tires within the last hour they were open. It was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

Went for a 29.95 oil change and tire rotation which was advertised on their website. When I got there for my 1 o clock appt the girl who waited on me told my they had the 65 synthetic oil change special only but had to talk to her manager. They finally acted like they were doing me a favor and would honor their advertised special. Went back to work waiting for a call and 2.5 hours later and told me my tread on the front was too low to rotate tires and they wouldn t do it. I guess they were just wanting to sell me new tires. Tires are fine. I told them just change the oil and I was headed to pick up car. She said she talked to manager and would be done by end of day at 6. Takes 5 hours for an oil change. Why get an appt. Took to competitor and oil change and tires rotated in 30 minutes. They laughed when I told them the story. Never again and I advise others to stay away and go elsewhere. I guess they were mad because I just needed a basic oil change for a good advertised price and I didn t buy new tires.

10/10 Highly recommend! Carlos and the rest of the staff were super prompt and provided friendly, fast service. Other tire shops advised they weren t able to get me in until the next day. I called Tire discounters as I was just minutes down the street to inquire about getting my tire plugged. I was in & out within 20 minutes. friendly staff.Update: Had to come back again but this time for my front Driver side tire. Prompt service again.

If you need your car fixed this is the place to go! My car got fixed very fast and customer service was outstanding. Manny was great to work with! I ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Would be zero stars but I had to give a star. Purchased tires from them in the past. Showed up looking to utilize the warranty service they push every customer to take and was told they could not support the repair due to manning. Spoke with the manager and was told he could not perform the repair his self because he was doing inventory. Glad to understand you place zero priority on your customers. Went down the road to get the tire repaired. The repair also voided the warranty that I purchased thru tire discounters. Needless to say I will never do business with them again.

Was refused service [tire repair] because of my tire(s) age. I booked this appointment online and nowhere is it stated about this "Company Policy" Completely wasted my time and drove out there for nothing. Very disappointing considering I was going to be returning to buy a set of new tires at a later date. I won't be now, I'll go find another place to buy tires. Bad customer service!

In April I had a blow out at the intersection where this store is, so I limped to them and got 4 new tires, and the road hazard because the other 3 were close to need to be replaced. I had no issues with tire wear the 2 years prior to owning my new car, but 8k miles after me getting 4 brand new tires and an alignment supposedly being done, my rear tires are bald from the center to the outside. I go back to this location and Carlos says it is not covered and he tires have a 0 mile warranty on them. I am not dumb, nor did I want to argue, so I go to the Mt.Washington location the next day, they look at the tires and the cars service record, and order me 2 new tires under the road hazard I had paid for to be put on Monday and do an actual alignment on my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Carlos is a POS

Went from 5star to 2star real quick!! Was there From 3:30 until about 10 after their 6pm close time last person to leave. The crazy thing is it wasn't because they hadn't finished my car it was because one of the little workers wanted to take my car for a spin smh!! Yes you're reading it correctly took my car for a spin and thought I didn't see them leave in it! Service was great up until that point especially spending the money I spent with these guys. They have to train their workers to be smarter and make smarter decisions when it come to doing childish thing like this!! All of them had that dumb look on their faces because they knew he had did what he did and two of the had little smiles on their face like they thought it was funny. Got to be smarter and more professional sooner than later!!! Also looked at my car that didn't have any issues with paint and noticed a chip of paint on my driver side rear fender. It's sad you can't trust people anymore!!

The best experience I have had with with getting my car professionally worked on. Manny is a great dude who went above and beyond for me. And I was only there for a valve stem change on my tire and he was more than helpful! I definitely recommend coming here for work on your vehicle! Thanks again Manny!

A few days ago I found myself in a spot no car owner ever wants to be in. I got in the car and the low tire warning was on. I had to wait until I had some time off work to get it repaired. Saturdays at auto shops are usually busy, and without an appointment I was worried if I could get it repaired while I waited. As soon as I walked in, Josh immediately greeted me and wrote up the tire repair. The guys in the shop were courteous cautious and quick. In a short time I was back on my way with a properly repaired tire. Manny went to check me out while Carlos and I chatted about my car. Turns out, since I purchased my tires from another of their stores, my repair was done at no charge. I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you Josh, Manny and Carlos!

On a visit to Louisville from out of town, I picked up a screw in my tire. I visited the closest Tire Discounters with no appointment and they were able to get my car in, tire repaired and covered under the Road Hazard Protection in just over an hour. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for your planned or unexpected tire needs.

These guys are five star top notch they know what they re doing, they have great customer service and they have reasonable prices. If you go during the week expect low wait times if you go on the weekend expect higher wait times if you only have time to go on the weekends than make an appointment. It s that simple! other than that highly recommend

When I arrived at work , I discover a large crew in my tire. I was hoping that when I left work for the day , I would make it back home to where my normal tire store could fix it since I have free repair. Unfortunately the screw was not having any of that. I found that tire discounters was very close to my office, so I felt was close enough i could safely drive over there on low air. When I got there , they got my car back in the bay and the repair completed within 30 mins. Carlos show great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Wow! They went above and beyond. I needed a spare tire mounted and I was impressed at how they did it with such speed, politeness, and very customer service oriented. Recommended A++++!

Great professional service. The manager Carlos was very professional and really took the time to take care of us. He said he would have our car done by the time they closed at 4 and he called me at 4:30 and said our car was done and he would stay open until we got there. He did, and then instead of having us come back Monday he ask the technician if the could do our alignment even though it was way past closing time and the technician did. Very polite and professional. I will be going back and referring to family and friends.

Went there for 1 bad tire had to leave car in lot over night found out it was 2 bad tires thought it was end of world then there guy Logan worked with me help figure it out I left with 2 new tires completely satisfied amazing service great crew and if I need anything I'd go back over and over again awesome crew of guys and a girl they did amazing thanks especially to logan

I will not be going back to that location ( 12409 LA Grange rd) again. They have changed managers once again. The ones they have now have no customer service, they suck. They had to modify a new part for my truck and didn't say a word about it.3 minutes down the road I had to back for a scraping noise. They put it on the rack and took care of the noise and made it sound like it was no big deal. I had to get mad before they told me what they had done. Then they get mad at me because I asked them to put in the computer or write it on my paperwork so It will show later if I have issues with that part.This is the Tire Discounter that I have been using for about 7 years now. Oil changes every 7 weeks and have bought 9 sets of tires from them.They have lost my business.

I bought 4 new tires and wheels from TD. I used their online consultant and TD installed them. That part went well. I returned 90 days later to get the tires balanced and rotated and the front end aligned. The rotation was free but they wanted $150 to marginally adjust the toe and then made excuses that their "Master Technician" says adjusting the camber causes other problems and I would have to come back to get that done. That process took over 5 hours. I can promise you that I won't be back for anything. 1) it took way too long to NOT get my truck aligned the first time or at all for that matter and 2) for making inaccurate technical excuses why something can't be done while trying to impress me with titles like "Master Technician" and using technical terms that I understand better than they realized when they weren't explaining them correctly. C'mon Carlos!

My wife took her Armada to the Tire Discounters in Anchorage. One of the tires had a nail in the tread. Carlos and his staff were helpful, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair immediately. We appreciate the professional work and will purchase our next set of tires from that location.

Do not use this shop. I bought tires here with a 6 year free flat repair warranty. Ran over a screw at 3 years and they refused to fix the flat even though it was under warranty. Crooks. They just wanted to sell new tires. Could not find my purchase in their system. Tire was only 50% worn and they refused to fix a flat and forced a loyal customer to drive with a leaking tire to another shop.

I had a flat, made an appointment and rolled in there with the spare. The guys were great getting me all fixed up. No long wait. I ve also previously had oil changes which also went seamlessly. Everyone is courteous and informative. I will be returning when the need arises.

Got pads and rotors on all 4 wheels and they charged my wife $300 more than they told me it was going to cost. Then the vehicle shook every time I hit the brakes. I took it to Towerys and they said I needed new pads and rotors on the front 2 wheels. And the owner acts like he's all honorable because he served in the military. How about not cheating your customers. I didn't bring it back because you over charged me and kept the vehicle much longer than usual. Then it was still not done correctly. Basically I didn't trust you to finish the job. You'll never make another dime off of me.

Anthony was incredible. I got a flat tire right after crossing into Wisconsin. I bought tires from here a few years ago and called him to ask about how the national warranty worked. Then he was willing to speak with the manager of a different business that was not honoring that warranty, and at a later time, answered another question and offered to walk me through filing a claim when I return home. Incredible care and service for someone you don't know and is 6 hours away.
