This place is the most professional and honest shop, I have ever been to.My 2010 RAV four I was doing the brakes because I m a DIY guy and I accidentally screwed up the brake lines/multiple other things and they were able to fix all things that I was not able to. They had me set an in the right direction within one day, which is actually very impressive for the issues that I had with my vehicle Bruce and Connor are the most respectable and honest people you ll ever meet. And I ve never had to go back because of something they ve done everything they have done his lasted and has been done correctly.

They were great. They stayed late on Friday night to put a set of new tires on my car after hitting a pothole. I was also in need of an oil change and they were able to squeeze that in too. They could have told me to come back on Saturday since I arrived just before closing time, but they were insistent upon getting it done while I was. Great team, very helpful and allowed me to resolve a problem on a Friday night and still enjoy my weekend! Thanks guys. Repeat customer and will stay so with that kind of service!

I had a flat tire and barely made it to store.I had three small kids with me and the store was about to close. Bruce was empathetic and didn t seem inconvenienced at all. Bruce was so helpful and kind. He was quick and fixed my old tire that had a nail in it . The best customer service I ve had in a long time! I will definitely go back here if I need help again!

I purchased 4 tires, struts, shocks, had fuel injection cleaning, serpentine and alt belt for my vehicle. I made appointment for the next day. Brought my vehicle in at 8:30 a.m. was told it would be completed that day. It was not and I was not contacted about the overnight. The next day it took all day and was not ready until 5:30... I missed several events on that 2nd day due to not having my vehicle. Again, communication was lacking. They blamed it on the parts supplier who supposedly brought the wrong alternator belt 4 times. Maybe they need to change parts supplier. My main complaint was the lack of communication about the work.

Blew a tire on Gene Snyder, This was 3rd tire place I called to get an actual spare (not the temp 50 MPH max tire I had in the trunk) to get me to the next city. They should have been my first call. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. Bruce (GM) was awesome, diagnosed a bad sensor to boot. Highly recommended

Bruce and his team were friendly, efficient, and quick. I took my car in for a tire that was going flat and they promptly resolved the issue. I will be returning and recommend Bruce to anyone.

Bruce and the entire staff went out of their way on fixing my tires that I reported were losing air. Fast service and extremely polite. I will be going back there for any tire maintenance going forward. Highly recommended!

My low tire pressure notification popped up on my dashboard. I stopped by Tire Discounters to have my tires checked out. They immediately checked my tires and added the necessary amount of air. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Amazing customer service! We had a flat tire that just needed a patch. Got our tire patched and back on the road in under 30 minutes on Black Friday! Bruce, the general manager, was who took care of us. He s the man.

DO NOT go here, my grandmother drove in for oil change, they scared her into getting new brake pads & rotors, overcharged her by 400$!!! Total was over 800$ for basic pads and rotors.she didn t even need new pads to start! After 500 miles the caliper locks up the new brakes on front right,I called the shop myself scheduled appointment for my grandmother, they make her wait 5 hours in lobby for 1 caliper, rotor, brake pads on front right.As she s driving home her brakes are worse than before like air is in the lines, the mechanic DID NOT replace the brake fluid reservoir!l cap!!! How basic is that?!Brake fluid all over engine bay, contamination in reservoir. My grandmother could have crashed due to brake failure. Careless shop did not care if she made it home that day!!!We finally got the car back after 3 trips they had to tow it from my house. I would Not let her leave as it was.They have awful mechanics I can t believe this shop is still open!!!!I will contact BBB hopefully to refresh the mechanic lineup as they have much more to learn about basic work.

My tire blew on the highway the other day. They had some sweet coopers in stock in my size. Limped the ol camper over there to and slapped me a new set on the rear right away. Back onward on family vacation. Yee haw. 5 stars

I went in for a flat tire in my way to work. Not a great start to my day, but I had a positive experience here. They fixed my tire and had me on the road real quick. They now have a tire customer for life.

Manager Bruce and his crew are the best! Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I am a repeat customer and in my respective opinion, there is no reason to go anywhere else for service! Thank you all for what you do!

I seem to have many issues with my tires and have been to various tire shops in Louisville UNTIL TODAY. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the staff s overall professionalism at Tire Discounters in middletown. I discovered I had a nail in my tire while pumping gas and drove to Tire Discounters. Unfortunately I had not dressed to go inside as my plan was to get gas and go home. Bruce, the General Manager could tell I was uncomfortable and immediately asked what he could do for me. I showed him the nail and apologized for looking unkept and he couldn t have been more kind. He quickly instructed a coworker to examine and then fix my tire and the entire process couldn t have lasted more than 15 minutes, which is EXACTLY what you want when you re not dressed appropriately to be out and about!!! I would highly recommend them and already have, to anyone out there who feels like customer service and professionalism is a distant memory!!! I will continue to take my vehicle there for all of its needs. THANK YOU BRUCE and your team!!!! Ann

First time getting tires not at the dealership. Service was phenomenal, staff over the phone (Andrew & Bruce) were extremely helpful and patient with questions I had regarding the service. From price matching Tire Rack to get me a discount, updates on my service as I waited, post service adjustments to appease my OCD, and even clarifying my bill when I misread it. This shop, location, and staff are excellent. Waiting room was well equipped for my wait during service and restrooms are available and very clean for use. There is a small play area for children if needed. If you would like to watch the service from the waiting room CCTV cameras are great and provide multiple angles.Will be recommending and will be returning in the future.

Upon heading out for my day, I discovered one of my tires was nearly flat with a large nail in the sidewall. I drove the car slowly to a TireDiscounters about 5 minutes from my home. By the time I reached the service center, the tire was flat. Entering the store with no appointment, I was greeted promptly by service writer Connor who assessed the tire and advised me that it could not be repaired. Knowing I was already planning to buy a new set of tires soon, I discussed this option with Connor and decided to purchase a particular set of four tires. I informed Connor I had no choice but to wait and he promised to expedite the installation. In less than one hour, the job was complete! Bruce stepped in for Connor to write me up and accept my payment, thoroughly apprising me of all benefits attendant to my purchase. I could not ask for a more prompt and professional service to meet my need and get me on the road again. This was not my first excellent experience with TireDiscounters and it will most assuredly not be my last visit when I need services they provide.

The level of service is genuinely unreal. They cut me discounts so I didn't have to buy the cheapest tires, gave me a great deal on the insurance which has already paid for itself, plus free alignment, rotations, and balances. I would've spent hundreds more at any other location. I wish I could find someone this reputable for every aspect of car repair.And they do it all with a great attitude, and fast service. Easy 5 stars.

Extremely friendly and helpful, probably best tire experience I ve ever had. We got there 30 minutes before they opened on a Saturday morning and they let us in early to check out our tire. Had a very bent rim and couldn t find another place to replace it and they bent it back and sent us on our way.

I had a wonderful experience with the tire discounters in Middletown. I found a nail embedded in my tire and took it same day to tire discounters. I was helped by Bruce who allowed me to come pick up my car after closing, and patched the tire at no cost to me. Bruce and the other employees at this tire discounters location were exceptional!

Came in for brake service and an oil change, and the experience was absolutely first-class and frictionless. Dropped the car off when they opened and even ten minutes before official opening time the employees were out checking in vehicles. The shop arranged an Uber for me that got me there on time and brought me back at the end of the day. They even noticed I was due for a tire rotation which I had forgotten about and did the job at no charge without even mentioning it! I highly recommend this location. I know I'll be coming back.

Ordered tires through this location. Beat the nearest price by a pretty huge amount. Not only was the price awesome but the service was great. My truck is on an aftermarket suspension and I was a bit concerned on how well this shop could align my truck with non-stock components. The store manager Bruce assured me it wouldn t be an issue and I was not disappointed. Riding smooth and just like stock after their crew aligned my truck. Service was great and everyone I talked to at the shop was service with a smile. Will be back to this location for any more tire and alignment needs that I run into.

Aidan took great care of me. Was able to get tires same day. Took aftermarket wheels in and they made sure they fit and then put on the tires I wanted. Guys were friendly

Great experience. Service was friendly, fast, efficient and they even offered up an Uber to come pick me up when they'd finished up my install. I highly recommend this spot and ask for Bruce! He was super helpful through my decision making process. I felt confident I'd made the right purchase based on my driving activity.

Great location that I continue to return to for service. Andrew provides excellent customer service and has always been friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help in a last minute situation when I had a flat tire and needed tire replacements before traveling out of town. I also enjoy the option to remain at the store while they work on my car. TV, charge outlets, coffee, bottled waters available for their customers so it s super convenient.

Fantastic service. I was on the way to drop my five month old daughter off at daycare when my tire started leaking quickly. I was able to get off on the Synder and limp over to the Middletown location. Conner and the staff saw my situation and fixed my tire issue immediately. When I went to pay, Conner told me not to worry about it. I'm not a review guy but just wanted to share this story as the world needs more people like Conner!

Bruce and staff were great. Worked to get me the best discounts and ensured all work was done masterfully. Was a walk in at 7:30am and they didn t act weird or mad even though they don t open till 8. Tires. Brakes. Headlights. Highly recommend.

Terrific! I wish i could leave more than 5 stars!! customer service is off the charts! The boys in the back definitely know what they re doing! very swanky lobby with lots of display wheels to look at to pass the time while waiting! Will definitely buy my tires here when I need new ones!!

My wife and I had a flat tire on the Gene Snyder. I took it to Tire Discounters in Middletown. Bruce Scharinger and one of his employees had it changed out in 15 mins as they promised. Bruce is very knowledgable. We spoke about the air conditioning issues in my wifes car and I plan on going back to have them fix it. Thanks Bruce for the great customer service!
