Weird experience. I went it to get a full alignment and oil change. So they showed me an air filter that wasn t my cars air filter bc mine is a different shape and had a couple of random leaves and a package peanut just sat on top. The guy walks over very carefully trying not to have the air blow the leaves and the random package peanut to show me and tell me that I need a new air filter and that my clasps are broken and it s held together with paper clips (no paper clips there) I declined buying the air filter. I go to check out and he tells me my total with no breakdown on what I am paying. It seemed high so I asked for a breakdown. The air filter is added to the bill even though I declined. I waited to post this! I got that oil change at the beginning of February. I just let that go. But when I went in for an oil change at Valvoline, they have a machine that measures the oil being removed My car takes 6.4 quarts. There was almost 9 quarts removed from my car!!!!!! Tire Discounters way way way way overfilled the oil on my car. When you overfill a car with oil it can cause damage to the engine and could even cause the engine to lock up!!! Thus totaling a car!!! The alignment is still a little off and I ve been hesitant to take it back in for them to redo the alignment because you get a year warranty on the alignment. After hearing what they did to my car with extremely overfilling the oil, I would not recommend this location. Maybe an off day for them. But multiple issues and concerns

Pulled into Lowes and noticed I had big screw embedded in tread of tire. Immediately drove to Tire Discounters in the same lot and showed them the problem. It was 20 minutes till there closing time but Steve the manager said they would take care of the problem even if ran past closing. Spencer the tech took care of my tire with a smile and no problem when I apologized for keeping him late on a Friday evening. Net - great customer service, took care of my problem and all at a great price. Tire Discounters has earned my future business off this experience. Highly recommended. Thanks again Steve and Spencer.

Knowledge and service were exceptional. The manager, Steve , truly knows his stuff and his staff was great to work with. This is the first time I tried TIRE Discounters and I have to say I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I had an issue with a dealership over tires. I reached out to Steve Battishill at Tire Discounters on Brownsboro Road in Louisville. Fearing I would have to replace the tires at my expense and take a loss, not only did Steve advise me on how to handle the issue with the dealer, (which worked!), but he also took time to educate me on tires, and make recommendations on the best tires for my vehicle regardless of price or getting the business. Steve is clearly a highly skilled, knowledgeable professional and I so appreciate that he wanted the best for me, whether he got a sale or not. Steve cheerfully, allowed me to contact him 2 additional times as a consultant, always remembered me, and never expected anything in return. I can't wait until I need a new set of tires - I won't go to anyone else. Steve earned my future business and I highly respect him and recommend his store! You will feel taken care of! Thank you, Steve!!

These guys did a great job. Logan, the manager, is great to work with. He took it upon himself to personally install the new tires on my older SL 500 as they are a little tricky to install. The new tires had to be brought over from another warehouse and were late arriving but they took their time to do the job right even staying after closing to finish the job.Great service!

We got a flat tire on our road trip. We were told by another place we'd have to wait 3 days for our hard-to-find tires to come in and get them fixed. But Logan at Tire Discounts was able to fit us in that morning, had all 4 tires in stock, and installed them in time for us to make it for checkout at our hotel! Even though we were obviously from out of town and in a rush, the price was reasonable, what I'd expect at our hometown repair shop (plus free alignment and nationwide roadside assistance with our purchase). The service was great. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone was kind and helpful. Overall a great experience; I definitely recommend this shop!

I unfortunately hit a pothole and my tire began to have a bubble/bulge. I knew it needed to be replaced ASAP and called the next morning to see how soon I could get it fixed. Steve was great from the moment I called! He was able to get the tire I needed from E-town and my tire was fixed the same day! Steve was very thorough and helped find various tire options that would work for me, various prices, and other possible appointment days and times if needed. On top of being understaffed and handling all of the customers and phones by himself. Thanks Steve and Tire Discounters!

I went in, thinking I needed 1 new tire because it kept needing to be aired up. Logan and Charles brought my other tires out to show me that they were pretty bald and needed to be replaced. They also stayed open late to fit me in that same night! They were SO KIND about it! Great service, lovely folks.

I went to Tire Discounters and worked with the store manager (Steve) to get new tires put on my class A motor home. Steve was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely use him again.

I was a Tire Discounters Customer in another state for many years. They have put tires on several of my vehicles and a couple of my families cars. They also repaired tires on my trailer. So today when I had a vibration that felt like a wheel out of balance on my VW Jetta that I just purchased only 25 days ago I found the nearest TD store which is here in Brownsboro Crossings. I can say it's my experience their reputation remains impeccable regardless of the store you need service. They seemed very busy when I first arrived late in the day near closing so I fully expected to have to go somewhere else. Not the case the guy behind the counter seemed hesitant to try and fit me in but did some scrambling and I believed shuffled one of his guys to give a quick look. The young mechanic showed me the issue he believed was the problem and called his manager over to confirm. It was apparent to me and my fianc� these guys enjoyed their work. They were professional and informative and explained the the alignment problem and how it was wearing on the tires. The manager on duty had his guy check the balance on all 4 tires so we would be able to drive safely until I can bring it back if the dealership didn't repair it. I believe the manager's name is Cody or Coby and I must say he went above and beyond what I expected or even what I've experienced at my favorite Tire Discounters in Indiana. Professional, friendly, courteous, and genuine. Reasonably priced just seals it for me. I'll be back if/when I ever need any service they provide! You guys were top notch in customer service and hope I get to review your work next time! A+Thanks.

I highly recommend this location for new tire install and alignment. Will and Ryan were both very helpful in the tire size selection and describing long-term benefits from purchasing from TireDiscounters in Louisville. I d also like to thank you to Justin for providing a great alignment service on my 4Runner and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

This is one of the BEST locations by far! Logan was extremely helpful and had me fixed up in no time! One of the best experiences I ve had dealing with a place like this. The whole staff is top notch and very friendly. I ll never take my car any where else.

Tire discounters at 9710 Von Allmen Ct, Louisville, KY 40241always comes through.LOGAN is the best!!!He is very friendly and a hard worker. Have purchased two sets of tires from here. Priced competitively and provide service through the life of the tires. I take it in for rotations and it's hassle free. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

We were headed home to Michigan when the tire indicator on the Airstream we were towing went off. The left front tire was losing air fast. We got off 65 and immediately found Tire Discounters. James came out, assessed the situation and determined the valve stem had come lose. Troy came out, took the tire off, fixed the problem and we were done. This amazing store charged us nothing for their time and service. (Of course we tipped them). We are so grateful for their knowledge and kindness. We would recommend Tire Discounters to anyone.

I walked in with my two children at 5:10pm with a flat tire and they treated us like family and had us out in an hour. They have a children s size table and TV with cartoons. It was a great experience during a rough time of day!

I highly recommend this Tire Discounters location. I needed a tire repaired. They were friendly and fast. Inspected my brakes. I'll be back for the brakes and oil change for the service and prices.

James (Manager) and Dan (Regional Manager) were extremely helpful in resolving a warranty issue with Michelin Tires. Dan listened to my concern and provided key support. James went above and beyond spending considerable time communicating with Michelin on my behalf.I have been a long time customer of Tire Discounters and exclusively purchase Michelin Tires. It is in situations like the one I found myself in; that validate my confidence and trust in Tire Discounters.

So i needed to have my brakes inspected. I was told by the company that i needed boots and shoes and that i had a crack in one of them. So i set something up it have it fixed the next day. I was there first thing in the morning and was there for four hours for it to fall through. So i decided to use another company closer to home and use a friend that i know who wouldn't lie to me. Told me that my brakes were fine front and back. Just needed some cleaning. Do not use tire discounters! That tried to get me for 600$. I will never use them again!

I called here because I had gotten a flat tire on the way out of town and needed it replaced asap. James was extremely pleasant on the phone and assured me he could squeeze me in (mind you, this was a Saturday morning so I'm sure they were very busy). Surely enough, we were in and out of there in less than an hour and were back on the road. James was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!

We picked up a nail in the tire of our rental van last night and looked for the closest place to get it fixed. When we got there we got tight in and they took care of us free of charge. Fast, friendly and quality work 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Hopefully my experience with Tire Discounters will serve as a lesson and warning to all consumers who consider this incompetent and unethical store. In June I spent nearly 6K on wheels, tires and a lift for my Jeep. All products were recommended by a Tire Discounters Salesperson and shipped directly to the store where installation occurred. I brought my Jeep back to them within the timeframe recommended for re-tourquing. Within a few weeks, I was on vacation in a rural town of TN and had a serious malfunction occur while driving and lost control of the Jeep. I heard parts fall off below the undercarriage and I was stranded on the road and police came to assist. It was discovered that the control arm bars became detached from the Jeep. I was able to obtain some bolts and nuts from a Orielys in town and get a temporary fix and then brought it to a Tire Discounters an hour away in TN for them to secure. When I returned to Louisville I brought my Jeep back to the original store so they could figure out why this happened. The general manager told me that the lift itself caused the bolts and nuts to unscrew themselves but "it shouldn't happen again". He said they didn't touch the control arms at all. This explaination seemed very wrong so I investigated further. I obtained install instructions from the lift's website which stated that control arm drop brackets should have been installed on the Jeep and the control arms needed to be removed to install the drop brackets, however, these brackets were never installed on my Jeep. I felt extremely deceived and offended that the general manager told me incorrect information and didn't bother to investigate by consulting the directions of the lift kit. I eventually was able to speak with the regional manager who told me that the lift manufacturer sent Tire Discounters the wrong lift but still claimed it wasn't their fault because they were sent the wrong product. The regional manager wanted me to bring my Jeep back AGAIN to a different store in another town who has one competent technician. He said this one competent worker would put the brackets on. I declined because they had failed me so terribly before and couldn't even determine that they were sent the wrong product after I had my accident and told me incorrect, dangerous information that "it wouldn't happen again". There is no way I can trust Tire Discounters anymore. I would rather pay to go somewhere that will do a job that will be safe. If my control arms became detatached on an interstate at high speeds, myself and others could have been killed or seriously injured. I should get a refund for the botched work and parts not received but they refuse because they claim they can do it correctly if given another opportunity. I've already given them multiple opportunities and they've failed each time. They keep blaming the manufacturer of the lift kit for sending them the wrong product but they had the opportunity to check what was ordered against what was received but they didn't do that. My receipt they gave me had "control arm drop brackets" in the name of the lift product so they should stop pretending like they had no way of knowing the product was incorrect. It's unethical to blame this error on the lift manufacturer when Tire Discounters techs should be checking that they are putting the intended product on someone's vehicle. I work in Healthcare at a hospital. If a drug manufacturer sends me a medication for a patient, I am responsible for making sure what I recieved is the correct drug before giving it to a patient. I can't blindly administer a medication to a patient. I have to check that the correct medication is being given to the right patient. Blindly giving the wrong medication to a patient can cause deadly consequences and legal repercussions for the healthcare provider. I can't blame failing to double check this process on a drug manufacturer. This is simply an analogy for what happened to me with Tire Discounters. They are negligent and unethical for failing to take responsibility and giving me a full refund.
