I ve stopped in twice in the last 3 months and these guys handle my issue quick, fix it correctly and they do it with a smile. No longer wasting half a day at Ken Towery when Tire Discounters have their act together! Highly recommend!

Had a set of tires installed. Installation was prompt and the price was affordable. There was some damage to a tire pressure sensor, but was immediately replaced with no added charge or inconvenience to me. Great crew and super easy to work with. 10 out of 10.

This was one of my best experiences at a Tire Discounters store.Due to role construction on the I-265 North, I hit a metal object in the road and the left front tire was losing air fast. It was 6 PM, dark, and cold outside. I pulled into the Westport Road store. It was closed but the manager came to the door and asked how could he be of service. I told him my issue and was told to pull my car up to the bay door. The tire could not be repaired and I had the option to buy one tire or replace all four given that the other three were close to the replacement line. We discussed the tire options and the associated costs. I agreed to replace the tires and the service team (Connor, Adrian, Ryan, Bob, and Andrew) jumped right on it. Keep in mind the store was closed.Thank you guys again for your service!

Took my daughter's car in for low tire pressure and rattling in front end. They found the problems immediately and were able to fix everything quickly. They were honest and up front, and I felt safe with them fixing my daughter's car, as they showed me the problems and explained in detail the reasons and methods for fixing them. I plan to bring my car in for service there as well after the positive experience we had. Thank you!

Incompetent installers who damage other peoples property. Destroyed the finish on the lips of all 4 of my rims with their touchless machine that also left tons of plastic transfer from their non marring tire irons. They don t even deserve a single star.

I had to get four things done to my car, including a new tire, new brakes, and alignment. I made an appointment and everything went smoothly. They even offered me a free Uber while I waited for everything to get done. They got everything done timely and everyone there is very nice.

David kept his store open beyond 6:00pm in order to help me with a blown out tire.he was awesome, fixed the rim, and a new tire, and back on the road north. He and his team were really dedicated to fixing my problem and my tire. Thank you David!

I was having a rough morning after finding out I had a nail in my right rear tire. I had gone to two other tire shops before I came to Tire Discount.. where Ryan saved the day by getting my car in as quickly as he could and fixing the problem. He was definitely the best and he saved my morning.

The Tire Discounters are honestly a true good old school place you want to visit in a hard time. Not only do they run their shop like a PIT STOP! They get you in and out to your next race knowing you re safe and sound. That being said, this is one of the most amazing team I have ever seen come together to help anyone that comes through the doors struggling on a bad day! In my experience not only did they make sure to have a whole crew waiting past business hours but ensured the service was all around. If you are ever worried about your safety and do not know who to turn to you can always count on these guys. Not only do I hope they are in business for a long time but I hope the team never change. They will treat you just like their family and open the shop up knowing you come first! I will always be a Tire Discounter fan!

The manager Ryan and his team went above and beyond to figure out why my tire was leaking air.He was able to get the problem solved in a timely manner and saved me from having to buy a new tire. Much appreciated!

I walked in right before closing time to see if they could plug a tire for me. RYAN BARKER took it right in! Quick and excellent service! Very down to earth atmosphere! 100% recommended and I will be back for my next service!

Young man in camo-lined hoodie and boots made my day. Apparently all the air pumps in our area don't work - my frustration in trying to fill my winter tire happens all the time.People here have treated me right and have never oversold me. Really rare in the car game, and I will remember!

ryan is AWESOME! called up they got me in instantly, price matched and didnt even end up needing a spare just a patch for my tire. super fast and friendly! highly recommend not only this place, but RYAN!!! give this guy a raise bc you just earned yourself a new loyal customer

I had an appointment but it took 3 hours to do four new tires and alignment. The tires were from 2022 (purchased 8/2023) which was a surprise and wheels had minor scratches from their work on the lug nuts. I thought that was no longer a problem. People were pleasant but I was not pleased with the experience.

Andrew and folks at Tire Discounters were fantastic. I went in a nail in my tire and found out that my wheel lock key was missing. After an unpleasant experience at Toyota getting wheel unlocked and was told the my tire couldn t be repaired, Andrew took care of me in about 30 minutes. Toyota could take a few lessons from Andrew on customer service. Thanks again Andrew

Took my car in to have the back tire replaced. When I got it back, there were grease fingerprints all over my dash, door, and on my touch screen radio, which had also been switched from bluetooth mode to stereo mode. They also cracked my door panel. My car had clearly been tampered with by their mechanics When I took my car back in and pointed this out, they immediately assured me they would fix the door. After a month of waiting and them attempting to gaslight me into thinking it was me that broke the door, (or that I had previous work done on the panel and someone else broke it then, which I told them several times no work had ever been done on my door) they told me they were not going to repair my car as there s no way their team broke it. They do not take care of the cars you leave with them! Do not go here!

Went to 5 other tire shops and they wouldn't even offer to help us fix tire with bolt in it and losing air. Pulled into TIRE DISCOUNTERS and was fixed and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very polite and great service. Highly recommend.

Westport rd Tire Discounters is awesome, every time. Andrew and his team is personable, professional, and I fully believe they put my safety first over profit. Thanks to Louisville and Cincinnati roads I ve had to repair more tires than I care to count, but it s never an unpleasant experience to visit this store and they continue to make it as painless as possible. Locations everywhere means you won t be up the creek if you lose a tire away from home too. These are professionals you can count on to treat you well.

Had a very disappointing experience today. I came in for a 10 AM oil change and tire rotation appointment and was told it would be ready in an hour or so. The vehicle was not finished for 3 hours. Before I went to pay, I noticed the tires had not been rotated - my front driver side rim has a very distinguishing scar. The person checking me out assured me they were rotated but went back to check with the mechanic.The mechanic claimed they did not need rotating because of the tread depth. This is the second time this has happened on an expensive set of tires from this store. The invoice says the tires were rotated but not balanced. At this point, how can I even trust they are changing the oil and filter. My family and I have been loyal customers for many years but these fraudulent business practices need to be addressed.
