Pretty good shop, I got 4 brand new, good tires, an alignment, and a free oil change all for around 1k. That s a good deal if I say so. Also the front desk attendant was very nice and the techs were swift. It was all done in about 2-3 hours.

Been going to this store for 7 years. Continue going back because of the convenience of being right where I live. But, I would recommend you go elsewhere. Consistent staffing issues and turn over, including management, have always plagued this store. Much of the desk staff is nice, and helpful and always try to make things right. But, the quality of service just isn't there. They forget simple things when doing routine maintenance, no tire rotation, oil change sticker, etc. Did a brake job and they literally forgot to put the pins back into one of the brake calipers and my wife was nearly in an accident when all her brake fluid leaked out and she had no brakes! Have to drop off in the morning but many times my car will be untouched for hours and when they do finish, they'll call for pickup right before they close. I always have to inspect the work done after because I know there will probably be something missed or forgotten. Really wish there was more pride taken in the work they compete.

We've been going to this location for about 12 years. They are very dependable and extremely honest. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on something I don't need. We do shop around for different prices on tires and brakes and no one has been able to beat the prices or the service at tire discounters. Great, convenient location, directly off the freeway/265/841 and only a couple of minutes from 64.

My daughter needed a headlight replaced in her car. She called and made an appointment and It was quickly repaired. Great service! I will be back.

Brought my car in because the tires were deflating. I was told that after inspection, nothing was wrong with the tires. They suggested that the tires deflate due to the car not being driven for a few days. When I picked up the car after the inspection, the battery was completely drained. I mentioned this at the front desk, and was told that someone would be out to assist me. I waited for 2 hours outside for someone to come. I finally gave up on waiting and brought my other car to jump start it myself. A few weeks later I took it to another place, and they found 2 nails in the tires. Not only did they fail to figure out the issue, they blamed the deflation on something completely irrelevant, and somehow managed to drain the battery while doing so. Would not recommend.

Adam and Kristi are beyond amazing, and they are the nicest people I have ever seen. I would recommend the Tire Discounters to anyone looking for a place to buy tires or any needs for your car

I called the store about tires for my truck. I wanted the General Grabber APT. The tires I wanted are just not available even though they are on the website. Depending on tire size, or the tire itself, some tires are just not available. Supply chain problems affect tire availability unfortunately. They had to get them from their warehouse in Cincinnati. So they ordered them and when they arrived, they called to schedule installation. I arrived a few minutes early. They got to my truck shortly after arriving. It took maybe an hour to get 4 new tires and alignment done. No complaints and satisfied with the service and tires. I got the General Grabber HTS. Quiet and overall smooth riding tires.

This location has never disappointed. We ve had quite a bit of work done on two vehicles recently and I am so glad we stopped here. The turnaround, despite staffing issues, is quick. They communicated with us consistently. They are always polite and kind. They re honest and efficient. Customer service is impressive, I ve had horrible interactions with other shops and upselling. This hasn t ever been an issue here. We will continue taking our vehicles to them!

Awesome!!! I have dealt with them over the last year of 2022 for both of my vehicles. They have bent over backwards to take care of me and making sure that the vehicles are diagnosed and repaired correctly. Adam there has been a huge help. They have been professional and personal in caring for what I need to get done. They don't tell you that you need something that isn't needed. I trust them and I will always take both my cars there now and in the future. I recommend all my friends and family to go there. They are dependable and reliable!

Been waiting a while to get tires mounted because I haven't been able to drive my truck for a while and they completely scared my whole rim and they only wanted to pay for a "touch up" aka painting over it.

Brought my vehicle in to this TD location recently, and they took care of my service needs quickly and efficiently. The staff members that I dealt with there were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any more service work I may have from now on. Great job today guysI had my front two tires replaced with no wait time on my work van today.Fast speedy service that took about 1 hour to get done.Everyone was very professional today.The show room and service area was nice and neat.Bathroom was clean and always free bottled water and coffee is available to anyone while they wait on the repairs to be done.

Had a flat tire on our travel trailer and due to the age of the tires needed to get all four replaced...the day before leaving on vacation. The guys worked us into the already full schedule and out the door by lunch time. Awesome service.

Been going here for tires and repairs for years but its when they helped me with a flat tire that I got on the expressway during heavy traffic that really stood out!! Barely made it there before it was completely flat! Put my extra tire on that was brought to me from home, in the same heavy traffic but they stayed late until it arrived and even put it on, balanced it, and took the old tire that couldn't be plugged, all at no charge! Conner is great and another guy that I didn't get his name but he had a beard and was very friendly and helpful as well! Everyone was sooooo nice! I won't go anywhere else but here! They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced too! Such a trustworthy place that it puts other businesses to shame! Go here before you go anywhere else and you won't be sorry!! Superb work and really good people! Very happy customer!

Excellent service from Justin and team. Needed two new tires and took advantage of after hours drop off service the night before.. Service manager called me first thing the next morning to discuss options. Car was ready to pick up earlier than expected. Will definitely return to this location next time.

After taking our Jeep to TD Mt. Washington and being told they couldn t do our tire rotation and we needed brakes (although they couldn t take tires off to thoroughly check the brakes) we called up Chris and TD Taylorsville Rd. We took the Jeep to them immediately and they did our free tire rotation and inspected the brakes. Turns out our brakes were fine and we were on our way. Would highly recommend them. Thanks Adam (GM) and Chris for taking care of us. Customers for life! GREAT SERVICE!

Wanna give a big shout out to the crew at this location!Came in today and got a set of really Expensive wheels and tires mounted and balanced and they knocked it out out of the park ! Was really customer friendly and made you feel welcome , got me in and out .Would highly recommend this location , will definitely be back and will send all my family and friends in this direction!

Had a great experience! Adam, Chris and Eric took care of me. They were busy.... Full lot of cars and the guys were hopping in the garage area. Was able to go down the street for a coffee while I waited and they called me letting me know to head back. It was ready and at the door when I arrived!Thanks guys!Visited again and they took care of me again. Really appreciate the service!

Dropped my car off early in the morning to fix a leaky tire. Initial dropoff went well. Got a call around 10am saying that new tires would need to be ordered. Approved order and waited for a call back. Called around 3pm and was told that the tires were coming from a local warehouse but there was no info from courier. Received another call back around 5 saying the tires would be in but car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I was told it would be fixed first thing in the morning. I waited until 10:30 and called the shop to check on my car. Person on the phone told me my car was ready but they seemed confused about when I dropped my car off. Repairs were good and car is driving well so far.

Adam was very helpful! I had two tires low on air and had already had an awful week. Thankfully I was able to get back on the road the same day with everything fixed and in good shape. Thanks for turning my week around!

Adam was an excellent advisor, giving me four options of tires for my car. He shared the costs and the advantages of each. He made the installation available in a few hours along with an oil change. I love my new Michelin tires.
