If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. We got a flat on the way to Michigan and fortunately a tire shop was open 24/7 UNFORTUNATELY it was this shop. I called to make sure they were open & the guy seemed fine on the phone. We show up & walk to the office and it s locked. The open sign is flashing and the garage doors are up. We walk in the shop and say hello and no one says anything until my boyfriend walks in the shop and the guy is in his car. & he doesn t open the door til we are right up on him. WEIRD. I work at a body shop and the vibes were just crooked already. Obviously this shop isn t looking the best but hey we will give it a try. $65 for a used tire. Ok well we need one.HE DID NOT BALANCE IT AND KEPT THE SAME WEIGHT ON THE TIRE. The car was vibrating the whole time we were driving.. good thing it was only 15 minutes til the tire was flat. It had a hole in the sidewall. 5 trips to the air pump & a can of fix a flat later and we hadn t made it 20 miles in 2 hours Fix a flat wouldn t even help. Rode with a spare all the way to Michigan and back home. SHOULDVE JUST DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY Receipt says no refunds only exchanges but Should ve known when we pulled in not to do business but hey give someone the benefit of the doubt but they prove you right. We had to change our own tire. Also he was waiting on us to leave and tried to take the jack out from under the car while jacked up. bc his drug dealer was there with a backpack and was staring at us the whole time til we left.

BOOM !!! this place absolutely killed it !!Went there around 8pm on a cold rainy night. Got a screw in my tire and knew it would pop soon. These guys were both Super Nice, Polite and got my tire plugged in about 3 minutes. Holy Ship!!I hope your experience is just like mine, AMAZING !!!

I went there today because I had a tire a little low on air. And I have a baby, so I figured I would stop there and get a little bit of air for my tire I got the tires from there I figured they would accommodate me for a little bit of air. Not only were the tires not even worth the money . I had to bring one back the very next day because it had a hole in it. They can t even give me air for one tire after I bought tires from them . If that isn t the worst customer service, I don t know what is. Do not go here. It s not worth the time. There are better places on Poplar and Preston Highway . Close by. Old machines . Older than the building . Not to mention, nobody speaks English . So that doesn t help at all

Been going to them for over 13 years. They've been in business for longer. Which explains why my rims got scratches from their machine. That machine is older than the building. I wont go back and confront them because i know they will get away with it with their ways, and i don't have time for nonsense. I recommend you use a different tire place or you will leave unhappy. Zero trust for them now. I know how people can be specially these tire shops, don't waste your time and money going to them anymore just because they're close, or you've been going to them and you know them. If they have the chance to rip you off they will.

Late Saturday night, my car spontaneously had a flat. I m so fortunate for the convenience of The Tire Station being open 24/7 & the service I received here! Absolutely excellent customer service, speedy & quick, done in less than 15 minutes. I didn t catch your name, but I want you to know how much I appreciate you!!

Like several others I had a flat on my way home to Tennessee. They had my size and pulled me in and out in about 20 minutes. Very kind and helpful and turned a stressful situation around. I highly recommend them

This place was a life saver. Found myself with a flat while traveling. Was able to get my spare on, and got to this shop around 10 p.m. Rahim had us in and out in 15 minutes, patched my tire, and switch my spare for me. $20!!!! So worth it! Only 24 hour tire shop in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area! Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. Don't let the outside intimidate you. Owner was friendly and super fast!! We were back on the road in under ten minutes.

He was great! My husband & I had a tire emergency late at night on a road trip to TN. We were so lucky to find him. He saved us for sure! Prices were incredibly reasonable.

For the people complaining about warranty there's only a 3 day warranty in which not one other shop in Louisville gives. Its a USED TIRE. If you want brand new then ask for that. You get what you pay for. And the others who complain about us being busy and not working on their car is called a line. We are a first come first serve basis. Just because you pull up wanting air doesn't mean I have to stop working on a customers car just to satify you. Last but not least yes we ARE 24 hours every day except for Monday. And if the worker has an emergency we will close there are not discounts for us not being open. Also the warranty is plastered inside the office.

They are open 24 hours 7 days a week. Thank goodness!! They're quick, reasonable, and personable!!I'm thankful for their service or I would've been stranded almost an hour away from home late at night!

Always there. Always reliable and honest. Prices are very reasonable. I will choose to go back with any tire issues. Their used tires had great tread. Well worth it to go here!

Came through in a tight spot. I love that they are 24hrs. Felt they were a bit too pricey actually almost double what I'm used to paying elsewhere for the same service. I chalked it up to being a convenience fee for late night tire services. Friendly fast & did a good job. I would give 5 stars but I'm still suffering from sticker shock. A bit

Thank you Thank you. I had a flat while driving across country, of course after hours. I called The Tire Station, they had my tire and at a great rate. They did not price gouge, just simply helped me on my way. I appreciate you alls services.

One A.M needed 2 tires. Hard enough finding a place open this late but since covid everywhere closes super earlier. Glad this place wasn't. Prices no different than anyone else. 2 thumbs up!!

Called up to the store TWICE, talking to two different people, to confirm they had my tire size. Get to the store and now they "don't have it."Ridiculous.Also, your employees are stressed out trying to stay open 24/7. Hire more people or reduce your hours.

Traveling cross country nothing like being able to get a tire fixed at 11 o clock at night. Tire and instillation for a decent price, and not trying to price gouge for the middle of the night. Very friendly and in and out in under 10 minutes. Thankful for people like that.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Just went on sure to a flat tire. Called the number and the man told us it was only open 24 hours some times. The building and the name say otherwise as the building is plastered with 24 hours just call this number.

I came in with a flat on my spare tire on Easter Sunday. They fixed both of the tires that I had, fixed an issue with my rim that kept the tire from inflating, and replacing my spare tire. I highly recommend them, especially in emergency situations.

Saved us from being stuck overnight two hrs into our trip and thank goodness he is open 24hrs like he said and had both tires our scion needed WATCH FOR POT HOLES ON THE INTERSTATE THEY ARE BAD IN KY ON 65 lol but if u don t call this number cheap fast and efficient now finding a tow there is a whole other story but this place is great

I was sold a bad tire on Wednesday, then returned on Saturday to find out why it was running out of air already! They tried to charge me to plug a tire that already had a nail in it! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Fairly nice on the phone. Drove up and walked into the office, but no one was in it. Then I walked up to a group of guys talking. One person called over a working guy and he said no problem. Immediately the original guy talked down to me saying they were busy and asked if I could wait. I ignored it because of the thick accent and overlooked the shortness. Before I could say no problem and strike up a conversation, he turns away and continues to stand.I drove off on my donut. Can wait until my usual place is open tomorrow and get a better priced tire.
