They had my car for more than a month for a recall and never fixed my car. Then when I received my car back its wasn't even put together right. My cylinders weren't put back an one of them were bent. I will never recommend anyone due service with them. I also had things stolen from their lot. Terrible experience missing fuse and relays from my fuse box.

They estimater needs a reality check they where 3000 dollars over any other estimate I received needless to say not getting my vehicle

Hit a deer! The body work isn't great. I complainer. Nothing done!! The air conditioner didn't work after wreck. Complainer. They said they couldn't fix I had to go to service center. Finally got appt. When I took car in Service center said it had to go to the body shop to be fixed. Body shop did fix. Not sure why they didn't fix in back in April??? It was all BS. Do not recommend body shop at all!!!!

When I called about a used car for my daughter in law, I was directed to Mr. Rucker, a salesman. He was very courteous and professional through the whole process.However, we noticed that the turn signal light was not working. The dealership management refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. We still decided to get the car thinking that the light bulb needed to be replaced. We replaced the bulb ($4) but it would not work. We figured out that it was not the bulb but the piece holding the bulb was defective. The bulb housing costs about $11 only. The dealership would have gotten 5 stars if they had done the right thing rather than lying.

Repaired my car after I was hit in an accident, they were really great communicating with me and my insurance adjustor. It wasn t the fastest process, but I put more stock in doing things right and they seem to as well. They informed me all the new parts were warrantied so I feel confident that I can take my car back if there are any problems and that s a relief.
