Folks there are nice enough and the quality of work is good but there seems to be quite a disconnect between Body and Service. Over a two day span, I called three times to ask when my car would be done, was told by Body, oh it s over in Service ..then Service would say, your car is over in body and was told after all three calls that someone would call me back no one ever did.Overall it was a decent experience but the confusion over who has my car? and not returning calls would be good to get cleaned up.

This is my second time getting a Kia. The service is always good & I always leave with the car I want. Special thanks to Jean for making the numbers work in my favor, being professional and not making me feel like I HAD to get a car. You don t find many dealers like that.

They were good with me. I was traveling back to Huber Heights,Oh and my car was leaking oil very bad and they got me in very quick and had my car fixed within a few hours. Carrie Williamson was a good advisor . Just want to say thanks to everyone that toke care of me and my car.

Kia Store Preston Hwy was top notch and treated us the best out of the other Kia dealerships we have dealt with. Jean Osmin is the man and deserves to sell every car he tries to because he works hard to get you a deal. Many car salesmen these days bottom line you and don t want to work and Jean put in the work. Next time you need to buy a Kia go to Kia Preston and don t rest until you find Jean Osmin!

They went above and beyond to accommodate me. This was my first experience with Kia after purchasing my car. The two ladies working the desk as well as the young man that actually did the job all took time to tell me what they did and were VERY FRIENDLY! Should I ever have to return I hope they're all working.

Alisa was wonderful very informative and kept pushing until the money guys got me to the payment I could manage.The whole group was professional and not pushy or stuffy like some sales folks are. They got everything done in just a couple hours and I wasn't there all day. I recommend this Kia dealer to anyone. This is my 2nd car through them my 1st car ever I bought at this store almost 15 years ago. This is my 6th car over that time frame and still they did wonderful.

Purchased my car from Toyota of Louisville right before Christmas. I just made first payment engine goes out they failed to assist me all they did was tow my vehicle to kia on Preston. When I spoke with Ms Carrie there she was a pure angel. She was up front with time frame of how long it could take to get me back rolling. She estimated about a month but I was back up in week and half. Thank you Ms Carrie and the service team. She could tell I was frustrated with the place I purchased the car even if they couldn't fix it no compassion was shown. Just know the Kia store on Preston hwy has earned my business for future purchases

Kia was able to do the yearly check on my car and turned the tires on it and checked my concern about the brakes and they were fine. They also sent me to the body shop where I was able to get a pen to take care of a scratch on my car. I was pleased with their services and the cost of it.

Salesman Corey was nice and overall was a good experience! However I won't take a star away for this as I know they were REALLY busy! I had an appointment at 12pm I was there at 11:15. I waited nearly 4 hrs as the original salesman was still dealing with previous customer! I understand sometimes you have to wait, but it was a BIT long in my humble opinion! Still was a Fantastic experience save the wait! I will go back as I had owned two before this model, they are solid vehicles in my personal experience!

The communication and answering phones. I brought my car in last Wednesday. I called to start service on my car that Thursday (after taking 6 tries to get through to someone without being on hold for 10 minutes). Told by the mechanic himself that the part would overnighted and my car ready by Friday. I called Friday (get placed on hold 4 times each those times being placed on hold without being asked to for about 10-12 minutes each time) they then say that it wouldn t be ready until Monday. I call Monday at 3pm and they say they still haven t been given the go ahead to work on my car, after I have called two days (Thursday/Friday) in a row and they told me the next day each time! So of course they have started NO work on my car. FINALLY after getting ahold of the actual mechanic - (who also told me to call him each time and again, each time I did I could never get through and again had to go through the service department who takes 10 minutes each time to actually get on the phone with you or places you on holdwithout even asking) - he says it ll be ready Tuesday. After telling me it would only take about 2 hours to fix my car the initial phone call, my car still wasn t ready until 4:00p Tuesday. I also had to call back that same evening and leave a message (that I believe was never received once again) that (I thought) my Lane/Driver Assist was not working. They took a message to give to the mechanic, says he would call me back the next day. Not upset with that because it was already past time of closing that day and the mechanic was gone. That was my mistake with the assist program and I found how to turn it back on (thankfully) because we are Friday and still no call back from the mechanic. I am satisfied with the work on my car, there are no issues with the work itself though there is huge issues in their customer service, phone service, and communications - actually awful.

The customer service I received felt like a red carpet was rolled out for me. I originally wanted a headlight bulb replaced and thought I'd add my next mile marker Kia service when I made the appointment, but I still had 2000 miles till the need for the Kia service, so changed my appointment to only have headlight bulb replaced. When you are from out of town and are alone most of your stay, a kind and friendly chat goes such a long way.The Kia service in my own town really should visit this service building and learn about being genuine towards customer treatment. I always feel my towns Kia service is primary focus is about making money off me and avoid guiding me towards what is actually needed for my car. I genuinely did not feel that way here. Thank you to Mike and his fantastic service team! PS I will reschedule my mile marker service appointment before I drive home.

Robert always took time to inform me what step the repair process was with each call I made. He also explained every area repaired and shared the repair list with me. He went above and beyond what is required for a manager.LaRaya with the front office,provided exceptional customer service skills each time I called or emailed with questions. She also helped me with the return of the rental car.I am extremely pleased with the service provided and will always recommend this facility to everyone I know.

2 stars cause the lady at the desk was nice. So I had an issue with my window. I took it in for service, after hearing the cost for repairs I had questions. I just wanted to make the smartest decision for my pockets. I ve had this car less than a year I make payments so obviously $1000+ for 1 window kinda threw me off. It was the attitude of the service agent when he asked do you want the window fixed or not that really pissed me off. Customer service is everything, and the rep fell short. Oh and when I picked it up the issue was way worse(could ve told me that!), it s been cold and snowing. Long story short I m getting the repair done at another shop for less

Took them 14 days to put some wires back together thought they was replacing them.they told me my price was going to be 529.00 if I pay out of pocket needed my rental car paid for so turned over to my insurance and they doubled the price to 1050.00. was told since my car set for so long without my battery charging that I needed a new battery at the cost of 279.00 I told the guy to charge my battery he act like I still needed a battery did not purchase the battery and my car is still running then they had my car 15 days so I decided to call to check I had to turn in my rental sure enough my car was ready pick up my car and paperwork my car had been ready the day before at 8:53 am no one ever called me and when I called them it was after 2:00 afternoon next day.they are price gouging the insurance company was wondering if the service department are working on commission well that's all

My wife and I purchased a Telluride and we love the SUV. But the customer service since we signed the paperwork has been non existent. I had to call several times to get information on reset of the oil change light. Also, asked more than once for the mileage of when the last one was completed. Did get the light reset but no exact mileage for the last oil change.Also, wasn't alerted to only having one key till after the sale as well. Then was told I could order one for $375. Gas tank was barely half full on delivery as well.Wife called salesman about the display being out one morning and was told he would set up a time for her to bring it it to check it out. As of today, over a week later, we still haven't received that call.Hopefully with our next purchase at a different dealership, we treated with a little more respect.

I am very impressed with the Kia Store. My situation was difficult going in because I owed so much on my truck loan, my truck motor started acting up so i decided to trade in, and I had no money to put down. They jumped through hoops to find a bank that would except me and even put me in a 2024 kia Forte that only had 15miles on it. I have to say I had an absolute great experience. Saintlouiis Dejaie was the salesman that helped me through the whole process. When I thought there was no hope for me they were my light at the end of the tunnel. I am so happy with my purchase.

Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unprofessional and operated in bad faith. Was told a price but upon arrival was charged a different amount and was told I wouldn t get my car back unless I paid. I will never come here and refuse to refer people here.

My car was left to fix some recalls and for advice if any problem found. Brian told us it going to take around 4 hours the service. So we leave the car, next day we need to call due to dealer not reach us. Brian calls us after we call the dealership. I thought the advisor, advise what the car needs right!! Brian give us no information or any advise on what service my car needs with the mileage the car had or problems found. After pick up my car and read the comments of what was found. Clearly no service was done, the mechanic lie in the paperwork cause clearly anyone can spot the oil leak below the vehicle (oil pan). Try to call and reach someone same day and after been transfer to service the phone was hang up. Call next day and the lady Amber was impolite and rude. My question is, do they really check my vehicle? Or they just pencil whip so they can get rid of my car? This place is not to be trusted. Very unprofessional and inaccurate service. The associate needs to be retrained on how deal and speak with customers. Don t trust the safety of your family and yourself in this place. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

Very rude, and unprofessional. My car sat at the Preston Location for over 3 weeks and they never fixed the trunk latch that has a SAFETY RECALL!! I went to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle and when I got there, they had LOST my key!! I walked around looking for my car to FIND THE KEY IN THE IGNITION WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW DOWN, and a dead battery so I could t roll the window up!! I was charged $175 because I refused to allow them to replace the engine, and I ended up having my vehicle towed back to the dealership I purchased it from to have it repaired there..This place is a dump and I will be reporting to the NHTSA about my recall not being fixed!!

Our Salesman Jerome is awesome! This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from him and the Preston Highway Kia Store! Jerome and the Finance Manager literally bent over backwards to get us our Dream Vehicle at the price point we wanted to pay! Fantastic selection of New & Used vehicles to choose from! KIA has also come out with some New & Amazing Colors too! We definitely will choose Kia again for our next vehicle. THE Preston Highway Kia Store ROCKS!!!!!

Fall 2023 I took my Kia Forte for a new alternator. When we got the car back the A/C was in-op. I immediately made an appt. and advised the service dept. the A/C was fine before they worked on the alternator and that something was amiss. After another fee ($375), they advised they were not responsible for the A/C being in-op and that we needed a new compressor. Today, we were actually shown the issue with the A/C and where there were several wires cut and crimped back together from the alternator fix and how it was all related, etc. It turns out we were right and that the Kia dealership was, in fact, responsible for the A/C being in-op, charged me a fee, and offered a very expensive and very unnecessary repair. Go somewhere else folks because this place isn't it.

Very poor. When asked questions, nobody knew the answers. The sales manager played in my face like I was stupid he repeatedly kept asking me what number did I call when I spoke to the service department as if the number didn t exist and that he couldn t find it even though I clearly talked to them for 6 mins which I showed him. In the middle of trying to figure out what to do with my car (had a flat tire) one of his coworkers walked up interrupted our conversation which I felt was very rude. The ONLY reason I even went to this Kia location was because it was the closest to where I caught the flat tire. I m so glad I actually bought my car from Kia East because the customer service is like night and day. Multiple times I was offered a Lyft to get to the dealership, just to be told when I actually needed it that they couldn t come 40 mins away. Likeeee multi million dollar company can t pay for a 40 min ride?! That was crazy to me. Overall, I simply would not recommend this location.
