1st experience having taken the car in for road noise they were going to check tire condition as well as rotate and balance tires. I get there and there is a nail in the tire. Great inspection . Not! How are you not going to catch a nail in the tire after inspection. Took it in for a leak and they acknowledged that the roof glass was incorrectly installed but then wanted to turn it into it s the windshield that s leaking not the roof glass which they already acknowledged was crooked and installed incorrectly. I do not recommend Tesla or this service center. Craftsmanship of vehicle is poor at best and then the service experience both times. Highly dissatisfiedServices: Tires, Body & Trim

Came in for an issue of the driver window not sealing properly. Everyone at the service center was extremely helpful and friendly, and the whole process couldn t have been easier. The technician went on a brief test-ride with me to identify the problem, and then completed the repair while I waiting. They fixed my issue and I was on my way. Thanks so much for providing top-notch service!

Whenever I have an escalation it s resolved. I received great customer service on every visit, it s a true reflection of the Tesla BRAND. All my needs were meet at the Service Center in Louisville. Excellent staff very professional.Cory M.

Attention and beware all Tesla owners; this service center will damage your vehicle while being repaired. Video record your vehicle at the time of drop off and don't pick up your vehicle without any Tesla technician present. The Tesla Team will schedule your pickup time after they close. Terrible experience overall.

My friend took his Tesla over there, and within five minutes they had it fixed. The people there are sure friendly, and helpful. I wish other car dealerships had service departments as well run as this one. Let s hope that one day new Teslas can be sold in Kentucky legally.

Best service experience ever in auto. My Model S had an issue and warning, I showed up with no appointment and they had me in a loaner Model 3 in 15 minutes for no charge until my S is fixed. Thank you Adam!!!

While traveling through Louisville, we had account/payment issues at a Tesla Supercharger. Tech at Tesla Service Ctr helped us. Very grateful. We would have been stranded otherwise

I m just giving a five star because Tesla is the best car ever made hands down. I ve seen them increase production like no other manufacturer has and they are making serious profits. If u can afford it, buy a Tesla u will become a salesperson for them wanting to show everyone u know. I d rather put my 40k into buying their stock. They will be more valuable than apple in a couple years.

This location is a secret I think. It s not on the Tesla app so you must call to get an appointment. They offer great communication but need to be more visual or Elon is certainly losing money here. Great location off of Blankenbaker. It took 3 weeks to finish my bumper repair but that is the new world so you just roll with it.
