I just paid for the $16 wash. I am not one to complain but it s beautiful and sunny out and I wanted the jeep clean. Not impressed with the wash. This is a much cheaper quick wash and not what I would expect for $16. Not planning to go back. - First Time Customer

Why does it seem like every time i come to get a wash here with my membership your car wash is down? Worker standing at the gate turning people away. Happens too frequently. I pay monthly. What a jokeCalled your number, no answer 3 days later, still closed. Went to the other location on Preston and the wash didn t even touch the sides of my truck. The brushes did t work and nothing even sprayed. You guys are a joke.

$26 for an extremely weak car wash. Can t even bother to have a guy at the front with a power washer to get the wheel wells. Definitely not coming back. Pretty much if you have a dirty truck, this ain t it.

Just started and I m excited I ve found the right fit for budget and keeping my car clean. I m picky and like to clean the interior myself so finding a place where they provide all the stuff for the interior is perfect for me. I travel and have dogs so some days after a day of travel I just get an exterior car wash and after a weekend adventuring with dogs I spend time cleaning it all. The unlimited is the way to go and everyone is so nice!

Great experience! The guys working the office/wash helped me through a complicated issue where I signed up for the membership wrong, and Cam the manager took my floor mats and scrubbed them. Great wash, great people working.

Take 5 car wash is amazing. The car wash gets all the dirt off and not only that but they hand scrub the back end where all your rainwater mud gets flashed back up on the back of your car. They offer free towels, Windex and Armor All to help aid in the cleaning of your car. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am a member now due to this car wash being a great place to stop and get your vehicle cleaned.

Took my Jeep mudding this weekend. Wore my dirt like a badge of honor for a couple days and then had to wash it off. I was honestly impressed that an automatic car wash got all that mud off. It was that thick, sticky clay mud that you could probably use as glue. There are one or two tiny spots with residue and some of the crevices didn't come all the way clean. But this wash far exceeded my expectations. I will for sure go back.

BIG shoutout to Anthony for calling Pop S Lock after I locked my keys in my car.I felt like an idiot but he made me feel better just talking to me. He even checked up on me and offered me some water! He is super amazing!! I can only hope the owner knows how hard he works... I seen him do about a million things while I was waiting! He needs to be a manager!!I will be back to this car wash just because of him!!

I wish I could give zero star. Signed up for monthly car wash service, then went through car washing. As I went through, entrance water or foams did not activate or came out. Then spining rollers started to clean my car without any water foam or soap. At that time, my car was covered in road grimes and salt. I could hear car scratching. I pushed the horn, but the car was still moving through. As soon as wash was done, I inspected the car. I noticed severe scratches. I notified the attendant Jenn and filled out the incident report/claim form. It was on 1-22-24, and I was told the owner would reach out the next day, but so far, nothing. I called and left a message, asking for a return call, but nothing. I will go through an estimate for repair and seek legal counsel. I will never put my car through this horrible car wash again. Bad business, bad customer service by owner or high manager. Both Jenn and other gentlemen were great help.

These washes a great. For $30 a month unlimited washes. They provide free towels and interior and window cleaner. Vacuums are really powerful. Car wash facility is great but employees are always awful. They are always rude and no way to contact management so doing it through this. My experience today after running thru the wash, I open the stand, grab a couple towels and cleaning product, close the door to the stand (because it s slightly drizzling), and begin vacuuming my car. The attendant rudely comes over locks the stand and then goes and turns off the vacuum system. He walks back out slamming the rag canisters and clearly has an attitude. An elderly gentleman comes over to where I am to check vacuums on that side and I let him know they were just shut off. The attendant (with attitude all over his face) says it s because of the drizzle and how it could affect the vacuum system. The gentleman said it would have been nice to know before he paid and walked off. I ve been there before when they shut down the system but a year ago they had decent employees that let everyone know what was happening. I ve been in customer service for decades and never treated anyone the way I was treated today. I ve never been treated this way before either. This man boy should not be left as the face of any business. He is not the only one with a constant bad attitude there. I m there often and there is only one of these employees I would ever have working for me. Management needs to be present and deal with their staff. I also use the wash on Dixie and their staff is always polite and helpful. Maybe some job showdowing and customer service courses would be helpful.

Chris S.lacks common human decency. He d rather have an elderly man urinate himself, than let him use the bathroom. the car wash itself was great and the vacuums were also good I like that they are free. Only issue:I had to wait for the attendant at the check in. He was doing a sales pitch to the customer in front of me for a good while. I would have appreciated him, waving me to go to the other aisle that said Members Only, or at least let the others who are waiting, come in and get started on their car wash. There Hass to be a better system then stopping each person who wants a car wash to sign up for a membership.

Already off to a bad start. Supposedly they close at 6pm, but I m here at 5:28pm and they ve already shut down. People are still cleaning their cars as I pulled up.Edit: I did get to go visit this car wash the next day. The prices are much steeper than compared to the one near chic-fil-a on Bardstown rd in fern creek, and much shorter. I feel like the car wash has set their sprayer settings to as short as possible. As stated by other reviewers, the last sprayer doesn t get all the soap off.Idk if the undercarriage sprayer wasn t working, but the bottom side of my truck was dry, so I m guessing it doesn t clean the bottom, which is the primary reason I go to car washes.Over all, I was excited to see a subscription based car wash open up right next door, but I think it s still worth it to go all the way to Bardstown rd in fern creek.Maybe this owner is a new owner, so I ll give it time and revise my reviews as time comes.

I was visiting from Michigan and found this gem of a place! They were running a free car wash day and I got to use the vacuums for free too! The guys at the gate was very nice and courteous. Fast and the vacuums are very nice with the flat and circular nozzle options. Only complaint is the lower half and entire back tailgate of my SUV did not get clean and I had to hand clean it. Not a big deal, but would expect that to not be an issue with a $20 carwash. Otherwise very good.

I ve gone to Take 5 (hillview) since they opened and have always had an excellent experience. Their detailing area has a two different nozzles for cleaning the interior of your vehicle as well as air and cloths for extra drying or cleaning. It was a pleasant surprise when I showed up today and got the Pro5 wash for free.
