We had to use Superior tonight for our 1 ton truck that broke down on the Bluegrass Parkway. They got to us in 20 mins. Took extreme care in loading our truck, transported us home safely and unloaded the truck with care. If anyone needs a tow I highly, highly recommend them. Also for hauling 87 miles I considered the price reasonable. Also our driver was a fun guy to talk to wish I could've remembered his name.

Never have I ever experienced such disrespect. The workers not only were rude and yelling at me, they were laughing at me when I was going through a crisis. Not to mention they proceeded to overcharge me and made me wait extensive hours after promising over and over they were almost done. Do not go to these guys, poor quality and poor service for high prices. All the good reviews are bought or fake

Worst company to do business with ridiculously high rates, the owner is a crook and after doing a little research on the owner makes since. Wouldn t trust the dope heads to work on my sons power wheels much less a 80,000lb tractor trailer. Do yourself a favor take your business else where.

Ryan was really great. We had 2 trucks that needed to be recovered after getting stuck in the wet mud. Ryan arrived at the scene pretty fast and took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend them for your recovery needs.

Very dishonest people, I asked to go get my own parts and They insisted "they could grab them" ..they charged me 500 dollars to "grab them" plus marked the parts up. They should have been upfront about it. Then they jacked around all day and wanted to start the job at 4pm and started charging an after hours rate at 5pm. NO disclosure of that either. They charged $4080 dollars to replace 2 calipers 4 pads and a rotor on a trailer. I've had it done multiple times with more parts than that at other places for $2500 or less.

Our Diesel RV had a compressor freeze up and melted the drive belt. We were dead in the water. These guys replaced the compressor, recharged the air conditioner and replaced the belt so fast I could not believe it. My highest recommendations go to them. Thanks so much!

Special Thanks to Curtis! He really helped me out with multiple issues after a breakdown and got me back on the road with a reasonable bill and saved my weekend camping trip! (my return trip was, thankfully, a very calm non-eventful trip thanks to a job well done by Superior).

I discovered a broken shock on my RV / Freightliner chassis while traveling through the area. It was a speciality part that I could not locate. Ty was relentless in searching for and getting it delivered. Communications was great while awaiting its arrival and Curtis installed it in a very timely manner. The parts, delivery and installation cost was surprisingly fair in cost.
