I visited on Sunday 10/22/23 for a tire rotation on my 22 Maverick with about 20k miles on it. I got an oil change at the poplar level location, and that went well but they didn t have a lift to do a rotation. Kind of inconvenient but it is what it is.The problem is the damage they did to my truck. 3/4 of my rims now have chips around the lugs and several of my lug nuts are chewed up. You can see it in the photos I took the next morning.I went back the next day and Zach met me at the door of my truck. I started to tell him about the damage. Before even looking at my wheels he told me that s the best we can do, we have plastic tips on the sockets, and goes on to tell me how this is normal damage. If this is normal I don t know how they managed to not damage the 4th rim.Once I actually got him to look at the damage and asked for a refund, he tells me he doesn t have the authority to process refunds and doesn t know when a manager will be back to do it. He took down my info and told me he d work with the manager to get a refund processed. He gave me the number for corporate but it just takes you to a voicemail. I still don t have a refund almost two weeks later and corporate hasn t called back.They did way more than $20 worth of damage. I can t believe this is the best they can do. This is the only new car I ve ever had, and it really sucks that it now has this damage with so little mileage.I went here because I don t have a lot of time, but it looks like I m going to have to take a third trip out there if I want my money back.

I will never take my car back to this place ever again they have destroyed. They Right gave me an oil change did not put the oil cap back on there is oil leaking everywhere. Under my hood a complete waste of money and time

I normally change my own oil. I decided to give them a try. I'm glad i did. They did a great job. This was my first time using them and I will continue using them. The price was good also along with the quality work.

Strickland Brothers is great! They take care of your oil change and don't try to sell or add on extras like other places do. They are quick, and do good quality work! Also a plus is the complimentary water that they hand out!

I was looking to get an oil change at wasn t sure where to go. There s a lot to choose from. I saw Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change. They were friendly fast and thorough and reasonably priced. I will be back.

They did good work, but they took 30 minutes rather than the advertised 10 minutes. Other than that respectful people, decent prices. 6/10

They were very friendly. They did a good job with my car. They conducted several checks right there on the spot while I was sitting in my car to include all my headlights, brake lights, turn signals. They checked my air filters. Changed my oil filter, I watched them change my oil and the tech showed me the dipstick to make sure that I saw the new oil and the level. Overall a very good experience.

Since their opening Strickland Brothers have provided service that feels different in the best sort of way. Each time I am greeted and cared for like a valued customer. And of course, you have the mention of additional services here and there but in no way felt pressured or stressed about it. I would highly recommend them for your next oil change. Your first time will not be the last time.

Absolutely ridiculous, completely screwed up my wife s car than when she took it back to tell them what was wrong they made up an excuse it was her transmission fluid was low, so we took it to a transmission shop and they said her transmission was completely fine. They were just looking for something or someone to blame other than themselves, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! Also Zach the same guy that I ve seen on other comments at other locations is the same guy feeding her lies and trying to cover his and the companies mistakes, guess they just moved him to another location after all the mistakes and the company have made

Great customer service..explained things easily..very professional and personable. Service was not 10 minutes, which I have no complaints on that for all they did..still quick..no more Valvoline for me.. first time and will continue to use and spread the word.

Very friendly people work here. Waited about five minutes for the customers in front of me. Once inside, the oil change was about 15 minutes. I was impressed with the service and the attention to little details, such as using brake clean to clean up the oil fill on the motor and on the oil pan. Not like competitors trying to upsell every other word. I will go back

If I could give a hundred stars I would! I can honestly say that every time I have visited Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change they have went far above and beyond my expectations! They are so nice and helpful, quick and courteous, I won't go anywhere else from now on!

While the tech was helpful and took extra time with me, I came in for an oil change today and left with a brand new oil leak. Now I've got to miss work to take it to the dealership to get it checked out. Stay away from this place

Came in asking for the Max Life Oil change but they ended up doing the Super. That's a $20 price difference that I wasn't prepared to pay for. On top of that they changed my oil filter without my consent which added another $9 to the cost.

The staff was amazing! They detected an issue with my oil valve and I was able to make sure I contacted my shop immediately to schedule a day to get the problem looked at after only taking 10 minutes to change my oil.

Always take care of me here. The staff is always so friendly and they even offer you a bottle of water when you pull in. They get things done in a really decent time as well. They seem to know their stuff as well

The employees were fast and friendly. I m used to waiting an hour or more for an oil change, and nobody has time to wait that long. He did it in 10 minutes!! Absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend.
