The two gentleman that changed my oil and assisted me with the minor vehicle fixes, that a girl can do but would prefer a man, at the Westport Rd location were awesome!! Very courteous and professional, not to mention very helpful! Good conversations too!

They did a great job! Checked the tire pressure and added air if needed and topped off all fluids. Explained every charge and the price was perfect! Quick, easy and painless! I know have a new home for my oil changes!

Wonderful experience. I haven't been to a drive in oil change place in over 15 years but I'd definitely go see them again. Both technicians were very polite and patient. Went above and beyond getting my oil changed, tire pressure done, fluid levels checked and topped off, ect. Everything done in a timely fashion and didn't feel rushed at all. Even gave me notice and some advice about a bit of corrosion on my battery terminal. Definitely worth a visit if you have vehicle based anxieties or just want your work done right. Couldn't be more pleased. Their high rating is WELL deserved.

Great service every time I go here. Only place I take my work vans and personal vehicles. Always get you right in and out with zero problems. Honest about what you need or don't. Every place I've went to before here at multiple locations (Big O, Ken Towery, Valvoline) have been horrible experiences. Destroying vehicles to damaging hoods and losing all my valve stem caps. Don't take any chances and avoid the stress, go here.

Just had my oil changed there and the two gentleman working were fantastic. Super knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything to me. Would go out of my way to come back here simply for the great service, kindness of the staff, and their efficiency.

Strickland Brothers on Westport Rd in Louisville, KY is a fantastic place for an oil change. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always provide excellent service. The technicians work efficiently and get the job done quickly. I have been going to this location for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers on Westport Rd for all your oil change needs.

Service is exactly what they advertise. 10 minute oil change. Way better in price than valvoline, who told me I should change out my 2 week old engine air filter. 10/10, will be back

This place is not a safe place even for you and your car.I can see a lot of good reviews for this place but I got the worst experience ever using their service for the first time On 01/09/2024 I came back to ask them why there s no oil in my engine after they have changed it a few days ago, one of the guys was really rude with me, telling me they don t know what happened and they can t do nothing for me and I have to leave immediately hitting the hood of my car.I told him I m not gonna use their service anymore and he said���I don t care�� and I replied�to him ��I ll give you a bad review and no one will use your service and you ll lose your job��. The guy came to me like he wanted to beat me, hitting the hood my car and telling me to leave immediately. He was acting like he wanted to pull a gun it was my worst experience ever, if they look the cameras on that day( Tuesday, 09/01/2024). They will see everything and even the other white guy tried to calm him down, trying to pull him back and told him to ��calm down cause there are cameras��.This place might use to be safe before but I don t think it is anymore for your safety and even for your car..

Very thorough and quick. No wait time. Forgot to tell them I am a veteran. But he saw my license plate. Thanked me for my service and made sure I received discount. This is my second visit. Will be back.

This has been my 3rd , 4th time coming here. they are very very fast, literally 10 min, which I love since I m always running late for everything lol. love that they are truthful and they are actually there to help and fix any problems there are, and not just trying to ripped you off or trying to make money out you like valvoline or the dealership! They are very professional and very friendly! 10/10

I tried this place out after a bad valvoline experience and I will start coming here regularly for my oil changes. The dude that waited on me, Tay, was super chill and helped me get my car back in good order and was just so nice. The whole staff was on their A game. This was my first oil change service with S & B. I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the mechanic. They greeted me as soon as I pulled on the lot. They assisted me immediately, there was no waiting, and they were finished within 15 minutes. Wow, the guys were friendly and very professional! The price was what I expected. I stopped in this morning for an oil change and quick check of all fluids. The 2 guys I had help me were awesome - professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I appreciate when an explanation is given, but without any trace of being condescending. This is my first paying visit (had stopped in briefly before to get a low tire checked; the gentleman checked and aired all tires and showed me how to see the correct PSI for my vehicle s tires and would not accept even a token payment), but it will not be my last. I m very happy with the service and will definitely use again!

The technicians barely spoke, much less greeted us. I was never informed of anything they were doing, but the service was quick, actually a little too quick. I m not very confident that they checked everything that s included with the oil change, yet he marked every box like they did.
