Terrible customer service, I left my truck for an inspection, it was supposed to take a day or two and after a week they called me to tell me that they had not been able to do anything with the truck, that the technician did not know what it had, what kind of specialists are they that they can't figure out what's wrong with a car?

The parts department is the best! Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. Harrold, Keith and Don are all 3 very knowledgeable about their job, unlike other dealership parts department where you hope you get that one person that know what they are doing.

Scheduled an Oil Change and turn signal bulb replacement. Oil was changed no problem service manager forgot about bulb replacement and my vehicle was returned to me without the work being done. I clearly asked and was not taken care of. So no worries, I made a call and service manager said sorry about that. Come in at 1:00pm on Thursday. I arrived at 1:00 pm check in my vehicle and was told it would be a 30 minute project. I agreed, the technician pulled my corvette into the bay, put his hands over the front wheel tire hub in order to pull up to allow lift to fit underneath. I stopped them, informed leadership what I witnessed. He replied with a suttle response. They know what they are doing. It was quite obvious that they did not know. So I informed them how to raise the vehicle in order to properly get the arms underneath for the lift. And how to access the turn signal bulbs from underneath the vehicle. They complied to my request and did as follow. After properly placing my Vehicle on the lift, and removing my front under carriage covers. Thd time is approximately 1400 hrs. The service department did not have the-bulbs, so they had to request delivery. 1530 hrs I am asked by a Car salesperson, are you still here? Sales Manager over hearing the conversation goes and check into why? After returning, the sales Manager gave me a signed business card for a free Oil Change. A 165.00 bill, it helped ease the pain but did nothing for my time today. Well I sat and waited after my vehicle was on the lift for now 4 hours, and no work being completed. At approximately 1645hrs, a technician is back underneath the vehicle replacing the bulbs. 1700 hrs my vebicle is lowered and keys returned to me. Retired Army plates, Retired 1SG Headgear. Not that I wanted any special treatment but wow really. The technician didn't place mats inside my vehicle, left grease marks on doors and side of vehicle from the gloves. Did nt pull my vehicle around to service door for proper delivery. Lowered it backed out of the bay and said here you go. After a terrible experience, I will not even go back for the free oil change. I recieved a bill for 165.00 dollars. I complained and they took off 30.00 for such terrible and unknowing how to properly complete this task. Unacceptable and price gauging. As a member of one of the largest Corvette club s in Kentuckiana, I will share this at our upcoming meeting. And as a writer of reviews for several Companies, I will share this. Customer service and product knowledge was a-joke. I drive a Chevy Corvette to Chevrolet dealership. I expected better. Perhaps a Ford dealership would have done better...
