First of all, I most appreciated your kindness for giving me a ride to my home and then picking me up from home when work on my car was completed.I want to thank Julio Melendez, Technician who did the hands on work and Austin Driver, Service Advisor who supervised the work. They did a splendid job on my car. It drives very smoothly. I want to say too that everyone there was very kind, courteous and clear when explaining the work done and answering all my questions.I m also happy to know that all repair/replacement work done on my car is covered by GreatWater 360 Auto Care 3-Year/36,000 Mile Warranty. I feel very confident that no claim will have to be made as a result of the work done.Gentlemen, my car is old with very low mileage, she is mine and I plan to drive her until the doors fall off. Another amazing experience at Springdale Automotive. Monday morning and the dreaded engine light came on! I called Mark and he was able to get me right in. Jason took me to work with their shuttle service option. The team worked together to have my car repaired that same day. I'm so grateful, thank you.

As part of the repair process, my assigned technician determined that the cause of my vehicle being unable to start was not as provided to me by the auto parts store, where a free staring 'system evaluation was performed. My assigned technician's testing and diagnosis led to determining the correct cause of my starting problem, and a significant cost savings from what I had anticipated. The timely and correct diagnosis also led to a quicker repair turn-around, and I was able to get my vehicle back the same day.

I ve taken my car to the Brownsboro location multiple times and I ve never had any issues. Everyone is super friendly and very up front with the costs. I got my EGR port cleaned by them a while back and they had called me prior to me bringing in the vehicle and suggested that I do a diagnostic first to confirm the issue instead of me dropping however much it was to potentially not solve the problem . Wonderful people, excellent service. I will keep them as my primary mechanic!

This is the only place in town that I will get my oil change at. All of the employees are very kind and help answer all of my questions and any concerns that I may have. I especially love how quick and efficient the crew are. Definitely recommend!

I will continue to use Springdale Automotive for all my car repair needs. They always communicate well, provide a thorough inspection of my vehicle, and are fairly priced. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

The crew was nice and bent over backward to satisfy.Labor cost was about average, but the markup on parts is extremely high. 50% to 100% markup. All the part numbers came back as Duralast (Auto Zone). Cheap parts.

I can not say enough good things about the guys working at Springdale Automotive Brownsboro. They are a very respectful and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. While having to fight with my insurance company to get everything needed for my truck, the guys here took it upon themselves to reach out to the adjusters and claims folks to make sure my truck was getting everything needed to once again be safe to drive. I mainly communicated with Austin who was straight forward with everything from the beginning; however Mark and Jason are top notch as well. I will always trust these guys for any future work needed.

I brought my truck to Springdale after a negative experience elsewhere. I left feeling reassured, safe, and like I finally have the full picture of what's going on with my vehicle. They were upfront, honest, timely with repairs, and very thorough with everything they completed for me. I was able to see photos of what they were seeing along with detailed explanations. I've never experienced this level of professionalism before. My 2012 Ford Fusion s window regulator broke. I initially called another repair place, but was unable to get an appointment date for a month out. I had been using a suction cup to help hold the window up. I called Springdale Automotive and they were able to schedule my car two days from when I called. They ordered the part and successfully installed it. The window is working as it s supposed to now. I also had a brake fluid flush that they recommended. I picked my car up one day after it s scheduled date. The advisors seemed very knowledgeable, spoke highly of their team of mechanics, and were very nice and professional.

The staff were incredibly friendly. They shuttled me back to my home FREE of charge. They told me up front the cost and time, both of which were perfectly accurate. They provided a full inspection with an easy-to-read breakdown (even for someone who does not know cars) of everything that was good, and what needed future or urgent attention. I will not take my car anywhere else. World class customer service and delivery of expectations.

Strongly Recommend the Springdale shop on Brownsboro. Mark Faith and his team are very knowledgeable and professional, they worked diligently to get my truck repaired. Mark was always straight up with me and didn t try to get over on me. These days most people suck and don t care about delivering good service since it s just a job to them, however, that s not the case with Mark Faith and his team(including Austin)-they have unrivaled customer service and they made sure everything that was being done was the smart thing to do while being cost conscious. Went in with a metal to metal sound coming from my wheel well. They told me it'd be 150 bucks to diagnose it. Oof. Left it overnight and the next day they told me it fixed itself - they could not reproduce the problem. They waved the diagnostic fee and gave me the car back. Thank you Mark and company for being honest and having integrity. I will be back and recommending you to other people with car trouble.

This is the second time I have used Springdale on Brownsboro and I am glad I did. These guys always do a great job at a great price. 6 stars!Note: have now used them a third time and my six stars assertion still stands. The Brownsboro guys did my brakes, I had a problem and they fixed it no charge. This is why I go here. They stand behind their work.Service: Auto engine tuning

Had low coolant. Cap broken so evaporating. I requested flush since was overdue. They kept close contact with me on status of my car. Car message said running lights out. Was spot on bulb so no charge fir checking, will replace when out. Everyone at shop very easy to talk with and professional.

Springdale has serviced our cars for the past few years. Every time, true professionalism, and honest discussion. We've been very pleased, but even more so recently as the team performed a brake fluid service, which unfortunately caused an issue with my brakes after I left. When I got the car back, the team immediately admitted fault, fixed everything needed at no additional charge and even mentioned a free oil change on my next visit to make up for things. I'm not saying this to report bad service, but rather the professionalism and honesty to make it all good, and then go above and beyond. I trust Springdale and will continue to support them going forward. They are the best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a great company and Austin at the desk was awesome! Had to have car towed and they identified and had the problem fixed plus some other maintenance issues in a day. The car is driving great again! My first visit there and we will be returning. Took my daughters car in and paid for diagnostic and to repair the windshield wiper motor.My interactions with every employee was over the top great from telephone to desk to the shuttle driver!Highly recommend!

I needed service to my 2008 Mitsubishi. It required days to complete all the work. I was allowed to do in increments.(days)So I wouldn't be without a car. While working on my car. They provide a ride to and from my home. This was wonderful thing. The work hard to accommodate their customers. I refer all my friends. All I needed was a simple oil change and tire rotation. This service has been performed at other service locations in less than 90 minutes. It took Springdale Automotive three hours and 45 minutes. I will not be using them again.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I ve been taking our cars to Springdale for many years. They do solid, competent work for a reasonable price. I especially like their automatic text messaging follow up and tracking system.
