Big fan. They were able to get me back on the road in an expedient fashion and at a reasonable price. They made every effort to address my issues and they did so in a friendly and professional manner.They even hooked me up with sandwiches and beverages when they found out I hadn't drank or eaten for a whole day.Now that's hospitality!

I called Mr Charles he was the nicest guy I ever talked to I do recommend these shop the shop right here is very honest and respectful the team that they work here they're pretty good you know bring your truck over here they will fix you up and get you back on the road thank you for you guys being a thorough and an honest people in here thank you guys have a nice day blessings to all of you guys

I lost 2 days back and forth going by plan because of this dealer! We agreed on the phone on a price but the changed their mind in person! They have absolutely no respect to their customers about the prices. Also this should not have done when I got there! People like to buy trucks and cars from great dealers not like there people they have nothing and they are thefts with their prices, the give price and when you get there they provide you a higher price than excepted! I highly do not recommend this dealer at all!!!

The owner Charles and his mechanics were amazing. Got me in when everyone said they were weeks out. Replaced two exhaust brake actuators for me. I would highly recommend SMM Truck repair. A+!

Best shop around period. I would recommend these guys too anyone. They are the best all the way around. They are professional, get the job done right and in a timely manner. The first time I used them was for a road service, and now I go to them even for routine maintenance. It's always a delight to go there, the girl that works up front is super sweet, her conversations alone makes you want to keep coming back. I can't praise these guys enough, good job guy's, and Ashley upfront lol., I won't go anywhere else but here. Their so good that I would even recommend my mom

My truck wouldn t build air so i called them up they came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Got my compressor changed and was back rolling in under 48 hours. While i was there they offered me rides to get food because they knew i was stranded at a hotel. Very friendly and GREAT communication. Kept me updated with pictures during the repair. 10/10 would recommend. The bill wasn t too expensive either.

Where have they been all my life lol..It doesn't get any better than this. Personally I didn't think good service existed anymore..I stumbled across this shop because I delivered a load here in Louisville, KY. The staff werr so friendly and down to earth. You can tell they either were truck drivers and understood the hassles of finding a good repair shop or they enjoy what they do. The staff were very nice and helpful. I can go on and on about how great they were but I'm gonna end it here. Btw the fixed my antifreeze hose and gave me an oil change..thank you guys for all that you do xoxo.

The worst service ever they lie about the hours and the parts and there road service mechanic doesn t know what he s doing I payed for 5 hours for nothing he didn t fix the problem
