Had to wait for more than four hours just to tell me they had to order the part for a recall . They were supposed to have the part in stock specially when they knew what I was going for I had an appointment. Not a good experience to say the least. No wonder people are avoiding fixing the issues with safety recalls.

Last two experiences have been good after a really rough first visit (right after buying a brand new SUV from them!)Two of the service counter folks have been very friendly--especially Cody.On my very first visit after buying the SUV, several staff completely ignored me when I came in. Like no eye contact and no, "we'll be with you in a minute" or anything. I was standing there waiting to be helped for over 4 minutes (with 2-3 staff within 5 feet of me the whole time) before anyone even acknowledged my presence. In a room that may be 18 ft deep at most. One guy actually leapt up, eyes down, gathered up his breakfast and went to another area the second I walked in the door. Before I left I attempted to speak with the service manager but was told she wasn't available. I called later and left a message and asked for a return call-- which never happened. I felt like all the great customer service I got while buying the vehicle went right out of the window after I drove off the lot. I was tempted to tell everyone I knew not to buy a car there because of my experience that day.Hopefully the rest of my visits will be like the last two and not a repeat of the first. I'll revise as I come back more.

Went in earlier this week to have A/C and belts checked out, was going to take 3/4 hrs. Didn't want to wait so 'supposdedly' made a appointment for Friday morning and to speed the timeline up dropped it off Thursday afternoon. Went in Thursday and someone different was at the service counter. No info on what I went over a few days before. Told them again belts and AC. Got a call today at 1030. Was mechanic (not his fault) so your AC and brakes, No belts and AC. What a lack of communication, never be back again!Service: Air conditioning

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. We have had nothing but issues from Kia and their service departments. Not recommended.
