My experience at Bachman Volkswagen was excellent. My service advisor Scott Pettit, was fantastic. He really made sure that my appointment and service went smoothly. Scott was patient and worked with me on my cars issues, taking the time to listen and expertly diagnosing the problem with ease, I am very satisfied with the results. I even have to give kudos to my courtesy driver Alex from the service dept. for a seamless and pleasant complementary ride home. They have definitely gained a new customer in me, for all of my future car needs!

The whole team at Bachman service helped me out a lot when my Jetta needed repairs. They worked with me and my family to help us get the repairs we needed while my mom was in hospital. Scott was very patient with us in person and over the phone. My car is running better than it ever has. I appreciate the mechanic who worked on my car and he took the time to explain details to me late in the day. If you are considering repairs I would encourage you to come to Bachman over other repair shops. I am very satisfied and I will not hesitate to return. Thanks!

Everyone was super nice and professional. I was well pleased except for one thing. I arrived an hour and a half early. I was there at 8 am. I know that it was a 30 minute job because when my hood cable broke and I had to open my hood of my VW it took me about 25 minutes. So I arrived at 8 am. I was expecting to be finished by 11. Then after awhile I went to the desk and asked what was taking so long. I was told that it would take 2 and a half hours to repair. I know that's wrong. After awhile I went back around 1 pm. Still not finished and I was told that the mechanic went to lunch and when he returned it would be another 45 minutes. I eventually got my vehicle after 3 pm. Like I said everyone was professional and super nice BUT I had to wait way too long. It was a drop and wait not drop off. Other than that I was very content with the job and service but it took to long. Sincerely, Alan

They did get me in relatively quickly without an appointment.Communication could have been better with Nik my service consultant as well as the total estimate for the job(shop supplies & taxes- another $50.00).Technician did a great job-handles so much better! And Mike was excellent shuttle driver- friendly & upbeat! Thank you all-especially being on the road and far from home!!

Never had a good experience taking my car to bauchman. I never get calls or updates, it always takes way longer than predicted and I ve been overcharged for certain things before. This time I took my car in for a couple things and recalls Friday morning, was told it would be ready before 6 and instead had to pick it up the following Monday with no warning. Large inconvenience for me when I work weekends and they didn t even care. Do not promise to have it ready when it won t be. I will be trading my car in soon just to avoid this specific dealership and will always warn people not to come here.

We had a 10:30 appointment for Monday Dec. 11. We left our VW Sunday night to be sure we were prompt. About 2:30 we were informed Bachman may not get to it until Tuesday. Several follow ups later, we got our all clear about 3:45 pm. Diagnosis $165.00 (consisting of hooking up to a code reader) "You need a new gas cap", $85.00 please! NEVER HAVE I BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE FROM A DEALER."2 VWS A TAHOE AND A SUBURBAN IN OUR HISTORY. Really disappointing service

Car was dropped overnight for regular maintenance and completed in a timely manner first thing that morning and I have no issues with the quality of the work.I was trying to reach them near the end of the day around 5:30pm to pay and have my keys moved to the sales side for pick up around 6:15 and it was difficult and stressful. I did eventually get ahold of someone and was taken care of. There is a need to speak to MY advisor which is unnecessary, a csr should exist answering the phone and able to take payment once the service is completed. Alternatively preemptively send out the text invoice I received and make it easier for sales to grab keys once payment is confirmed. The hand-off when people have a work schedule similar to that of the service department could be better.I have worked with Austin and Justin on the sales side both were easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Actually wound up buying a vehicle this same night so sales is 5*

Awesome service as always. Nick was my service rep. Called to tell them I was having my GTI towed to have it repaired, got me in as soon as they could. Honest, reliable service.

I very rarely give five stars for anything. I haven't had my VW Golf R serviced, (Except for oil changes), since I purchased it from Bachman 11 years ago. I had been reluctant to bring it back to Bachman. It was necessary for an airbag recall and replacement. I received excellent service for everything my vehicle needed. Thank you to Paul, every service associate and certified master mechanic. My expectations were greatly exceeded.

My VW is still under warranty. I had an issue another VW dealership service department said wasn't covered under warranty. That message came after waiting srveral weeks and me having to keep calling to find out the status. Bauchman looked at my issue and immediately approved the repair under warranty saving me a large amount of money. During the repair process, the communication was excellent. I will take my VW to Bachmann for service from this point forward.

I had an overall good experience, my Volkswagen had a coolant leak from water pump, and an oil leak in the vacuum pump. It took a little over 2 weeks to get diagnosed(I was not a scheduled appointment)and they fixed it within 3.5 days. However they left something undone and I had to take it back which they fixed within 2 hours. I complement their communication skills and diagnosing the problems. They could have been slammed causing them to mess up. But overall good experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Brought car in later afternoon, they made it happen! Shuttle driver brought us to restaurant and had lunch while waiting. Driver came immediately after calling for a ride back to VW.

I came in for an oil change and had an appointment to get to. I was going to use the shuttle, but the oil change was timely and I didn t need to avail myself of the shuttle. Montgomery is the absolute best service express advisor... he is very courteous and very kind I am in the customer service industry and I know great talent when I see it I would encourage you to give him a raise and a promotion not just because I said so but because he deserves it. My Jetta Volkswagen TDI was in for servicing of the def system and diagnose the check engine light issue. I approved changing the cabin filter as well. While there the back door on the driver's side was dented and I called it to their attention. I was told they viewed 20 hours of video none of which showed the dented area at all. They argued with me, brought up a Carfax which reported damage in that area and I told them that was over a year ago and I paid to have that repaired at a body shop in Clearwater, FL where I live. Then the manager of service called and started describing all this damage, only to discover he was describing another car, not mine. They told me they were getting it washed but it didn't look like it and someone removed my University of Alabama magnet from my car.I talked with two or three people in service and they all compared getting my car worked on at Bachman to leaving my car in the Walmart parking lot.They appear to have made the service repair and "in the spirit of good will", repaired the dent to my car. I bought the car from Bachman and since I no longer live in KY I hope not to visit this dealership for any reason ever again. I should point out that when I picked up my car, none of the service people I dealt with were anywhere to be seen. The shuttle driver, Mike, is very nice.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
