Would 10/10 recommend this body shop. Scott always kept in contact threw out the whole process. And answered every question I had. My car was done in a timely matter. You cant even tell there was any damage to it. Looks like a brand new car!

I am thank very for Senn s. They provided a recent estimate for my auto, which was very reasonable. The staff was communicative, professional, and listened to my questions and concerns. Rusty and Girard handled everything with such ease, which took a weight off shoulders. I would definitely recommend Senn s to anyone looking for a body shop or any other car repair.Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

They are the most honest place on cost estimates how long they will have your vehicle and when parts will arrive.

Great people, GREAT customer service. They ve fixed a few vehicles for my Mother & I.. I m sure I got on their nerves a time or two but you were not able to tell. My car looked/ran great, they even cleaned it out for me.. Scott stayed in contact with me about my vehicle until it was ready & I d recommend Senns over any other body shop.

I wreaked my vehicle a few months ago. During that time they never updated me on how the vehicle repair was going so it was left to me calling them to find out. When I called the woman on the phone was clueless she told me that the car was going to be done in 4 days from the day I called luckily instead of just going I called back on the 4th day this time she transferred me to the lead mechanic and he told me it was going to be another 2 weeks that they hadn't even started on it yet. When I dropped it off I was originally told the car was going to take 3 weeks but I called after the first 2 weeks and that is when they told me about not starting yet a week later I called again since they still hadn't updated me a which point they had I hold over another 2 weeks for ordering the parts by this time the insurance company had started asking what was up why hadn't I turned in my rental I had to tell them the car wasn't done yet. Finally after another week passed they called saying that the car had been done for a few days and why I hadn't come an picked it up yet I told them that this is the first I heard of it being done so then I said I would try to pick it up the next Saturday they agreed it would work. I got there on that Saturday and the lead mechanic came to meet me outside start claiming that I said i would be there Thursday to pick it up then started arguing about what I said on the phone after a few minutes I dropped it and just changed the topic he seemed agitated but he started on the paper work.

They took good care of me and worked with the 3rd party insurance company. I didn't have to do much of anything. The front desk lady was nice and approachable. The agent was kind of standoffish but he took care of what I needed with my car.

I used the shop on Cane Run Rd. The work they did was amazing. My car had a door and quarter panel replaced and the paint is a special color that I was afraid would not match. When they were done, I was amazed. You would never know the rear quarter was welded on or that anything was painted. The paint was awesome, the interior repairs from airbags were flawless. I definitely recommend the Cane Run shop, even if it's farther to drive, you won't find better mechanics.

Worst experience I have ever had with a collision repair shop. At approximately 6 weeks I received a call from Senn' s on Cane Run Rd. that my vehicle was ready. After getting my car home I noticed bolts missing, broken parts still on car, windshield washer tank leaking and new bumper cover was cracked. I toook my vehicle back to Senns the next day to make them aware of all the problems. They apologized and agreed to fix everything. After picking my car up the second time it was still not right. At that time I had to get my insurance company involved and they sent an adjuster out to my home to inspect my car. He agreed it was not in acceptable condition and recomrecommended another collision repair shop. I would not recommend Senns for any repair work. They had my car twice for a total of 7 weeks and could not get it right. In the end my car had to go to another repair shop to get it right. Senns performance is below poor on every level.

Excellent customer service from the ladies who work reception as well as Mr. Scott. All my questions were answered when I would call for updates. The finished job made my vehicle look good as new.

They did good work on my truck but a couple items came up missing from my truck on return. My amplifiers and my floor mats were gone. Take your valuables out before taking your car
