This is the only shop I will go to. I've dealt with several in the city, and those experiences were questionable. Senn on Poplar Level is extremely reliable and staff are friendly!

We've used Senn's several times now for car repairs and also hail damage repair. They always do a great job. They're super friendly, and keep us posted on the status of the repair and make working with the insurance claims easy. I'd have to call it the best repair I've ever had done in my life. It was SO professional, so well done, they repaired my bumper and it looks better than before it was even damaged at all. They fixed things on my car that I didn't even know needed to be fixed (in a good way). They were so kind, walked me thru every step of the process. This place is TERRIBLE. If I could give them zero stars I would. Insurance will say this is a preferred place but you DO NOT have to take your vehicle there. You are allowed to take it anywhere. The manager at this place was so rude because I had questions about the ridiculous charges they had, then the things they try to say aren't caused by a wreck and then want to charge you if they don't have equipment to test things even tho they charge you for the exact same test. They even tried to deny that mechanical issues werent caused by the wreck before they even looked at the vehicle. Which how could they know that at that point. Told I'd have to pay to have it scanned by dealer because they don't have equipment but bill says they charged me for a full scan. Tried to refuse my car when I question about that same scan and all I said was I will just call insurance and see what they say. They got so rude I had to have my insurance adjuster on phone with me when I spoke w them because if not they were unbelievably rude and their story about things would tend to change. I can't stress enough DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. They take advantage of people that don't know anything about vehicles and aren't afraid to show that. Once they realized I was knowledgeable about vehicles they treated me awful. Charges like $200 for what they called a visual scan. Which when questioned they said they just have to write it that way they hook it to a reader. Which is not even a computer it's the code reader they have at autozone that u can use yourself for free. Then the repair was sub par. We had to return the vehicle because the fog light was loose about to fall out and bumper was starting to fall off. Both of which were brand new. Well according to them brand new. Honestly I probably would have been ok having to take vehicle back for them to fix it right if they weren't so terribly rude. PLEASE save yourself the headache and go to a real professional especially if you care about your vehicle and don't want to get scammed even if your insurance is paying for it. ANYWHERE would be better than here.

Jeff Senn is professional and knowledgeable about collision repairs. He helped us through the process and provides excellent quality work. Its never a good day when you have to take your auto for a collision repair, but when you do need this service Senn's is a great option. Thanks Jeff

Sadly, the clear coat started coming off the hood of my 2005 Tacoma. I visited Senn's and talked to Mr. Senn, Charlie. Truly, he is a very nice man. He gave me a price to fix my problem, which also included fixing some hail damage. A few days after dropping my beloved truck off, I picked it up. I was blown away by the great job they did. Heck, they even cleaned the truck up for me, which was above and beyond the call of duty. I have never used Senn's before, but they have just earned any future business I might have. Also, I have started telling my family and friends about the great experience I had. So, if your beloved vehicle needs some body work, I completely recommend Senn's Collision Repair. The people are wonderful, and they do outstanding work.

My new 2018 Toyota RAV4 had extensive damage when a huge tree limb fell on it back in June. It wasn't enough to total out due to Kentucky law of 75% of value. Jessica, Tony and crew did a magnificent job getting it all fixed and it was a monumental undertaking dealing with ordering so many parts. I highly recommend these folks for any repair work you may need to have done. I wasn't the easiest person to deal with due to all the issues not having a car created for me personally. They were always professional and treated me with respect. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you again Jessica, Tony and crew for a job well done.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I was recently in an accident and tried to be kind to the people who hit me and not involve insurance for their sake. They asked if I would have my repairs done at Senn's as they were a family friend and would give them a fair price. I looked up Senn's and thought it seemed reputable so I said that was fine. Dropped my car off at Senn's and later that afternoon got accusatory texts from the people who hit me that Senn's had apparently told them the cost of the repairs (which was much higher than expected) AND that Senn's claimed "there was no way that the damages from the accident lined up". SENN'S NEVER CALLED ME. The customer who TRUSTED them with my car!! And apparently told this family friend false claims about my car and accident that they know NOTHING about. Needless to say I picked my car up first thing the next morning and took it elsewhere. If you personally know folks at Senn's then bring your car here. Because apparently they will do personal favors. If you don't, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. A disgraceful and unethical company at best.

Best experience I have had with in the auto industry in a very long tine.My wife was in an accident and they handled everything. Car was fixed early and they cleaned Out we got it back cleaner than when we baught or from a dealership. They arranged our rental for us and was all ready when we got there. My dropped the car off and was pulling out with the rental car with in 20 minutes and was able to make it to work on time. There was even a little more damage than expected they worked with the insurance company for us and we didn't have to do anything. And to top it off they even corrected some paint runs that must have been done to the car before we purchased it. They stand by their word and their work. I will never let anyone else work on our cars. Thanks again for everything!!!!!

My daughter is a student at U of L and someone ran a red light and caused her to total her car last month. It s really hard to manage this when you aren t familiar with the city; the first two places I called were so rude! Jessica at Senn s was so kind and professional, and also made working with our insurance company easy. As I mentioned, we aren t local and I really HOPE we won t need their services again but I m saving their information JUST IN CASE!

Tony, Jessica, and Cathy took excellent care of me. They made sure that my car was completed to my satisfaction. It was repaired perfectly following my accident. While it took longer than I expected, they made sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend Senn's Collision Center 100%.

Highly recommend; this business is run by true professionals and they clearly take pride in their work. Everyone from the front desk to the Nationwide folks (just next door) was incredibly friendly and I could not have been happier with the job they did or the speed with which they did it.

In February 2016, I got in my first major car wreck. I hit the curb with my jeep causing me to run straight through a chain-link fence and scrap the crap out of my jeep. Senn's Collision Repair Center on Poplar Level Rd got my jeep back to it's right condition. The jeep needed a new bumper, grill, headlight, moldings and an all-over paint job. They worked with my insurance company (AllState) and were able to fix everything within reason. I had to keep my jeep there for a week and got it back when they said it would be finished. They did a walk-through with me to insure it was repaired the way we discussed prior to. My jeep looked like brand new considering it looked like it had tiger stripes all over it. Thanks Tony and Jess! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for excellent repair work and customer service.

If I could give this place 1 star, I would. I wrecked my car in August 2016, they told me that they would have the repairs done in two weeks, and when the 2 weeks are up, they don't even call me to tell me that they're still not done with the car. My car had damage done to the passenger side with significant suspension trouble, the wheel was bent in and they had to replace the passenger door completely. It ended up taking them a month for the repairs, and that was with them putting the damaged parts on there. So when I picked my car up, it was making a horrible loud scrapping noise, I take it back to them and they tell me that they "accidentally" put a faulty tire rod on my car (how professional!) and assured me that everything was fixed. Not even 20 minutes after leaving the shop (the second time), I hear the exact same noise again, but now it's even worse. I check the receipt and see that they did not charge me for a new brake and rotor, I found this strange considering the wheel was the most damaged part on the car. Why would they put the same brake and rotor from the wreck? So I asked them twice, please check and make sure the rotor is not messed up because that should've been replaced along with all the other parts. They stated they double checked it and everything is fine and that they are unsure why my car is making that noise and theres "nothing else we can do for you, take it to another mechanic." So I did, and it took that other mechanic 15 minutes to call me and tell me that my rotor was messed up!! A month later, in September 2016 my window motor in the "new door" runs out. This place is a joke, by far the WORST automotive repair I've ever been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!

My wife was hit in the left front by someone pulling out of a side street, damaging the left front of her car, a 2003 Mazda6. Senn's did a great job getting the dark gray metallic paint blended and all body panels lined up perfectly. The repairs were also completed within the promised time.

Charlie Senn and crew will take care of you. They've fixed my bumper dings twice and even installed upgraded for light housings for me. Insurance has always accepted Senn's. They even vacuumed my cars interior.

Wouldn't recommend this shop, they used bondo to repair a crease in my rear quater bed side. Started chipping off a month later, so i pulled the bondo out amd find Up to a 1 inch thick of bondo, didnt even pull the dent out, highly unacceptable
