We needed to take our car to a collision repair center. In past years we had used Senn s for repair work on our cars and had been pleased with the work that they had done and their professional manner they treated their customers.We met with Bryan Toppe at the Middletown location. He was ready for us when we got there. He looked at the car and gave us an estimate. We then went to a dealer and got an estimate. Of the two estimates, Senn s was lower and we decided to use Senn s for our repair work. Bryan told us he would order the parts and let us know when to bring the car back. When they had the parts in the shop he said he would see us tomorrow and he arranged for Enterprise Cars to give us a rental car until the work was complete. Bryan estimated that it would be complete in 2 days. We took the rental car and 2 days later, we got the phone call that the car was ready to be picked up. We drove over and picked up our Subaru. It looked Great! Everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend Senn s Collision Repair Centers to everyone!5 Stars!

They did an amazing job with my truck! A little quicker than expected too. The accident area looks absolutely perfect! & When I picked it up, it looked like it had been detailed. Cleaner than it's ever been.. Top notch, friendly customer service as well!Very happy! A+++

Senn s did a fantastic job putting my car back together after a backend crash. The Senn s staff are professional and talented. Not only did they fix the exterior of my car, but they cleaned the inside for me and it smells new again! They respond to phone calls and answer all your questions. I highly recommend their business to anyone who needs body work to restore your vehicle.

Went in for estimate and before the estimator even saw my car warned me it was probably totaled. After his inspection he provided an estimate that was double the cost of two other approved body shops and indeed submitted it as totaled. After speaking to the insurance company and two other body shops I'm convinced they simply didn't have time to do the work and so declared it totaled. This could have major impact on people and am severely disappointed in Senns.

Had an amazing experience having my car repaired at Senn s. Everything was seamless from my first phone call with them to picking the car up. The associates I worked with were extremely friendly and straight forward. Completed the job as stated in 5 days which was very impressive these days. 10/10 stars!!

My car was totaled a few months ago thanks to a deer. I was recommended to Senn's by the shop I originally took it to because they did not work on salvaged titles. Spoke with Jeff when I got there. Really nice guy! Kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car.Got my car back and the paint job they did was such a good match with the current paint job I could not tell any sort of differences. Under the hood and outside everything looks great!Thank you Senn's for the awesome job on my car!

I was rear-ended 2 months ago, working with the worst possible insurance company of the person at fault. I visited Senn's and expressed my concerns with the situation and they reassured to me that they would take care of everything, from dealing with the awful claim adjuster to setting up my rental. I cannot express how great they were to work with. Not only did they keep great communication during the entire process, repaired the damage back to PERFECT condition, but they even detailed the interior of my car! They are amazing and I wish I would've known about them years ago!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto interior vacuuming

Great experience with Senn s! Bryan is great and everyone I talked to was very polite and professional, very responsive and they had a quick turnaround. I also appreciate that they offer to set up a rental car for you to have while your car is being repaired. The repairs look amazing! Thank you!!

One of the oldest and best collision centers in town! They are still locally owned and operated whereas many others have sold to more regional parties. Great repair work some of the best techs in the industry work here. Give them a call to take care of your wrecked car they won't let you down

Senn's was absolutely amazing! Everything was done in a timely manner, and stress free! They set up my rental with ease, and gave me updates on my car every few days! I ve never had a stress free car experience, even with small things like my oil change. However, I took my wrecked 2018 Hyundai to Senn s in Middletown and I will never go anywhere else. They took care of everything, kept me in the loop without having to worry about making a call back, arranged for my rental car, and every time I called I received a bright and comforting voice on the other end. I can t explain how grateful I am to them for their understanding and helping me through my first wreck/repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car came back brand new. They kept in touch with me the texting was excellent. I did have to wait 6 weeks to get the car in. But that's probably because they're so good what they do

I just had a bad experience with Senn s Collision Repair. My son s car was rear-ended, and we received the insurance check and estimate. Several people told me the best place to have the car repaired was Senn s, and I took their advice. I scheduled an appointment with a worker named Jim on October 13th. He took a cursory look at the damage and said they would fix it, but he would need the official estimate from the insurance company. I had it on my phone and emailed it to his receptionist in their lobby. He checked with her and said it never came through, so I emailed it to a different address, which he got. He also wrote down the claim number on a piece of paper to ensure he had it. Before my son and I left, he told me to be patient because they were behind in work. He said they should be getting me in somewhere between six and eight weeks. I did my part and didn t bother them till early December when I called Jim to find out when I could bring the car. He said I couldn t because I never gave him the insurance estimate. I reminded him of our interaction in their lobby, where he said he had what he needed. There was a long pause on the other end of the call, and then he replied, Well, what I m telling you is that I don t have it. I offered to send it to him again, and he said that if I did, I would still be six to eight weeks out because I would be at the end of the line. I was absolutely astounded at this level of customer service. He lost my paperwork, then refused to work with me to get me in when he said he could accommodate me. Just to be clear, I didn t curse at him or even unduly raise my voice. So you can imagine my surprise when he follows up his last comment with a statement that he didn t even want the job anyway because it s hard for them to get BMW parts. I told him that I would go somewhere else and take this up with his Google review, to which he replied Sorry you feel that way, sir and hung up. I have no idea what quality of work they do on repairs, but I will never patronize a business that treats someone in this fashion. I tried to factor in the labor shortage across most business sectors, but this can t excuse the rude and flippant behavior they exhibited. My advice is to steer clear of that place.

Very friendly service and quick work! My car was done way ahead of time and it looks fantastic! They even detailed my car, and I don't think it's been this clean in years. I wanted to wait a while to post this in case another issue came up with my girlfriends car. I am giving it two stars because I feel people actually read these more than the one star rants.Her car got rear ended and like others the insurance company recognized the shop and trusted the personnel to quote repairs. There is a nice tall gentleman there until you realize he is the good cop when the other one comes out and they try to run their charade on you. Anyways they fix her car and it looked pretty decent, at this point she's happy, car is fixed and they did a good job. Fast forward two weeks after a lot of rain and her car is smelling terrible. The trunk had 6 inches of standing water and it was leaking into the back floorboard as well.We take the car back and explain to them what happened. I think it was the owner who then proceeded to say he has owned a building for 10 years and it never leaked but all that rain made it leak. I responded asking if someone completed repairs on the roof a couple weeks prior. I think he started to think logically after that. It took some more arguing and they decided they would try to fix it. Hasn't leaked again but terrible service and workmanship, I wouldn't trust them to fix a Big Wheels.

Recently had the unfortunate experience of tearing the passenger mirror off my RAV4. Being new to KY I chose them based on reviews, proximity to me and my insurance company recommendation.Took in on Tuesday morning. They got the part number information and paint color required and ordered parts. Thursday I get a call advising the parts were in, they painted the mirror housing and could install Friday afternoon if I could come by.Friday afternoon I pulled in, they take my car back, installed and hooked up wiring and had me back on the road in under an hour. Couldn't have been simpler.They earned my trust and the 5 star rating by displaying awesome customer service with high quality work. Thanks all!Services: Electrical repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent experience with Senn's. Bryan was very helpful and great with communications. Repair was high quality and car looked like new. They also cleaned the exterior and interior - my daughter didn't recognize it :) I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs collision repair.

I took my car to Senn's after being rear-ended. They were very upfront and transparent about the work that needed to be done, how insurance works with getting the parts, and they had excellent communication throughout the process. When I picked up my car a week later it looked incredible, inside and out. I didn't expect them to completely clean the inside of my car. Thank you Senn's!

Great shop - my car looks brand new with the body work that was done. Senn's took this "accident" and turned it into a positive with great customer service, extraordinary skill, and professionalism. This place is AMAZING. If you need a car repaired this is the place to go. They kept me updated with every step and kept in touch with my insurance too. I am a mom of 2 boys so my car was filthy when dropped off. They went the extra mile and washed my cereal and milk crusted floor boards and vacuumed my car. I was so happy with their friendly staff, excellent repair work and the extra little things rhyme did along the way. We will use them forever!

They were amazing! They estimated the damage and then found more damages. They had to keep my car longer than expected but it was worth it, my car looks great. They even cleaned it up and returned the rental for me.

I had an accident with a deer on January 10 and my nissan rogue was severely damaged. They did an excellent job and fixed everything and I picked it up yesterday on January 21. As I was driving home this morning, my car engine light came up and immediately pulled over to see smoke coming out from under the hood. Called senn's immediately to let them know the problem and they went out of their way to pick up my vehicle from Jeff wyler at St. Matthews and immediately began to find and fix the problem. They were able to fix it and just got my car back again in the following afternoon. I am bad with names but Jim and Bryan I believe, did an excellent job dealing with customer service, politeness, respect, and went beyond what I expected. Had hail damage repair done. They did a amazing job fixing the hail damage. What was unexpected was they detailed the interior and washed the exterior. Amazing service. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had an estimate done at Senn's per my insurances request. I was lied to and told I had to sign a form to have the estimate done. I questioned this and was reassured by someone in the office, that this was for the insurance company and for the estimate. So I signed it. I was totally taken advantage of. They will try to pull one over on you. We decided not to use them to have the work done and now they want to charge me for parts and restocking fees! These are the people that give car dealers and repair shops a bad name. BEWARE!!!
