Bought a car a few months ago, the customer services was good initially. After I purchase the vehicle it started to have a lot of problems that is NOT covered by the warranty. The mechanic had to reach out to get more clear answers on the warranty but the mechanic said whoever he spoke to had no clue on any of the simple questions he asked. So that was a dead end. I highly don t recommend this place , I ve learned my lesson the hard way. I don t normally make reviews good or bad but I just want to warn whoever decides to shop here to take your money else where it s not worth the headache. I m already on track to spend $800 of broken parts/leaks and I ve had the car for about 5 months now. They like to promote a review after the purchase which I m sure whoever bought a car from this place did it right away , I like to wait a couple weeks or months to see if I have any issues before I submit a review. They haven t responded to any of my emails after I told them the warranty doesn t cover the damages. They have done nothing to fix or help the issue. Hope this helps.

Royal Auto is by far one of the most reliable and fairly priced repair shops I have ever been to. Sam was honest with me about my truck repairs. They did my repairs while I worked and had it finished by the time I was off, and I was back on the road again. Will definitely be back!

Good people... honest, and they don't play around. Hay miss Tiffany If you don't do your payment on time and do not continue to buy insurance then any dealer will repo your car. Next time You must do your home work before you decide to ride a nice car to show-off yourself from the others pocket.

It was a pretty great experience. I loved the foreign show girls that was next to the lambos. The only thing I had a problem with is the Mitsubishi eclipses only came with 170hp and 2 sticker packs . So after I put them on I should have about 190/200 hp

I bought a car from here in February and about 6 months later the car has completely died on me. The power train warranty I was forced to get to buy the car covers literally nothing for the car. I have been fighting with the company and the actual manufacturer to see what I can do to actually have a car since I haven t had one in about 3 months. Wish I didn t buy the car from here.

Best experience I had getting a car so far! They took very good care of me and made sure I left with a car. I ll be getting my next car from them in the future.

Very good Dealership. Very helpful. I trade in Bmw for Mercedes in the back and they help me. I recommend for everybody go here! Mercedes broke down but is ok they fix it no problem!
