I highly recommend this business. I have had two radios repaired by them so far (2013 Fiesta and 1990 New Yorker), and have been very happy with the results and the price ($150ish each time). They have good customer service as well. I will say the turnaround time is not necessarily fast (usually a week and a half to two weeks), and you will have to call to get an update, but otherwise, no issues! Their service tech Joe has been in the business for forty years; that s the sort of person I trust! I will continue to use them for all of my radio repair needs

I bought a gift certificate for my daughter to have her windows tinted. These people charged her almost $600 for the same job that Pro-Tint did for under $200. Same quality work. The tint job was nicely done but too expensive. Highway Robbery!!!

I just got to say, why would you take your car or truck to anyone else? Brandon was nothing but amazing. He went over several different pricing options and explain the differences between each. Everyone there is kind and courteous, very clean and meticulous on their workmanship. You couldn t ask for a better experience from a company. Please take your time and give Robert Audio a chance you will not be disappointed A+++ customer service, installation and satisfaction.

My experience with Robert s Auto Electronics was second to none.The workmanship was very professional and after the completion, the installation looked as if it was factory installed. Cannot say enough about Roberts Auto Electronics. For your auto electronic needs Roberts Auto Electronics should be your final stop.

Got my windows tinted(Passenger and Driver Side) today on my New Mercedes Benz G-Class. I m soo happy!!! Only took them less than 45 mins. I was Very Impressed!!!!Thank you soo much!!!!!!

We wanted DVD players for the wife's new Enclave (Avenir). We spoke to our salesman and he recommended Roberts. He then called them and got an estimate for the product and install. I visited Roberts a few days later and was impressed, the place is organized and being in an old fire station is very cool. I met with Jake and discussed what I was looking for. He showed me some products and then described the functions and available options. The wife had requested the Avenir embroidery on the headrests because the originals had them. I placed an order and set up an appointment. We had them installed, they are beautiful and match the color, stitching and embroidery of the interior exactly.Thanks Jake the kids love them.Just one word of advise, this place is busy and justifiably so.

After what was the most awful experience at another business... Roberts gave me the best factory looking radio for my car! I have a '14 Mustang GT and I wanted the radio replaced only. They did an excellent job, and even fixed a cut cable that had been cut by the previous company trying to do the work. So professional and great workmanship. Go to an audio place for audio.... not a place that tints windows and says they do audio.

They did a excellent job. I had it done about a week ago. I wanted to wait until I was able to clean the windows before I made my review. Took them about 2 hours. Great job guys!!! Loving my tint!!! Thank you!!!

Roberts came recommended by Paul Miller at Oxmoor Ram, I agree with the other reviews here about Roberts, if you want your car new or older to be treated like new and with respect, then Roberts is where to come for window tinting. No smoking in the shop, or around your car, very cool shop and clean shop with great people and products, they did a great job on my 2018 Jeep with no bubbles and even better no dust. I am a happy customer that will return.

Need I say more!?Looks freakin fantastic. Remote start plus RGB lighting kit on an old 07 Tundra makes this truck hot again. Roberts did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced, completed the project in 4 days, and their customer service was the best I ve ever seen in the auto industry. Customer for life. Appreciate the stellar work

I took my car to this business because it was highly recommended. When I picked up my vehicle it looked terrible as the photos indicate. I called and spoke with one of the staff members about how unpleasant I was with the condition of my vehicle, he in turn told me Rick the window tint manager will be in tomorrow, you can talk to him and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and talked to another manager that was extremely polite and willing to help. He told me he would call me back today and he did. This manager passed me off to Rick and Rick told me he would clean my car if I bring it by. I said this should have been done yesterday. Rick told me they were extremely busy and it must have gotten over looked. I told Rick I would not be bringing the car back to them. He said they could not really do much if I didn t bring it in. I said the last time I left the car in perfect condition and upon pick up it was left a mess, I do not trust that you will take car of my vehicle. Long story short...... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My car looks terrible and they appear to not be willing to make it right. Like I said this place came highly recommended by numerous people. It would appear that this place only cares about a fast turn around in order to make more money. They did not take care of my vehicle. I m extremely disappointed.

Robert s did an incredible job installing dash cams for me! They got it done in one day and the install job looks sooo nice!! No free cords and the cameras are very much out of the way Communication and pick up were also great. 12/10!!!Note: I was not the one driving when I took this photo

Great service as far as customer service but was told initially the price to repair my radio was $795 I asked about Military discount and was told that would be added but not told what. Than the day it s time to pay for the repair I m told the repair was supposed to be $875 and the discount was $750 and taxes put me at $795 the original price I was given before asking for a discount but again other than that service was great. I also went here because I was told about a great warranty service like oh if we install and this stops working in 30 days we will fix it kind of thing which is why I came to them by a referral but they did not offer that to me so now I have a new repaired radio and I hope if it messes they would be willing to work with me because I could have literally just went with my dealership I was going to go to that was charging me 1000 plus warranty.

Easy to get an appointment. My factory SiriusXM was not working intermittently on my 10 year old truck. Danny diagnosed the issue even though it happened to be working while it was in there. Friendly service. Been using Robert's for over 25 years.

If you're looking for someone to work on your vehicle you can trust; look no further. These guys go the extra mile to consistently do things the right way. They treat your vehicle as if it were they're own, and that's exactly what I want when someone is working on my truck. If you're not sure who to ask for, ask for Chad, he's the best in the city.

I came here for window tint. They did a great job. The staff took the time to explain the different types of tinting to me and my husband. In doing so, we actually got something we like much more. They were fast when our came time to apply the tint. Great experience!

Incredible place. Employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I've been there to put speakers in my car twice and it has always been a very pleasant experience. They have a very nice waiting room with a TV but only a single outlet on the right side that's available. Down the road is a dairy Queen that you can walk to as well and a few other places. But overall very great!

It s a shame that Google will only let me give five stars. I am so pleased with the refurbished touchscreen for my truck that I purchased from these guys. I have dealt with a dead spot on my screen that would aggravate me because it would have a mind of its own and constantly change itself to the point that I would just turn it off and drive in silence. Even though it is a refurbished unit if I sat a brand new one next to it you wouldn t be able to tell the difference. If you need help with mobile electronics talk to these folks FIRST.

I had Roberts tint my truck in 2010 and it s still flawless. I had another tint service tint 3 of my vehicles and each of them had to be taken in for touch up work (air bubbles on multiple windows, window corners cut improperly, etc.) Today, I returned to Roberts after a 12 year absence. Same consistent high quality work and high quality film. Staff is great polite and professional. I won t make the mistake again of going somewhere more convenient. Great job, guys!

Replaced my blown subwoofer same day and they where awesome and super friendly. Had been somewhere else and got the runarround. If I ever need anything they do I will come here first. Great service and nice people. Many thanks for the great work!

They ruined my van. After having keyless entry installed by Roberts Audio now my automatic locks, lights, and dash lights don't work. After being treated like less than a customer from the staff and owner I took my van to Toyota Oxmoor for a resolution. Toyota said all they can do to fix it is to take out all the work Roberts Audio did. I call to make an appointment with Roberts Audio again and rather than scheduling me an appointment Brandon says "just bring it in" Cant think of any way they could possibly treat me worse.

Big thanks to Jacob at Roberts Auto Electronics for his help with the upgraded stereo system in my Mercedes SL550. His work is super neat and clean, and I couldnt have had a more friendly and helpful interaction! These folks know how to do even the most extensive stereo upgrades!!

I had a great experience with Robert's Electronics & window tinting. I had to get tint stripped off of my front windows for a vehicle inspection due to an out of state title transfer. They got me in the next day first thing in the morning and stripped the tint. I called back a couple hours later (post inspection) and they set me up with another quick appointment for the next morning to reapply the tints. They had a very busy schedule and still were able to fit me in on very short notice. Very professional team, quality work, quality products, and not to mention the high end cars that looked amazing coming in and out of their shop on both days that I visited. I will definitely be back for some car audio items in the near future as well. Lastly, I needed some body work done and they got me in touch with another professional that gave me a great quote and quality service that was right here in town. Thanks again guys for the exceptional service.

These guys are awesome! I mailed in my navigation screen/system from Colorado for my 2010 prius. Joe fixed it right up and sent it back. He really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend the team here and would use them again.
