These guys have a truly professional service and do top notch work. They have the type of customer service that you only find in a small town. A few months back I blew both of my front tires a few days apart. That can be expensive but it wasn't. They offered me extremely convenient financing. Not only that though, they drove out about 15 miles to my car to replace the two blown ones for no extra charge. Last week I ran over a nail and had a flat and once again they treated me like family even though there was no big sale to be had. Long story short this is the all around best place to go for tires and all of their employees are amazing at customer service and just being genuinely great people.

LOUISVILLE DIXIE HWY Amazing staff!! I got off work late with no appointment and desperately needed tires and an alignment. I got lucky and was able to find a set and at first was told it was to late. No problem I completely understood! But the whole staff ended up staying 35 minutes past the time to get off work just to help me!!! Couldn't ask for a better more helpful staff!!! From the front desk gentleman to the whole shop!!! Thank you guys for doing what Noone else would've done!! you have respectfully earned my business from now on with all my vehicles!!

The staff was amazing, they treated us like family. The service was fast quick and easy. I was able to get the Black Friday special which was a DEAL. If you don t have $800 plus dollars to spend on new tires they offer financing to fit your needs. Highly recommend, plus they are kid friendly while they service your car. I will continue to go through them for new tires.

CSR Demetrius was extremely helpful, knowledgeable of goods and services and just plain old good at what he does. I got lucky and he put a brand new SET of tires on my jeep for $5.35! Go check him out and all the deal, rims and tires you won't be sorry.

I came in with bald tires and a donut on one and only ,3 studs holding me up on the donut. I was so impressed by the fact that they do rent to own on tires. They fixed my studs on one of my tires and didn't hardly put any money down for the tires. And every payment you make on the tires isn't to high. I was really impressed by the fact that they do roadside assistance and place your tire for free if you get a flat within 6 months. Walmart doesn't even have roadside assistance. This is probably the best place I've ever went to for tires and rims. I highly recommend them

It was a great experience. Great price to me and for them to let you do payments biweekly and monthly biweekly is awesome and the times we in today and the quality. I feel like I m driving a brand new car. I really appreciate everything that y all did for me today, y all have a Customer for life

OMG!! Saved me again!! Thank you RnR.. .. low down payment, low and of do not have your size tires in stock they will be in the very next day!! And RnR..gives you 16months of tow, all the fixin's!! Go HERE WHEN U NEED NEW TIRES, RIMS..

I wouldn't go here I told them I would pay in 2weeks even though I was 2 months behind the charged me over 180 late payment. Going here is not worth it over charge you

Lamont took great care of me and was very good with explaining and making sure I understood the paperwork before signing. Bill and the rest of the guys were very friendly and kept us laughing while waiting! GREAT experience, GREAT place and GREAT people.. I love my new tires and rims I'll definitely be coming back.. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

wanted $5,000+ for a set of tires and wheels. kept pushing to order but couldn t give any details on when they would be in and if they would be able to put them on the vehicle

The crew really knew their stuff. Pleasantly surprised. Lamont was very thorough with the explanation of the contract. They also allowed me to keep my options open in case I wasn't satisfied with my purchase. Prices were actually lower AND greater in-store inventory than the competition. Definitely will be back!

I spoke with Lamont over the phone twice this month, and he was very helpful. Today we met in person and he explained the process to me, and I was able to purchase new tires for my vehicle. Good employee and good service here at the Dixie Highway location.

Mr Lamont and the rest of the guys here at RnR were really helpful, full of good energy and great business. They took care of me, hooked me up with the best deal I could ve ever had, and also had great conversations full of laughs and also educational moments.
