I called the number online and the owner was gone to Illinois. However the gentleman Don helped me 100%. He went above and beyond and was the best at fixing my tire. The staff working were all nice as well, just I only dealt with the guy Don! Thanks again all y all are amazing!!!!!

I called to see if a tire was available. Rick's answered the phone, when i asked if a certain size tire was available. He got quiet and didn't even respond. I just hung up after 2 minutes of silence.

This is the best place in downtown Louisville to buy and have tires put on it. Guys are super nice and pricing is more than fair. Fast. The tires are in good condition and they come with a warranty. They also do mechanical work.

Don't even have to get out of the car. They walk up to you, ask what tires need to be changed, and the jack the car up right there and do the change. They will check all tires to make sure they all have the proper amount of air. And they do use cash app or venmo if you don't have cash. Tires are at a decent price. I paid $106 for 2 tires for a Traverse. They give you a receipt and your good to go. Definitely recommend this place. I was there for 10 mins or so.

Excellent service on my vehicle! Changed my power steering pump& always does right with my tires! Great mechanic at the business! Staff very respectful!

If I could rate zero I would. This tire shop is pathetic to say the least. I had gotten a tire five days before making this post and the tire has already given out on me. I had called the shop in order to see if they would replace the tire and the owner Rick said stop by. So I drove over there and the guys at the tire shop were nothing but rude and hateful. I spoke to two gentlemen at first who were obviously very mentally challenged when it came to cars. While I was there, they started yelling profane language and saying very rude off the wall stuff to me. And then I asked to speak to the owner because they said he was there, and he came out and started to do the same exact thing with them, while I was over there still trying to act civilized. I told Rick, I get it he s a business and he s trying to make money, however I have only had the tire for five days and it obviously should last longer than that. Rick(the owner) then said he is not giving me a tire back because I don t know how to take care of stuff and started cussing and calling me names while yelling in my face. I told him to get out of my face, and that I don t want his help. You guys PLEASE DO NOT waste your time at this pathetic excuse for a business. Don t let them take your money. You deserve to be treated better than this.

Tell ya what these guys are awesome. Might look a little run down. Might not be a place to send your wife for new tires. But, then again, why not? They took care of several customers all while performing my work. Fast, friendly. From what I could see. Honest. They hustle!

Horrible experience! I would not recommend. I needed my tire patched and they did it and cost 20.00 bucks and the next day was having to put air back in tire and so took it back there and they said it wasn't their hole that was leaking now why wasn't it checked for more holes when there first time? So they said could patch that one after several heated words but would be 10 more dollars well long story got it patched and there wasn't anymore money given and tire is holding up but definitely will not go back. I was just in that area that day. No customer service

These guys were awesome, got me a nice used tired, put it on the rim and balanced it, all for dirt cheap. Everybody was very friendly, even my kids commented in how nice they were after we left. Had to come all the way from Corydon but was well worth it.

paid 140.00 for a set of tires for my van to go on vacation .... leave Rick's Tires and now I have a really really bad shake ... it took it back and they put the front ones on the back and I still have the shake.... I was told I will have to take it some where else to have them balanced. because his balance equipment is not a high speed balancer so now I have to spend another $45.00 to have them balanced. ... I feel this is wrong when you by tires from a tire shop whether they a new or used you should not have to take them somewhere else to have them balance ..... very disappointed and very upset..... I should not have to pay additional 45.00 plus the gas ..... I would not recommend to get a full set from Rick's Tires to anyone

First time I went here is due to being the closest when I had a flat tire, I've been there several times since then even though I live across the bridge in Indiana . Definitely recommend them to others.

Those guys were great!.. from the time we pulled up to the time we pulled out wasn't a total of 20 minutes and we got a great deal on some good used tires I will definitely be going back.

Rick Embry is one of the kooest cats I know he is the owner and he loves serving the public his employees enjoy working there great deals are waiting for your discovery I did a face book commerical for Rick with no strings because he is just a fun Kool guy with a good sense of humor.

Although the employees are not consistently pleasant nor personable, their service is time efficient and has never reoccurred. The fee's are inexpensive as well.
