Pullen Motors has been great with me. Taylor and Phillip are honest hard working people that won't steer you wrong. While they specialize in Audi/VW he has been great with my Mazdaspeed 3. When I run out of skill or don't have the right tools, he's got me covered!

I recently had my car battery replaced at Pullen Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a fair quote for the replacement. I was referred to Pullen Motors by and I am not disappointed at all!! I called and received great customer service from Taylor. She was knowledgeable and helpful with my Porsche. I was able to get a reasonable appointment date and time. The service was simple and fast for what I needed. The owner was able to explain more in depth about my car s repairs and give honest suggestions from a German car specialist. I m so glad I found someone that specializes in German cars- check them out, they won t disappoint!

Amazing service, nice and helpful crew, great communication! Highly recommend!I had a water pump and ABS sensor replaced, they were finished within a day.A few months ago they replaced my AC compressor with the same great service!

Pullen motors is by far the best VW/Audi and foreign car shop in Louisville. I have owned VW s since 1980, and sometimes struggled to find a good mechanic. I was recently referred to Pullen and they have been excellent. They are meticulous at their craft and their prices are very reasonable. Their mechanics are true craftsman. I highly recommend them.

Had to bring our VW in for a water leak and electrical issue. The team at Pullen was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They kept me informed and even worked with my insurance company. I m extremely pleased by the care my vehicle and I both received. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I needed a local shop to take care of something I could not, and while I've known Phil for a bit, I've not used his shop.He got me in and out very quickly, and charged me a modest price for the work performed.Very solid, and I would go back if I needed to, without question.

Experience w/ Pullen Motors was great. They took the time to thoroughly explain what they saw and performed the right services (versus trying to up-sell more expensive unnecessary repairs). Great service by honest people.

I took my mk7 gti to Pullen Motors, so I could get a carbon cleaning and dsg service.They found a leak from the water pump (ofcourse) and a leak from the oil pan. They were able to get everything done the same day!They were extremely thorough with their work. Sending photos of all the leaking areas, before and afters of the carbon cleaning, and estimates for everything promptly. This was all a few days before a huge local car show!I have gotten the dsg serviced 3 times before, and always had a somewhat rough engagement throughout my ownership of the car. However, after the service done at Pullen Motors, that rough engagement disappeared. It may have to do with the liqimoly dsg fluid, or they have the magic touch. Regardless, she's running better than ever!The office is filled with hotwheels and I was able to pick up a few for the kids!Overall, the whole experience was fantastic. You can see the owner and techs have a passion for autos, and that translates to their impeccable service!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Pullen Motors was highly recommend by another shop for import repairs( VW MK4 ) The were able to do my timing belt and clutch in one day. They are two of the best up and coming shops for import repairs and are big car enthusiast. They have done several repair to many of my vehicles and people I have recommended to them all very please with the service and transparency of the repairs and explanation of service. Highly recommended to anyone needing repair , import or domestic.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery

I took my 2005 audi a4 here because of a coolant leak. they were able to effectively diagnose the issue and communicate exactly what the issue was to me. they were very thorough and gave me a cheap price for the job. I had a leak in the sunroof drain on my Nissan Murano. They pulled the headliner, reattached the hose drain, made sure all was well, and returned the car to me much quicker than I expected. The price was more than fair, and Phillip recognizes the value of fair price, quick service, and friendly surroundings. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your car needs. He has quite a bit of experience with high end cars. Give him a call.

While Phillip and his team are based primarily in VW / Audi and other imports, they were absolutely willing to accept a job solving a power steering failure on my Dodge. Since I had the truck there I asked them to take a look over the front end and fix any other issues they saw necessary as well. Phillip was excellent in keeping me up to date on what was being worked on, and what things would cost as they moved along.Their quick turn around got my only vehicle back on the road in no time at all feeling better than ever and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work!

Absolutely the best shop and prices in town I'll never take my Volkswagen CC anywhere else. Phillip is top of the line amazing when it comes to vehicle repairs. I recommend all my friends here when they need those stressful repairs. 5 stars all day only going up from here.
