Great service. Friendly, quick and convenient.I was looking for a repair shop and I know I found my place for all future service.I had brought my daughter s car to the dealer for a couple of recall issues. While at the dealer they advised she needed additional repairs totaling more than $2500.I came to ProAuto Care for a second opinion. They diagnosed a similar issue but with a repair cost far less than the dealer quoted. I am very appreciative of their expertise and courtesy. I will definitely be back.

Pro Auto Care is very professional and repaired my vehicle very fast.Mike was very clear with what my vehicle needed to fix its AC and a bad rattle it had.Pro Auto Care was truthful and didn't try to sell me parts my vehicle didn't need.The Technicians did amazing work! AC feels amazing and my vehicle is now quiet with no rattle! I will definitely be back there for any automotive services in the future.Thanks again Mike!

Work was performed as requested, price seemed reasonable, and felt that I was treated fairly. All staff were polite and attentive. I was referred by someone at another repair shop whose judgment I trust. I will definitely return to Pro Auto.

These guys are incredible!!! Everyone here was super friendly and the customer service was unmatched - they even have a shuttle service to drive you home and/or pick you up when your car is ready. Price was fair and definitely worth it. Car troubles are the worst but Pro Auto Care made dealing with it effortless!

So far so good. Will return for alignment after tires are installed. Mike is very easy to work with and techs are good at investigating. Everyone is a professional. Will elevate to 5 possibly after tires

Pro Auto Care does great work!!! I had issues with my breaks and check engine light. The employees are very friendly and will make sure your car is up in running. Also if you need a ride back to your house or to be picked up say no more! Pro Auto Care shuttle service will help customers get to were they need to be! The price is fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a team that's honest and will get the job done! Thank you again Pro Auto Care for fixing my car!

So 4 months ago took a car that I was considering buying in for a routine inspection. Not only did they inspect at a fair price but based on the recommended service the car would require they saved me thousands of dollars by not buying the car!!! Then recommended what type of vehicle I should look to buy since the car was for a family member and needed to be dependable. I followed Mr.Mike s recommendations and 4months later brought the type of car he suggested in for inspection/oil change ! Inspection passed with flying colors. They have customer for life!!! Very personal experience one you don t find any more.

Extremely nice and professional service from the Pro Auto team that were able to complete a difficult job other shops couldn t handle. They stayed late and worked extra hours to ensure the vehicle was completed as quickly as possible. Definitely would recommend!

Mike laid out a breakdown of what my vehicle needed in order of priority and did so promptly. In addition, he gave me his professional opinion along with possible solutions to address repairs to be considered, keeping in mind that my vehicle was an older backup vehicle. He provided me with a game plan that allowed me to make a good decision moving forward with repairs. Thanks again Mike.

This was my first time getting my car serviced by Pro Auto. I got new tires and wheels and now I have a smooth drive. They are so friendly, thorough and helpful. They even operate a shuttle service for their customers. I'm definitely coming back when my car needs repairs.

I just moved to Louisville and used Pro Auto Care for the first time and I had a great experience. They dropped me off at work when I needed to leave my car to be worked on. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again

Needed to get the oil change on my Porsche Macan while I was in town visiting family. They were very reasonably priced, responsive and even taught me how to change the battery in my key fob for when I get back to Boston. They were great and will definitely use them again if I need service next time I am in Louisville!

Had a check engine light on and a few other requests. Turns out I needed a new transmission pump. They were able to fix quickly. Car runs great. Transparent pricing. The shuttle service was nice as well. Will go again for any maintenance on cars.

We were stranded in Louisville due to my F-150 not starting. Pro Auto went well above and beyond in their assistance in getting my vehicle to their shop and diagnosing and repairing the problem.They worked us in to their busy schedule and kept us informed through the whole process.They provided a shuttle service to and from the hotel while providing a level of service I did not think existed anymore,all at a very reasonable price. Wish they were located in Atlanta.

I just had my brakes fixed (pads & rotors) and I am so grateful for the way I was taken care of at Pro Auto Care in Middletown! They were incredibly professional, reasonably priced, had SAME DAY service & they even provided a ride home for me when my friend got sick and couldn t help me. I will service my car there for whenever possible!!

Pro Auto, their Techs are professionals. They always do a great job. I've been going to Pro Auto for 5 yrs, with any complaints. They been working on my cars without any unnecessary up charges or extra work. Mike, always let's you know what they did and what needs to be done to your car for quality maintenance.
